Beatrix is a ball of energy, seems that she can pass on her energetic nature on to a few people, sometimes it doesn't work, so she tries not to force it on people as they could find her annoying them and it could result in them not liking her so she keeps it in check. She's very passionate about her hobbies, one of them in fact is reading fantasy stories. The thrill of adventure and learning new things is very exciting to her. She often dreams about her own adventures and writes them down in order to make a book out of it. She enjoys playing piano. She's about just over average level in skill for it, but it doesn't stop her from smiling.

When meeting new people she'll give them a fair enough chance to see what kind of person that they are. She enjoys spending time with her best friend, her Cait, Ayla.

◈ H i s t o r y

Born to Rikard and Sarah. She is the only daughter, however she is the youngest child, with her brother a few years older. They lived a very normal life. Rikard was  well known for his power of Lightning that both his children had. However Sarah didn't have any magic. But it didn't change anything as their family members were all special and were all equal.

It wasn't  until years later when Rikard and Sarah got divorced, they just didn't see each other as the marriage lost its spark. They tried to recapture the spark that they had but it was unsuccessful. So they separated, but kept in contact since they wanted to make it work and it did. For her birthday Beatrix got a pet Cait that Rikard named Ayla, after one of his friends when he was younger. Sadly Sarah fell ill, Rikard, Beatrix and her brother took care of her hoping that she would get better. Months later she died.

After that Beatrix would help around the house of needed, it seems that Sarah's death hit Rikard the most as he went on multiple dates, flirting with women. At first Beatrix couldn't understand, then thought maybe it was just him trying to cope. She'd often get embarrassed about it but after a while she got used to it. Her brother left home a year later in search of magical knowledge at an Academy. Then Beatrix applied for an Academy too, she was so nervous about it at first, but her father managed to coach her through it. 

◈ R e p u t a t i o n

Beatrix used to be a little bit of a prankster, giving people static shocks as little jokes. Mostly as an attempt to fit in but there was no need for her to do since a few people were curious about her and her magic. The only reputation that she has at the moment is that she's the hyperactive lightning rod whose father is a bit of a pervert. She did get bullied about not having a mother, but since punched a boy in the face the insults stopped. Now she listens to her teachers, she often enjoys small conversations with some of the other students, hopefully some will become her friend.

She wants to be known far and wide and learn more about magic and want to help people in need with her magic.

Rikard Grye (Father) when he wasn't  perving on women he was teaching her the basics on using her magic until she was able to learn more advanced things, so he managed to help get into a school that would help.

Beatrix has the power to manipulate as well as conjure Lightning. If Lightning magic is used against her, she can try to absorb some of it and apply to her own attack as a counter. Being able to use her element through her body she can move faster for a brief moment. Sometimes destruction isn't a thing so she can use low level electrical magic to cause paralysis.

◈ L i m i t a t i o n s   a n d   W e a k n e s s e s

She still takes damage from absorbing someone's Lightning attack. It takes a lot of focus, so she needs to be careful when using her abilities and her emotions can affect it so a level head is key to using it. Is a constant lighting rod in Thunderstorms it doesn't hurt her that much but can be fatal to people who are near her.

Niallus Saberhagen

After alerting the others that someone with powerful manas was close by, Niallus kept a lock on it. The cold didn't seem to bother him as much, the same couldn't be said to some of the others. They were dealing with fending off the frost with blankets and hot drinks. Ingrid helped by using some magic to help keep the other somewhat warm. Then the mana he was tracking started to move, it seems something caught it's attention.

"Whatever this is, we'll need to act fast." he says, double checking that he has what he needs. "I'm going to follow them. This could be another pair of the Black Guards, I've already had the pleasure of meeting two already. I wouldn't recommend it." Thinking about now, could this cold air be one of them, since the other two that he met also had crazy ass powers, it didn't seem too ludicrous of a theory.

Just before Niallus heads off "If any of you want to come along you're happy too, but you'll have to ready quickly."
