Will post soon. Been really busy with work.
"That's the spirit! Keep up with that optimism!" Berwyn piped up from his desk. He sat at an angle, his back resting against the wall and an open window behind him with a cool breeze coming from it. There was an empty seat between him and Ethan which allowed Berwyn to get a kind of look around the room. Kids filed in one after another, eyes downcast with terrible posture. It looked like roll call for a bleedin' prison. Am I the only one that actually wants to be here today? Chriast. Berwyn sighed and slumped a little in his chair. At least the breeze was nice. He wondered which class his sister was in, he hadn't seen her on his way in though that wasn't surprising. She'd probably find him right before the first break began.
Card, you don't really need to wait for anyone to post as you haven't interacted with anyone yet. Yes, I get that we've established an order of posting but it's important to keep the RP moving. Unless you are waiting for someone to post because you've interacted with them, don't worry too much about order and just post. :)
Sillyness.
Berwyn woke with a start. He looked at the clock sitting on his bedside table and its bright red digital numbers glared back at him. "Balls!" He was late. For his very first day back at school no less. Berwyn threw the covers off his body and pushed himself to the edge of the bed, wiping the drool from his mouth as he did so. Daylight filtered through the half closed blinds on his bedroom window allowing Berwyn to get dressed without taking the time to find the light switch. Mornings were never the young man's forte. Every day he would rush out of his bedroom, stubbing his toe on the door jamb and swearing to high heaven that the damned thing moved closer to his poor toes whenever he walked by. On a table in the kitchen downstairs Berwyn found a note left by his sister that read,

"Good morning! It's your first day of school! I tried waking you up a few hours ago but you were unresponsive. Honestly, Berwyn, I almost called the paramedics! Anyways, I went on ahead. Don't be too late!

-A"

Berwyn chucked at his little sister's handwriting and tucked the note into his back pocket. On his way out the door he grabbed a banana and started a brisk jog towards the train station that would take him to class.
Through a miracle, Berwyn made it into class before the last bell. He picked a seat as close to an open window as possible as he was hot from his run to the train and then a sprint to class. He hoped that he didn't smell too badly. Now all he had to do was pray to the powers that be that he made it to the right class.
(Sorry for being late. Let's get this show on the road!)

Human

Name: Berwyn
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Weapon/s: None.

Appearance: Tall with moderate sized shoulders. Berwyn has a face of sharp features. His eyes are a crisp blue and his hair short and swept to one side. He often wears an old brown-knit hat his grandfather used to wear a scarf that seems to change colour everyday. He is usually seen wearing a grey long-sleeved T-shirt and brown carharts. Sometimes when the weather is unagreeable Berwyn will wear a dark brown, almost black leather jacket. Finally, for footwear he likes to walk around in nothing more than his pair of old leather boots. Sturdy. Comfy. Perfect.

Bio: Berwyn came from a rather modest upbringing. His mother ran off with another man and his father just stopped coming home leaving him and his little sister to fend for themselves. Often, instead of going to school, Berwyn would find himself in rough parts of town but not for reasons of drugs or violence, no, here he would gather information on whoever and whatever he could because you see, Berwyn was an information broker. He would sell his knowledge for more knowledge and it would go on like that all day until he had enough money to buy food for his sister and himself to eat that day. Berwyn dropped out of school years ago so that his sister might still have a chance. He never really needed to go anyways because he was stupidly smart already and had the aptitude to learn just about anything, be it equations or how to operate machinery, all he had to do was look at it. Whenever Berwyn got himself in too deep all he had to get him back out again were his own two hands. After a few years he got really good at fighting in the streets and by using a mixture of just about every martial art you could think of he kind of ended up making his own. There is no one in this world that he cares for more than his little sister. She's everything to him as she's the only family he's got left. Some how she even convinced him to enroll in the same school as her this year. Through the application process Berwyn was required to take a small test to see if he was qualified to be going to college after not having gone to school in a few years and, just as his little sister thought, Berwyn passed with flying colours and she couldn't be happier. He now has the chance to make new friends and work for something greater than the streets of Eigo but old habits die hard.
