Alina couldn't help but chuckle aloud at his response to her accusations, logic seemingly lost on his ludicrous hatred for their kind. At this point, was it even worthwhile continuing their argument? He was shouting her down with emotional whereas she was dictating facts and morals. Regardless of which person's voice was stronger, the emotional one would never back down. Concluding that there was indeed no point in even talking to him at that point, she turned away from him and continued on her way into the depths of the ruins - only to stop once again, noting several people gathered near an intersection. Some of them kept glancing her way, their faces hidden behind tattered bandanna's or scarves, whilst others bore large masks that made inspecting their expression impossible. Glancing away from the group, she continued to visually explore her surroundings; taking in as much as she could, as she'd need as much information as possible to survive this harsh environment. However, once she'd reminded herself that survival was core to her goal, the girl that had attacked Elijah earlier sprung to mind. Turning once again, she wished to address her to figure out where any good spots for hiding were - only to be met with her blood-lust in full, as the girl had shot forwards from behind Elijah - her tail whirring loudly as she flew through the air to her new target; Alina.

"If you are done talking, I can kill you right?!" she cackled, her mouth agape with a terrifying grin of delight and entertainment as she slung her tail forth once again, hoping to swipe Alina's head clear from her shoulders. A resounded clanging noise emanated from between them as her tail met the broad side of the blade Alina could materialise at will. The usual low hum of its inner power suddenly spiked in volume and speed, throbbing against the very air itself as it drew in energy for a coming conflict.

"If you can't beat him, what makes you think you can defeat me?" Alina cursed quietly, knocking the tail aside and readying herself to strike.
"My fault?" She stopped in her tracks, a small plume of dust kicking up in front of her due to the sudden brake in momentum. Turning abruptly to face the accusing male, Alina's passive expression scrunched into a bitter snarl of contempt.
"You're the one at fault here, idiot! Not only did you come after me even after I'd beaten down those other Users who were destroying a building, but you're even a User yourself! I heard what you called that girl when she attacked you; you should save it for the mirror. As far as I can see, you're the only one less than human here." Alina ranted at him, spilling the facts to him as insultingly as possible before thrusting her finger up and flipping him off.

"Wow, she doesn't like you." the driller had followed him closely, her presence all but non-existent so long as her blood-lust wasn't leaking from every pore on her body. Her hands were settled comfortably within the pockets of her hoodie, her tail swaying from side to side low to the ground.
"What do you mean? I've always been here." she cocked her head some again, before giving him yet another puzzled expression, "But I know where you came from. Everyone comes from the metal boxes." her smile brightened once again as she showed off her smarts, "It is usually pretty easy to kill the ones that come from the metal boxes - that way I can have food."
The tip of her tail stabbed against the metal floor of the container, locking in place and heaving her up to her feet in a single push - the girl now much more confused than before. Not only did he not kill her, even after she initiated the combat in the first place but he also seemed to be somehow worried about her, despite his harsh name-calling. As he slipped outside the container, still facing her defensively, she merely watched him with interest; the puzzled expression upon her features unchanging.

There was no response to his shout from the opposite container, the door wide open but no being stepping outside. At least, not for another thirty seconds; it was only then that Alina actually exited her 'home' for the past couple of days, her snow-white hair cascading around her features to create the perfect frame for her feminine face. Crimson hues slid towards Elijah, inspecting his stance just a moment before returning them to their surroundings. With an all-too-underwhelmed sigh, she started down into the city ruins - wanting to at least find some place to wash up and renew herself.
She struggled briefly once he'd pinned her to the floor of the container, her tail writhing beneath his own and her legs desperately kicking back and forth, up and down to try and rid her body of his weight but to no avail. Finally, she calmed down all at once - death accepted from the depths of her heart. However, there was no frown that beset her features upon the realisation of her demise and her eyes continued to shimmer with mischief, excitement and entertainment.
"What's there to think about? Just kill me." she blinked up at him almost stupidly, unsure as to how he could come to any conclusion other than to simply deal with her.
"I said so, right? If you're not in a gang, nobody cares." she reminded him, simply staring up at him beneath her slightly deflated grin.
She cocked her head at his words, the logic behind them seemingly slipping right through one ear and out the other, as though his reasoning was completely out of tune with how things worked here. She visibly braced, her frame dipping slightly as she grew more guarded towards him again - her blood-lust returning all at once like a wave of uncontrollable need.
"So... All I need to do is kill you, right?" her grin returned in due time, smearing across her face, "Then I can go and kill the peanut brittle." she giggled to herself once she'd echoed his words, before lurching towards him again without a second's hesitation. Leaping through the air, she struck her tail out towards him, spinning her body to face away from him with the momentum she'd catapulted herself with - kicking at him a couple of times whenever her tail would retreat from its attack, stabbing into the walls, ceiling or ground to balance her again before lashing towards him again and again, keeping her perpetually moving within the air and constantly attacking from varying angles.
"Why not?" she responded suddenly and very seriously, watching the man as though he were the weird one, "You don't belong to a gang yet so I can kill you." she stated matter-of-factly, her tail whirring into gear once again as it poised, waiting to strike outwards once more. Since he'd spent some time now with the door to his container opened wide, the light from outside was not coming in as brightly - letting him get a glimpse of what lay beyond the girl before him; a ruined city, rubble littering the streets here and there with some passer-bys not even bothering to glance their way.

Suddenly, the girl perked up at the sound of the second container opening; the time-lock finally reaching its goal and letting the other prisoner out into the open. She desperately wanted to go and see who else was arriving in Area A but alas - the man in front of her was too interesting to pass up. What would it be like to kill someone using her own ability, she wondered?
As her own ability manifested itself upon his own body, the girl visibly froze. Her dumbfounded expression overtaking the sick, twisted grin in a heartbeat whilst her taxed brain tried to activate once more, no longer trusting her baser instincts to understand the situation she was in. The glaze upon her eyes lifted in an instant as her mind kicked into gear, the sight of her own ability squaring off with her forcing her into enough problem-solving that he'd accidentally broken the dead state of her mind.

"Hey...! That's my ability!" she declared with an accusing point of her finger, her drill revving hard in response to her sudden emotional influx. With a quick glance over her shoulder to check and make certain that hers was still present, she turned her puzzled expression back towards him - having seemingly missed the 'freak' insult he'd shot at her just prior.

"How can you do that? Aren't all abilities supposed to be unique? 'Cus that goes beyond similar." she eyed him carefully, her drill whipping back and forth behind her frame slowly.
