The best Realmatic transformations require little energy to be supplied, because they make their effect into something natural by changing the laws of that portion of reality. I'm not saying how possible it is—just answering questions as best as I can.

It would probably have to be area-based. The Red Magic can work with vectors like location and velocity and may be able to make instantaneous movement prohibitively expensive. But I haven't learned that magic yet. It's a risk, but probably not that much of one.

You have a good line of thinking, but it's unlikely that someone knows how to nullify each of our methods for travel given how diverse our powers are. And if they can it's likely only for a few reasons:
1. They have defenses against travel set up ahead of time.
2. Their ability is solely focused on preventing travel.
3. Or they're extremely powerful, like some of the very people in this group.

Or downright impossible depending on the verse, right? I haven't seen much of other realities but I do know that nothing, not even the Leviathans themselves, could kill my Father. And they were at the same level as us Holy One's before we eradicated them. At most they just annoyed Him.

Potentially. But as far as I know, she can do anything she wants, given the time to design the transformation. Our way to defeat her is, well, a long story.

Her only motivation is to prolong her own life. Without the possibility of the Efficiency of Everything, she would have just tried to kill everybody in Existence so she could work undisturbed. I can't tell you why she hasn't yet, or why she didn't before she thought of this new plan, other than "it would be really difficult."
