After confirming the line was secure he checked who was calling him the, it informed him that the transmission was coming from DRED. "Agent Leadtrim reporting," he said into deceive. "Mondo command you follow orders," the Chua scientist said to him. "There is island with tons of monsters on there Mondo wants creatures samples. GO GET THEM!" with that the line went dead. Leadtrim knowing better than to argue with the chua gathered his gear for the mission and went to the transport pad. Locating the right one he stepped onto the pad in blinding light was teleported onto the ship. Exiting the room he notice his two colleges from the institute. "Agent Leadtrim reporting. What is the nature of your distress call," he said walking up to the two of them.

With the emperors blessing Isidorus Schal created his organization and dubbed it the imperial strategic intelligence (ISI) . He quickly put the ISI into action have them with the assistance of the imperial military to begin rounded up "trouble makers". Imperial propaganda when into overtime down playing the disappearances to calm down the normal citizens of the empire.
