Scarlett didn't respond to the first portion of his comment. Instead she just gave her regular, sour look as he mentioned the friendliness that was expressed. A his question she gave a small snort,as if the answer was obvious. "To kill the thing." she said bluntly. "If Yggdrasil lives, then people die. If he dies, then people live." She sounded rather certain of herself. Stubborn and straight forward on her opinion. It was unlikely that it would be changing anytime soon. This would explain her earlier outburst at the man.

Scarlett looked down at him. She pulled her hand away and with a certain swiftness drew one of her daggers. She pointed it at him and glared. While he was polite, Scarlett still didn't put up a friendly side. Instead he just further aggravated her. "Touch me again and I will hurt you, Angelo." she threatened bitterly. Strangely enough, she didn't sound all too serious. It was more annoyance than anything and she even bothered to use his name. That was the thing about her. Unless you truly ticked her off beyond believe, the likelihood of her trying to harm someone was unlikely. Casually she stuffed her dagger back in it's stealth and moved away slightly from the group.

"You two seemed interested in Yggdrasil. Mind explaining?" she questioned, as if they were interfering with her business. And her mind, they were.
A vast and infectious disease sweeped over the world. Many died, others were turned into monsters. Zombies? Exactly. It was the start of the apocalypse. Nations fell. The entire human population was quickly deminishing. It was madness. Complete chaos.

While many didn't survie there was a small town that formed out of the ruins of the world. It was created by a small group of military soliders who managed to survive the ordeal together. The place was not perfect, but it was a start.

People struggled to simply survive over the years but these soliders created the exact thing they were looking for, a sanctuary, shelter.

The Refuge, as it is known as, has developed into a major place of safety due to the large, and always increasing, group of people. After the span of ten years after the start of this apocalypse, it has become one of, if not the, safest place in the world at this point. A tall, 10 foot stone wall surrounds the entire town. That in it's self took them the majority of those five years to even build. the gates are small iron ones, like you might find on a mansion of sorts.

Going inside the wall, it is like a regular town. They have a flea market were goods are traded off. Food for clothing. Meat for bread and so on. Education for children is limited but availble nonetheless. Life is as normal as it can get.

Going outside the wall is a little risky though. Right outside the walls is where most people farm and care for animals. An electric fence is used to keep out zombies but at the same time it often leads to the death of animals should they get shocked by it. Guards are often stationed outside in old housing to keep an eye out for any threats, alive or dead.

There are still issues. The risk of zombies attacking is minimal. The true threat comes from mankind it's self. This incude people both in and outside the wall. Some want what they have. And those that are already inside the wall may be looking for power.

It's hard to adjust to the normal world when one is used to the cruelness of the outside world.

So there's my idea. It's basically people trying to come out of this apocalypse setting and into something they have long forgotten after the ten years of struggling to survive. The conflict will mainly focus around distrust in certain people and attempts at raids by other groups and so on.

There will also be a whole structure within this developing city on how things work along with different jobs that I plan to post. I'm looking for some opinions on how this should work so I won't be posting it until a few people are interested. :) Thanks!

Scarlet paused quickly to glare at Jarrod. "That's cheap on your part." she retorted before focusing on finishing off the once that were left. Her glare remained and she clenched her dagger in annoyance with the two. "As if I'm going to buy lunch for a couple of strange men who irritate me!" she stated as she drove her dagger into the chest of one the birds. It was a rather violent act on her part, as if made to emphasize her point. Which it did to some extent.

Finishing off the last one, she took a step and pushed the hair off her forehead for a moment with her wrist. She then procceed to shealth the two daggers. She looked ready to give yet another foul comment on how she would refuse to waste her money on them when the knight approach. Her mouth slowly sealed and her gaze now focused on him. "Show off..." she muttered in response to the armor he wore. It was probably as close to a complement anyone was going to get out of her at the moment. Her own was very light weight armor and barely protected her from anything. Calling it armor was even a stretch. Although she was from the Southern region and could generally adapt to the heat, anything that required her to wear heavy clothing was out of the question.
Hello! So I was recently watching the tv show Supernatural and now I have a major craving to do a role play based on it. I'm looking for someone who is anywhere from a high casual to a low advance to role play with. Since I'm a sucker for romance and I don't enjoy role playing males, I also ask that you are able to role play a guy. Also, I would prefer if we roleplayed through PM.

Character wise, I would like to use our own characters rather than cannons from the show. I just prefer using my own rather than ones with already assigned personalities and such.

Moving on to plots, I have a few vague ideas on what we could do and the pairings.

- Two brother and two sisters. The different siblings will met randomly on a similar case and this will lead to competition between the two pairings. They'll start traveling together and so on. It will include us both role playing two characters.
- Two random hunters met up in a town. Maybe one saves the other so they decide to band together due to similar goals.
- Two friends are hunters so the story will focus around their travels.

So, yeah. PM your thoughts/opinions and we can go from there. Thanks!

Scarlet continued to attack. She lunged forward at one, striking her dagger through it with a small struggle to pierce the creature. She quickly drew back as another incoming attack came. Even if they were hallucinating, if one got too close, they would be attacked. Scarlet stumbled as she dipped out of react. She nearly lost her balance but quickly regained it as she blocked the claws with one dagger. The metal screeched in contact and she clenched her teeth as she knocked the bird back and procceeded to attack.

Scarlet looked plenty ready to hit him, putting one dagger away and beginning to lift her hand. However, they had other pressing matters. "I know I just met you two but I'd like to take the time to say how much you annoy me already." she said as she turned to face the vultures.

As they began firing, Scarlet was quick to duck and dive out of the way. Lucky for her, being small and thin paid off for a moment as it aided her this time when trying to be agile. She caught a small break to attack one of the bird things. "Hmm... How do you think they'll like electricity? They are metal after all..." she called out to the two thinking it over. She had yet to use her magic and rather relied on the normal metal daggers. Metal could conduct electricty but she wasn't sure how or if it would even affect these things.

Scarlet had a lack of experience when it came to the Anomallies. She had ran into them perhaps once before. But they were of a different kind than these. Shrugging at the words of both Angelo and Jarrod, she darted forward into action as some came at her.

The clank of metal hitting metal was heard as she began attacking. Her skills did prove well developed. One dagger would be used as defense while the other was used for offense. The two were constantly switching roles as she dug into a few of the creatures.

She felt she was doing pretty good until she lost focus at the sound of Jarrod's voice. "Wha-?" she began to say but was cut off as he crashed into her. Scarlet barely had any time to react before had and it wasn't like she had the reflexes of a cat. She let out an "oof" as she was knocked back and was slightly dazed by the sudden impact.

"It's Scarlet. And now that you know it I suggest you refer to me as such." Scarlet muttered but her eyes didn't leave the swarm. Being called gorgeous didn't seem to have a very positive effect on her but then again, she could have said harsher words to him. She didn't bother to ask him his name in return. Partly because she figured he'd tell her anyways and her focus was somewhere else now.

The metal things approach made her quickly take a defensive stance, looking ready to put up a fight. Her gaze studied the strange creature. "Posion huh? I'm not sure I like the idea of the enemy having that..." she said in response.

At the mention of Yggdrasil being near, she gave a curt nod. "If he is, it would make my life a lot easier. Less searching at least." she commented. "So, how exactly do we take care of these things then?" she asked referring to the Anomaly.

Scarlet rolled her eyes at him. "I'm afraid that if your looking for some easy girl to please you're barking you the wrong tree." she retorted. She ran her thumb over the hilt of her dagger and smirk to herself. And so the over confidence began to shine through again. It seemed that whatever was coming their way both interested her and gave her a sense of excitement. After all, this could be a good time to find out information. Of course, she was already getting ahead of herself.
