While I like option 2, it's been done too many times.
I do however, like the first option. If we are to receive powers in that RP, I would suggest taking the whole "GM decides what power you get" thing and applying it there. Would be an interesting challenge to write with.
What do you mean in time? We are still open, (Unless Leslie says otherwise.) you can hop in anytime.

Well, to be honest, the character idea I had in mind began to show a little too many similarities with the many other characters that were being presented - not that it was similar to any one of them, I could just see ideas showing up in the other characters that were akin to my own ideas, which made it less interesting to finish it (and it really needs to be interesting in my opinion). By the time I had more free time you guys had already boomed to 15-17 characters, which seemed like a bit too many (though 21 is definitely more!).
I like the story though, so I've been stalking it when I have time here and there ^^
Edit: But if you're in need of a character in the future, feel free to throw me a good ol' PM - or send an eagle (yes, it has to be an eagle, I don't receive messages send by pigeons. I do have standards).
Oh don't mind me, @Crimson Raven & @Lmpkio, since I couldn't finish a character in time (thank you so much Real Life, really appreciate all the stuff you're doing for me...>.>) I am just your regular peeping tom/stalker who lurks around ^^
Although maybe I should change my WIP character's gender... You know, because of equality and stuff? Wouldn't want someone screaming about not meeting the female quota and stuff in this rp, now would we?
I am with @Leslie Hall on this one: I have an incurable urge to write and explain everything I can think of (often pondering over the smallest of details). Sadly it can pretty easily turn into filler ^^
