I understand this may be not of the forum rules, but I'm new here and dont know the protocols for this stuff, but before i go posting stuff and get shot, i will give a few examples of what this game is and then see if people are interested in playing it, if not then it can get hammered, locked and deleted :)
basicly this game is a Nations RP, not what your thinking, you actualy have to run an economy, build industry, manage said industry, build brigades, form divisions, manage your nations resources, and basicly trade, spy and fight your way to victory.
since i have yet to work out the image stuff i will post small examples, i actualy have fully formed tables and such for this stuff, but for now examples.
NOTE: this is a game i developed in the war thunder forums, it worked but ppl there are to busy and had little time, so im kind of hoping it may work here for everyone and ppl may enjoy it more.
TIME SYSTEM YUS worked out the bolding thing :)
basicly every 24 hours, your time zone, you make a post, it can be earlier or later as long its not the same day :) is equal to one month in game time.
Tax
1 civilian is taxed $2 per month
Industry + resources
there are limited resources (cause when i designed this game its only 3 months old) basicly the strategics are coal and ore (industry required) and oil to fuel your military
with your industry you require factory's to set to build different stuff month to month, be it supplies for your military, or consumer goods for happiness in your populace, even weapons have to be made to arm your military personnel.
Population
month to month your population goes up its an exaggerated figure but it works, this is set at 0.002 or for those wondering 0.2%
you have to manage your population, dedicating some of it to producing food to feed your people, the rest to industry and military affairs.
military
to get personnel you need to train your people, this requires time, there are different levels of training each with a set time frame.
you have to form brigades and put them into divisions, this is probably the most interesting in the game, as you have to build equipment to arm and then train forces to form these divisions, and then manage their movement, which is not turn based but is based on range and supplying forces.
you have to use real maps, use the terrain layout, this is probably the most RP intensive, even if you have zero strategic skill, you can have fun, battles are worked out between players and their counter moves, mods do not act unless the players cant work out their losses cooperatively, i chose this format because it worked, and doesn't burden those that are the mods managing the other nations that are AI
R&D
basically there are the original designs EG: pz3, 4 etc, these have on a table set times eg: vehicles 8 months designing (they also require a free factory to be R&D'd)
you are also to make your own designs, i let people either post to a mod to be approved to be used, or posted in the dip and war thread for other players to have a say whether it should be aloud or not, usually the rule was if you wanted it secret, then post to a mod, if not then post freely.
Usually the main rule of this was you had to have pros and cons of the design, and it couldn't be of space age design, and use available weapons that you had.
mod stuff
mods usually 4 people in diff time zones, discuss actions, especially AI wise, this spreads the work load and gives a more fairer opinion on matters this worked well also.

this is just parts of the game, to sort of see if people are interested, if there are then i'm happy to re-edit this post, with all the actual game stuff, also if your wondering what a game post would look like this is a post directly from the original game on the WT forums.
i dunno how to spoiler stuff here so ill just post it anyways, you will see basicly what is ingame :), we also used google spread sheet for the economy stuff to make it easier, not sure if it would work here though.
