"No, not like that." Raven waved his hand dismissively upon her reaction. "I took care of the wounded. I didn't protect just anyone. Might be a bad guy that tried to kill me." He sighed and took a seat on a small chair just across her. After he listened to her words, he raised a brow. "Well, stay here until your injuries healed. I don't really want to take care of any dead bodies again. Once you're healed, you can go."

Sasha smacked her brother's head for being such an ignorant person. She smiled and sat next to Kat. "Who are those guys? The one who chased you. And.. may I know why they're after you?"
Raven sighed and approached her. He placed his hands on top of her shoulders in a relieving manner, making sure she's understand that they won't harm her. "Calm down. I found you collapsed at the forest, and I brought you here to tend your wounds. I will show you the way out once you're recovered." The black haired man told her.

Sasha walked to them and offered Kat the herb tea she just made earlier. "Here you go. I am Sasha. And, this is my older brother, Raven. He's a guardian of this forest, so you don't have to worry. We won't hurt you."
Raven heard her muttering a few words, struggling to keep her voice audible. He crouched nearby and examined her wound. It was nothing fatal, but he assumed that she's almost losing it because of the exhaustion. He sighed and took off his leather jacket, then wrapped her body with it. "I'm gonna take care of your wound. You don't have to worry. I am this forest guardian." He told her, even though he's a bit disgusted by his own words.

Justice was not on his side, and never was his favorite words since the beginning. He's been living with people that would do anything to be on top of the food chain. He shrugged his thought away and focused on bringing this stranger back to his lodging. His sister gonna be very mad at him, but he won't be the one who left people to die out there.

He arrived at the tiny, wooden house, that he made few years back. His sister saw him from the kitchen window, and ran to approach him. A panicked look splayed over her innocent face. "Hey there, Sash." He greeted casually while walking inside. Ignoring her pout and some angry whispers, he lay the woman on their sofa.

"I assumed that she was chased by something." Sasha said, sighing as she walked to the kitchen, to grab some bottles of medicine and a glass of water. She saw Raven nodded from the corner of her eye, and she sighed once again. "You can't just leave people alone, can you." She remember how her brother's face whenever they found some dead bodies back in the forest. It was sad, but he always try to put his straight face. But now, she just need to focus on healing this woman, and ask her a few questions.
Dont worry about that :) like I say, just take your time.
"Darned beasts." Raven cussed as he walked past the destroyed bushes and foot printed road. Several paws and claw marks led him to the riverbed, where he heard a shriek, more likely a woman's. He hoped that she will be okay by the time he arrived, because he doesn't want to do some burial for strangers, or parts of their body today. Yesterday was enough burden for him, as he needs to bury a small, young girl's head as her body was eaten by wild animals. His sister could not hold back her tears and she cried until midnight.

He's a hunter, who self-taught himself to protect his sister, and people who was lost inside the forest. He does hunt some animals, like deers or rabbits, as they will overpopulate the forest, and because he and his sister needs to eat something to stay alive. In this forest fruits and vegetables are very rare. But, it's a good resource for medicinal herbs, so Raven won't complain.

He picked up a torn cloth, probably from a dress or a shirt, judging from the material. His dark, onyx colored eyes looked around to see if he could find the body, hopefully still alive, nearby. It doesn't took him that long until he saw a young woman, lay on the grass unconsciously.

That sounds okay! Rather than using it over and over, it's nice to have, kind of 'cooldown time'
