@Gowi I think they've been hurt too many times. Their hearts have callused over. :(

A character dying and then returning is quite common in comics. I'm just trying to stay true to our source material...

You didn't "die." You just entered a Kryptonian state of rest and healing. Yay, comics!

Miles may be funnier at the moment, but that is literally all he is. At least Peter has some characterisation (the best I've seen in a game yet, imo) beyond his snark :/.

Nah, give yourself credit, man! I'm loving what you're doing with Ganke, Katie, and the rest of Miles' gang, too.
@Vandy's alive!
(So nobody ship them).

Too late. #ColossIvy
Meanwhile I'm rubbish with Carol and staggering with Diana.

Hey, I like your Carol. And not just because I'm a #CaptainFlash 'shipper.

I think it's because of the supporting cast. The reason I'm undecided is I haven't seen Peter take on a worthless lower tier villain yet. Also your Spider-Man is also good, the reason it's different is you're taking a more serious approach.

@GreenGrenade is fighting the Condiment King.

Clearly I've been reading too much Bronze Age Spidey where every villain gives him a run for his money. I need to whip out the old USM trades and read all the Shocker appearances.

EDIT:
Bounce's Damian al Ghul, Mord's Clark Kent, and Sam's Tony Stark

Totally agreed. These voices in particular are quite strong.
@GreenGrenade is kicking my ass on the Spider-Man front. Miles is currently way funnier than Peter.
Hopefully I come back to find we've broken through the 160 mark in the IC thread.

As my eyes passed over the "160 mark," I initially thought you meant Page 160 of the OOC. And I thought, "Damn. I know we're chatty, but does he really expect us to chug through forty pages while he's gone? After all, that's as many as four tens! And that's terrible!"

What you really said makes way more sense.
I'm with @Morden Man on that one, @Blue Demon. Once I noticed the "Rodgers" was a one-time slip, I let it slide. I mean, I've got to look up Curt Connors' last name every time I use it -- including that time -- just to verify that it's "Connors" and not "Conners." (Incidentally, I'm the same way with Connor/Conner Kent, although that's mostly because the two keep getting used interchangeably.)
Yeah, well you actually care about DC. Sep is… Sep.

Suicide Squad seems pretty light in comparison, if you ask me.

More colorful for sure. And that's really the crux of the problem: that a Suicide Squad movie looks to have a brighter palette overall than one featuring the Trinity in Metropolis.
