- Beast -

Beast lifted his head blinking in surprise at her comment, he opened his mouth as if to protest against such an idea when she laughed and waved her paw at him, he exhaled in relief. The side of his muzzle turning up as if the Arcanine were trying to smile at her jest. “That was mean...” He murmured though he was obviously amused and the jest had made him appear less nervous, though he daren’t lift his eyes to her face yet. He turned his gaze towards the forest, pricking his ears forward inspecting the treeline he nodded his head at her, his tail swished as he watched her long ears twitch. “I-I have some Oran berries...if you want them...” He trailed off, his ears flicking out to the side.

He watched her stretch out before hopping from side to side, the ridge above his right eye lifted questioningly as she begun to talk again. His ears twitched back and padded his front paws a second time. Powderpuff? Don’t laugh... Beast lifted a paw looping it over his muzzle as he tried to stop himself from snickering at her nickname for Akira. His amusement flooded from his face as finished her tease, if it was possible for an Arcanine to blush, then Beast was certainly doing so right now. He blinked at her as she playfully bumped a paw against his leg before bounding away, his jowls lifted into an amused grin as he shook his head and trotted after her. “Keep your tail on...I’m coming” He murmured with great effort he kept his stutter at bay though he still looked bashful.

He had been so preoccupied with following Jazz he hadn’t heard King Spike awaken not far from them, he in fact only became aware on the pokemon as he landed on his back causing the Arcanine to skitter forward with a small yelp of surprise. “Holy...cactus, don’t do that Spike!” Beast exhaled turning his head to inspect the newcomer and check Amara was still OK before he trotted after Jazz heading towards the forest not bothered by the extra passenger, he could usually hold the majority of the younger pokemon on his back without bother. “J-jazz...where should we look first?” He asked her, as much as he wanted to explore it was rare for Beast to get a moment to himself to do so. Any free time he did get he would use to hone his abilities to keep himself sharp.

– Bam-bam –

Bam-bam looked over at Max as he spoke to her, she persisted in playing her skull helmet as he spoke. Only scowling once Akira was mentioned, of course the elder had seen straight through her facade. She reached down picking up her bone and hitting it against the floor lightly in front of her as she listened to him; she stopped as he finished lifting her large eyes to look at him. She blinked as a bunch of berries thundered down on top of her, she curled into a ball a squeal of laughter escaping her as she was practically buried in them. She poked her head back out of the pile a grin crossing her features as she grabbed a berry and threw it at the elder playfully.

Max! What’d you do that for?” The Cubone questioned, wriggling free of the pile she dug around for her bone shoving a few berries into her mouth as she did so. “I thought it would amusing to wake Akira up...I’ll try to be more considerate in the future” She decided to say in answer to his reaction. “I just wanted some attention you know? Beast is always so busy with everyone else...and if annoying Akira gets me noticed” The little Cubone said to the elder, pulling her bone from the pile she lifted it above her head triumphantly showing it to Max with a grin on her face before she lowered it allowing the heavy end to drop with a soft thump. “Max, do elders play games?” She asked him, clearly enjoying his full attention.
– Crash & Mercy –

Crash's face split into a grin as he watched Kathy lift a hand to the back of her head, it made a fresh swirl of happiness course through him returning warmth to his cheeks. "Yes you" He chuckled lightly, as she took a small pause before lowering her hand. He raised an eyebrow at her his smile degrading at the mention of the dreaded shoe, one side of his mouth remained up in a lop sided smile a rather affectionate look taking a hold of his expression. "No you-" Unfortunately for Kathy, Crash cut himself off before finishing his sentence as he noticed Darwin approach, shifting the conversation to another track.

He wasn't overly convinced Kathy's concern outweighed her obvious amusement at his current situation as he was enclosed in the unicorns death grip. Rubbing his abused chest he released a puff of air once he had been released, that had been a rather painful experience in all but he was sure he'd recover quickly, he grinned firstly at Kathy before Darwin. "Good to hear, I'm sure they'll explain it when we start...I've never heard of it before" Crash admitted with a small shrug, he glanced back at Kathy catching the slight blush tinting her cheeks as she quietly returned his question. "Well...since you asked so nicely how can I not?" He boldly teased her, deliberately wording his reply as if she had personally asked him to play. He waited to watch Kathy's reaction though he turned to Darwin as he mentioned beating everyone as well as admitting he had eaten a lot of skittles...not that the red haired shapeshifter was surprised by this information. "If a rainbow colored Xenomorph bursts out of your chest...I would have seen everything" He commented, though he did give the unicorn a rather cautious look failing to mention if that actually happened he'd probably end up clinging to the ceilings light shade.

Mercy had been watching the exchange in muted amusement, she was a little surprised as Kathy turned to her...almost as if she'd forgotten she was a visible person. Hearing Kathy question the origin of the meeting, a devious smile spread across Mercy's expression it grew in size as she saw Crash glance at her warily, she patted his shoulder and answered. "Absolutely, I can't wait to play" She answered, laughing as she heard Crash groan his disapproval.

"You and whatever this is, is not a good combination" The shapeshifter muttered to the silver haired woman, grimacing as Mercy flicked his ear. "Be shh'd you" She grinned. "Knowing Maria this meeting could well have been for both. This way she can address the serious stuff and then loop you all into a completely...harmless game" Mercy put forward in answer to Kathy's wondering before she glanced at Darwin barely able to prepare herself as he screamed and enveloped her in a hug which she returned happily. "Hello Darwin!" She greeted him with a warm smile, laughing lightly as he admitted he hadn't been aware she was a teacher. "Surprisingly, no-one was aware of it apart from Red over here I believe" She told Darwin, poking Crash as she said 'Red' he didn't seem to react to her his gaze having already shifted back to rest on Kathy.

He instantly looked back at Darwin as he begun to talk again, he didn't want to appear rude his eyebrows hitched up at the mention of valentines skittles...was Valentines day close or something? He hadn't paid attention to the day in the past...he could have missed it this year though considering he hadn't been around the mundy world as much, he usually relied on the world of retail to tell him when most holidays were. He was dragged from his fast paced thoughts as the last part of Darwin's sentence caught his attention.

Say what? Increases love?! He was unable to stop the flush that swept across his face, 'Code Red' or 'Redlining' as Carmen liked to call it was in full swing at that comment. "E-excuse you?" Crash stuttered out, blinking at Darwin as if he was utterly confused as to where on earth that comment had come from, he glanced at Kathy to warrant her reaction to the unicorn...as well as to see whether he was perhaps overreacting right now, he felt this area was not something he wanted to breach right now. Mercy raised an amused eyebrow at Darwin's antics, deciding to enjoy how uncomfortable the shapeshifter had become...had he failed to tell her something?

"As great as this is, if you guys want to be involved in this game might I suggest we all go and sit down?" Mercy suggested with a smile pointing over to Maria. Crash nodded his head sliding off of his chair, turning to Kathy with a smile he lifted a hand to the back of his neck. Mercy had glided past them, patting Darwin's shoulder and attempting to guide him towards Maria. "Would you sit with me?" Crash murmured to Kathy he waited for her answer before moving any further, sure to follow if she accepted or to make his own way over if she didn't.

- Lion -

Lion bowed his head to Garden. "You're welcome, My lady" He murmured, lifting his mouth in a grin as she picked up the small shaking kitten. His ears flickered as he watched her calmly sooth the timid animal, he tilted his head to the side watching for a moment before he looked over in the direction Little Feather had gone, stress lines had begun to appear on his muzzle. Although they didn't have to be together at all times, there was a reason the lion was protective of the girl...he looked back at Garden as she spoke to the kitten, he purred appreciatively to Garden as she petted him. He blinked in surprise however as she called him a big 'papa' and mentioned babysitting duties, the king of beasts flicked his tail behind him blinking up at the girl. "If you require my assistance I'd be more than happy to help you out, my lady" Lion answered her with a small dip of his head, offering her a lion-ish smile. He wiggled his nose as it was bopped, flicking his large tongue out to lick the kitten up the face. Papa Lion? It makes me sound old The Lion rumbled at the small cat.

- Little Feather -

"Perhaps...but I don't know how" She shrugged at him. "It’s been so long since I've had to...feel anything" She pushed her hair behind her ear nervously before he lectured her. Little Feather noticed his monotonous and bored tone, it irritated her so she leant a little closer to him, her gaze remained soft but there was a slightly harsh undertone to her voice "Leroy, I am what I am. It is my duty to trust others and in turn help them to trust me...you can tell me off for it as much as you want it won’t change that fact...Why exactly are you so concerned about my feelings anyway?" She bit back against his lecture, there was even a slither of sarcasm in her tone she wasn’t sure. This was in fact the first sign of confrontation the young Lakota had shown since she had arrived; of course it wasn't the most convincing of displays she looked even more flustered than before.

She had calmed down again after explaining her view of the colors to him, she nodded her head at him with a small smile though it faded as he laughed at her vulnerability she looked perplexed by his rather odd phrase for a moment before her cheeks flared up in force, she found the term to be oddly complimentary despite...why she'd received it. She had managed to appear human! Did this mean she was becoming more like one each day? Less...dead? Her momentary elation lessened as she listened to Leroy continues to speak. "Regardless of the results, I'll owe you...hmm, what's a 'blank cheque'?" She asked tilting her head to the side, curious confusion apparent in her expression.

She was distracted yet again as he dripped blue ink onto his finger, she tilted her head to the side studying it curiously. “Wow...” She commented, she knew he manipulated ink but she hadn’t really witnessed it first hand...apart from with Zivon perhaps. She took in a breath and nodded at him staying still as he warned he of her last chance. “No, I’m good” She murmured, though she was starting to feel quite anxious now. She swallowed a lump in her throat, her cheeks flushing as his finger made contact with her skin, she focused her eyes on his shoulder to keep herself from getting anymore flustered.

“A-are you going to say anything?” She asked, as he drew on the lines already beginning to feel a shift in her emotions. Her anxiety was slowly whittled away by an emotion she wasn’t accustomed to...suspicion, her eyes drifted back to Leroy. Suddenly questioning why he was doing this? What were his original intentions when he agreed to this? She was still reeling from the application of the first emotion, she was far more susceptiple to the application of the second emotion. She felt the familiar buzz of excitement pass through her, causing her fingertips to tingle as she fidgeted in front of him. “Oh w-wow, what did you do?!” She asked him her excitement apparent in her tone, though her eyes were showing signs of her suspicion. “It’s like...” She started, as soon as he had finished she had bounced to her feet, her confidence had returned as soon as he swept his finger across her cheek creating one of the thin blue lines.

“Oh! Everyone is moving over towards the game...I wonder why...we should do the same! Come on, come on you can come with me!” She practically blurted out, her face was bright but her eyes contradicted her entire expression they were wary and...suspicious. Even some of her speech echoed the suspicion, she bounced up and down on the tips of her toes, holding her hand out to Leroy clearly intent on pulling him along for the ride...should she be so focused on taking him with her? What if this was part of his plan...?

((Excitement and Suspicion xD I think I got it...might take a while to flow :P))

I sure like to write what she is thinking more then what she is feeling. :/

It's interesting to read so its all good right? :P

Finally managed to get a post out! Back to being active again now ^^'
– Mercy –

Mercy bit her lip attempting to look apologetic as she realized Bandit had successfully sprayed Chris as well, though she ended up succumbing to the amusement of the situation as Bandit swung his head away from them. She glanced at Chris noticing the smile that had crept onto her features, she was completely unaware she was border lining staring by the way she was looking at her. It was rather nice seeing her smile, Mercy concluded as she switched her gaze to Bandit who had returned for more petting.

Her nerves seemed to ease away as Chris agreed to come with her, her smile switched to a grateful one before she mentioned riding. She was acutely aware of her inability to hide her intentions, it was a tweak in her character Ash often chastised her about. In this new world they needed to be more closed off and defensive if they wanted to survive. She watched Chris lead Bandit back to his stall, idly passing her fingers through her clean hair as she watched the Pinto eagerly follow along behind the other woman. Realizing she didn’t need to be watching she turned away moving a little closer to the door, she reached down to pick up a small silver bucket a 1/3 filled with what she thought was chicken feed...it had a chicken on the bag so she’d had to guess. She glanced up at Chris as she approached her gesturing towards the front of the barn, Mercy smiled and nodded her head once tilting her head to the side as the other woman jogged out of the barn. A dull ache ran the length of her body at the sheer thought of trying, she shook her head and made after Chris at a brisk walk to catch her up.
Once out of the barn she did quickly scan the horizon, glancing at the farmhouse as she made her way over to the chicken run, swinging the bucket quietly beside her, she slid her free hand into the pocket of her jeans.

It wasn’t far to the chicken coop, she took a deep breath before coming to stand just behind Chris slightly off to the right placing the bucket down quietly she watched the beady eyed demons merrily cluck and peek their way around the run. Maybe they’re not as bad as I remember...they look kind of- Her thoughts were cut off as the chickens all hobbled towards Chris clucking expectantly, Mercy flinched away from them inaudibly exhaling a sigh of relief when they didn’t begin flapping around. She glanced at Chris with a raised eyebrow as she spoke, leaning forward and resting her hands on her knees there was still a respectful distance between the two as she peered down at the chickens. Thinking the other woman had asked her that as a question, she adopted an amused smile and answered. “I reckon it depends on how attached to them they are” She answered her, brilliant blue eyes inspecting the chickens in front of her. “Judging by Lloyd, I wouldn’t be surprised if at least a few of them had names” She stated, tilting her head to the side by now the chickens had started to get a little restless clucking louder and ruffling their wings the simple action caused Mercy to take a hasty step backwards, clearing her throat she slid one of her hands into her pocket pulling out a hair tie, she quickly pulled her hair back into a pony tail.

“Hey Christina, do you think you could feed them?” She asked a faint pink tint returning to the tops of her cheeks as she did, she reached up sweeping a lock of her fringe behind her ear. “Lloyd asked me to empty the egg boxes as well” She explained with a small smile. “I think it’d be easier if I do that whilst you feed them...just warn me if they start to come back into the house ok?” She added shifting to the edge of the house glancing at the egg boxes. “One surprise is more than enough for one day hmm?” She smiled with a quick wink before returning her attention to the task at hand; a few of the chickens had followed her along the fence unsure of where the food was going to be coming from. I’m pretty sure if one of these things flies at me my heart will just stop beating

– Tamashii –

Tamashii's smirk grew as she noticed him cover his face in embarrassment after her teasing, rather enjoying how easy he seemed to be to tease. Although the smirk fell from her face as he moved his hand away from his own and looked down at her, catching her eye. She felt a prickle of discomfort course up her spine causing her to look away first as she retracted her hand What was that about? Was the only thought she pulled up from her mind, refusing to entertain any of the other questions that plagued her mind as she checked her corners glancing at Remy questioningly for a moment as she noticed he was merely watching her as she did so. "What? Pays to stay aware" She mumbled at him after a while, her tone matter of factly.

She noted the hesitation in his voice as she reached the top of her stairs, she didn’t comment on it however. She didn’t share Mercy’s naivity she was more than sure they were merely on borrowed time at the moment, nothing was ever simple...her view on things had always been gray but in this new world it had rightfully slid to a darker shade. Upon reaching the bottom of the stairs she stepped to the side, spinning to face Remy as she listened carefully to his theory, noting an optimistic edge to his words...it was true of course, theoretically it would work like that. She sighed heavily lifting her hand to her forehead running her fingers through her hair, her expression remaining in a tense frown. Everyone is a threat...especially to Mercy. If they knew- She was pulled from her thoughts as she felt a hand slide onto her shoulder, her hand jolted up as if to grab his wrist she pulled out of the movement halfway through, lifting her eyes to his face briefly checking his sincerity. Even if he was sincere, her issues with trust ran far deeper than one could see and simple reassurance wasn’t enough...despite the fact he’d saved her life and lead her back to Mercy. “It’s not that easy Remy, I trust you more than the others but I’ve known you for all of 48 hours...it just doesn’t happen that fast” She sighed, lifting a hand to her head she wanted him onside so lying to him wouldn’t have been wise perhaps honesty was a better way forward.

She had just folded her arms back across her chest, closing off her body language when he caught her eye and grinned. She blinked in surprise taken aback by the sight, his current look reminded her of a child waking up at Christmas to find Santa had visited. Although she couldn’t deny that smell was heavenly...bacon and eggs? It just wasn’t something she thought she would smell again. In answer to his question a smirk crossed her lips as she reached out towards Remy. “I’m not sure let me check” She jested easily as she went to pinch him for good measure. Regardless of his reaction she almost allowed a smile to replace her smirk as she turned towards the kitchen eager to explore the source of the smell. She walked into the kitchen after checking her corners, her judging eyes falling on Olivia and the dog by her side first before shifting to the woman in the blue...outfit.

Tamashii’s shoulders instantly tensed as she watched Kaylah move around the kitchen noticing how fleet footed she was as she moved, the brunette had taken an instant dislike to the veil that the other woman seemed to always be wearing it hid too much of her face which made Ash uncomfortable. She glanced back at the dog, trying to contain her hostility in case the animal reacted badly to it, she wasn’t about to randomly attack anyone but she was clearly on edge. “Morning Olivia...” She murmured to the red head stood by the stove before nodding her head towards Kaylah. “Morning” She offered in greeting before moving towards the kitchen table moving around it, to the trained eye when she finally came to a standstill she had positioned herself at an equal distance between both the back door (?) and the hallway door, keeping her back to a wall and all survivors in front or just to the side of her. “Is there...enough there to go round?” She asked awkwardly.
^^' Sorry if I'm holding anyone up! I'll get a post out as soon as possible hopefully later today :)
- Beast -

Beast turned to glance back at his hut, watching Bam-bam storm out of the door and stomp her way towards the elder as she was told to. He waited for Puff and Oscar to decide whether they wanted to accompany him or not, his ears flicked back catching Oscar's question. "Sure, come on lets go find something-" Beast started saying, jolting as Jazz bounded over to him he lifted his head back in surprise careful not to disturb Amara who was still perched on his back. He lifted his jowels in an attempt to grin at the energetic Jolteon though without the cubs to direct his speech at, the huge Arcanine looked uneasy for a moment. "H-hey Jazz" He greeted her, nodding his head at her question as he looked down at the floor.

"We...erm..." Beast started to say though his words seemed to hang onto his tongue refusing to leave his mouth, As was typical of the Arcanine when it came to talking with someone nearer his own age, he became a tongue tied bag of nerves which he was often ridiculed for. His ears flickered as he subtly padded at the ground beneath his feet. "...need to...f-find the cubs" He finished his tail sweeping behind him. "For breakfast...Luke's orders" He managed to blurt out more coherently, though his facts weren't entirely true it was the basic gist. "Missing Rin and Maw...where's Altaire? I-is he hungry?" Beast continued, seeing no way ou of this interaction he forced himself to battle through. It wasn't because he disliked Jazz, he'd always thought fondly of everyone in the village whether they were new around town or had been here a while. He also got the feeling Jazz would make an amazing adventure partner.

- Bam-bam -

Bam-bam grumbled and folded her arms as Max teased her. "I can do what I want" She stated to the elder pokemon as she reached the top of the hill, flopping down in front of him she continued to sulk. "Beast told me off for playing with Akira" Bam-bam murmured to the elderreaching forward to draw spirals in the ground. "I didn't do anything wrong though...Akira's just overreacting" Bam-bam huffed reaching up to adjust her skull helmet, looking up at the old Alakazam with the best 'innocent' eyes she could muster at this moment, see she was a sneaky little pokemon. "You believe me right, Max?" She asked him, knowing full well the elder could read her mind she was deliberately keeping her thoughts platonic, at this moment she was running up a list of all the berries she knew of and picking out the ones she particularly fancied for breakfast today just to keep her devious thoughts at bay. She wasn't sure whether this would fool the alpha and although she was trying her hardest to keep up the charade, it was obvious she had deliberately gone out of her way to cause trouble this morning.
- Crash & Mercy -

Crash had been talking to Mercy before Maria cleared her throat and begun her announcement pulling the pairs attention to her. Crash spun round to face her leaning back on the bar as she begun her speech, he shifted uncomfortably as the subject of the meeting was revealed planning to faze it out, his eyes naturally traveled the room as he listened a smile flickering across his face as he saw Kathy sat next to Darwin across the room (?) he felt slightly guilty for not noticing her before...she must have got there after him. He returned his gaze to Maria as he heard her say his name, his eyebrows raising in surprise at the unexpected praise, much to his horror he felt his cheeks flush with embarrassment. His hand sought out the back of his neck, unsure of what to do he offered up a grateful smile and nodded his acknowledgement of the praise avoiding looking at anyone else.

Do whatever it takes to keep everyone safe... His mind lingered on that for a moment before he pushed it aside raising his eyebrow at Maria as she grabbed a cup from the bar and placed it on the table. King's game? He wondered he'd personally never heard of it before, so the curious side of him had already decided he was definitely hanging around to participate. He blinked as he felt a hand scruff up his hair. "Aww! That speech made me so proud!" Mercy cooed ruffling his hair, laughing as he batted at her hand adopting a sulky expression. "Leave off...it wasn't as grand as that I can assure you. I'm not good at those types of things" He muttered to her. "Take credit when its given and like it" Mercy grinned at him placing her finger on his nose, causing him to go cross eyed momentarily, she retracted her hand as Kathy approached offering a small wave of greeting in return and a warm smile as she leant against the bar next to Crash.

Crash blinked twice to return his eye sight to normal, his face lit up as Kathy approached them a smile instantly springing onto his face. "Hey" He greeted her, sitting up so he wasn't slouched back against the bar any longer. His face colored a second time as she congratulated him, he lifted a hand to the back of his neck, a flicker of guilt crossing his face. I don't think this is deserved "Thanks..." He smiled appreciatively at her, noting the slight blush tint her cheeks. "For what its worth I think you were far more impressive" He murmured deliberately ignoring Mercy's slight eyebrow raise at his comment. Crash shifted seeing Darwin approaching them he smiled and nodded at the unicorn, turning back to Kathy he asked. "Are you going to play the Kings-" Before he could finish what he was saying he heard Darwin shout out some strange form of his name he glanced at him seeing his arms outstretched he adopted a worried expression.

Oh please no, not again Before he could react he was in the firm grip of another of the unicorns rib destroying hugs one of which all but squeezed the air from his lungs, he instantly went rigid. Mercy put a hand to her mouth finding the entire scene highly amusing. "Darwin...air..." Crash barely managed to croak out as the unicorn launched into conversation, He gasped in a lungful of air, grimacing as pain spiked through his abused ribs Damn...he's so much stronger than he looks

Crash rubbed his ribs grinning at Darwin, he was slowly getting used to the unicorns greeting. He wasn't accustomed to being hugged, it was a rarity...and perhaps a little worrying the only one that deemed him 'huggable' was a guy. "Hey Darwin, glad to hear you're doing well...turning into rainbows sounds awesome" He agreed his gaze shifting to Kathy briefly before back to Darwin. "I'm doing great thanks for asking" He grinned sincerely at the green haired guy. "Are you joining in the Kings Game?" He asked again directing the question at both the students now stood in front of him.

- Lion -

Lion raised the ridge above his eye again at Seven upon his mentioning of the Kings Game. You ended up in a sharks tank? Lion rumbled, creating a strange purring rumble as if he were trying to chuckle. His ears twitched back as Sunflower squirmed in Seven's grip, he was about to ask the bakeneko if he would put the kitten down when he did so, Lion's lip twitched up at Seven's mocking tone. If it came to it of course, this cute fluffball is a valued companion of Princess Garden Lion grumbled at the bakeneko, he lowered his head to the kitten as it hid behind his foreleg. Easy little one, you're ok The lion purred soothingly to Sunflower, before lifting his head he extended his muzzle towards Garden, brushing his moist nose against her arm to capture her attention as Seven shouted and rolled around on the floor "My lady, sorry for bothering you but Sunflower seems to be rather unsettled, he could do with coming back to you" Lion spoke clearly to Garden once he had her attention, inclining his head if she looked at him.

- Little Feather -

Little Feather didn’t seem to mind the directness of his question. “Yes...it’s a part of me, when I came back it was the only thing I couldn’t change” She answered him honestly, though she didn’t seem to consider it may not have made sense to him she shuffled from one foot to the other before she took his hand.

She hesitated for a moment as he told her she could have held on a bit longer, her gaze dipped to his hand for a moment as if she was actually considering sliding her hand back into his. She seemed to change her mind however before she foolishly reached for him again, she shook her head at him before sliding into the secluded area, apparently oblivious to his joking tone in her current state. “I saw what you did to Zivon...you didn’t really go into detail though just offered me the same ink. Erm, right” She told him before nodding her head, she watched him take out 3 bottles of ink she tilted her head to the side looking at them curiously, she played with the fringe lining the hem of her dress as she listened to him. Once he had placed the bottles on the floor between them she carefully reached her hand towards them running her index finger along the side of the blue pot she thought over what he had said. She was still musing over what to do when she heard him speak to her again, reminding her to lower his hand she watched one corner of his mouth lift higher than the other, she also felt the color rush back into her cheeks because of it. She took a deep breath before shyly lowering her hand to her lap avoiding his eye as she did so, there was no obvious rhyme or reason as to why she was so self conscience about her face without the paint on it, she just looked like an ordinary girl...well kind of, she was still wearing Indian clothing after all.

She glanced back at him preferring to focus on his shoulder as he spoke to her she noticed his hand reach out towards her feeling a section of her hair fall down her back she lifted her gaze to his face, blinking in surprise as his fingertips brushed her neck. She felt her heart rate increase of its own accord, her cheeks were already flushed. To most people what Leroy had said may have stung, however to the young Lakota she simply dropped her gaze to the floor and nodded missing the joyful look in his eye. “Yes more than once...” She admitted in a small voice. “Apparently I’m too trusting as well” She added lifting her gaze to his for the first time since she’d lowered her hand. “It’s the people...I’m not very good with crowds on a good day let alone during something like this” She murmured. At that moment Maria made her speech, though Little Feather couldn’t concentrate on it, her attention was on the ink pots sat between her and Leroy. She looked up in surprise as the principal addressed her, she lifted her head in surprise catching Maria’s smile as she addressed her, she smiled gratefully at Maria more than relieved only she had been able to see them.

What’s a ‘Kings Game’? She thought though quickly pushed it aside as she leant forward placing her finger atop the blue ink pot, looking up at Leroy her eyes momentarily lighting up with excitement as her mouth curled into a small smile. “For this kind of face painting blue symbolizes Wisdom and Intuition...not entirely me but it’ll work it symbolizes the sky as well. During battle it symbolizes Confidence” She explained to him before shifting her finger along to the yellow ink, apparently telling him this information whether he cared for it or not. “Intellect and Determination. It is also associated with death and during battle it means you’re willing to fight to the death” She then shifted her finger to the red pot. “Faith, Beauty and Happiness are the core meanings. In battle it symbolizes Blood, Violence and Energy” She finished off retracting her hand. “I’m telling you this because I didn’t explain why I was so worried about not having my face painted. Basically without it I’m disconnected” She sighed, apparently unashamed if this admittance made her appear anymore vulnerable. “My usual green symbolizes Nature, Harmony and Healing, when in battle Endurance...do you understand now?” She asked him tilting her head to the side completely unaware of his thoughts. “No symbols needed unless you want to add something” She shrugged smiling at him.

“As for the emotion, you can decide” She told him, unable to suppress the sliver of worry that coursed through her eyes as she did, she withdrew her hand to her lap pushing a strand of hair behind her ear with her other hand. “Hey Ink, just please...” She started before hesitating and glancing at him. “...don’t hurt me, OK?” She finished with a small sigh. “And for what it’s worth I do appreciate you doing this for me, I think the term I need to say here is...I’ll owe you one?” She attempted a smile, strangely comfortable with him despite her unpainted face.
- Little Feather -

Little Feather cast her eye to the floor as she listened to Dani's comment, she pushed a lock of her hair behind her ear glancing back up at him. "Perhaps in the archery range...though I wasn't permitted to use a bow or any other weapon technically, before you know" She told the purple haired boy. "We're not very good around...guns" She offered in explanation, she had no idea what he meant by 'stereotypes' so left his question unanswered, smiling in an apologetic manner. She nodded her head in agreement with Dani's comment about Seven, she had to admit she thought of the bakeneko in a fond way...even if their meeting hadn't been perfect so to say, she refused to entertain the memory.

She felt guilty for leaving the group so quickly but she figured she could apologize when she returned.Right now however she found herself in a rather strange predicament, in her desperation to replace her 'mask' she had practically pleaded Leroy to help her. Even though she was aware of his ability, she shuffled from foot to foot as she heard him release a low whistle. Her cheeks were undoubtedly flushed beneath the protective hand she currently held across her face. She watched his facial expression carefully, unable to hide the anxiety in her own, though she felt a rather mixed reaction as his smile broadened he looked genuinely happy about her request...it was unexpected. "T-thank you!" She stuttered out, a small waver of relief passing through her at the knowledge she would be back to normal soon.

She cast her gaze at the floor whilst he looked around for somewhere they could go, she took a few deep breaths to calm her nerves. Of all the times Sacqui, how could you have forgotten it? She chastised herself, yes it had just been her and Lion in the beach hut earlier but what if her roommate had walked in? It was still a foolish thing to forget...She returned her attention to Leroy lifting her seaweed green eyes she looked in the direction he was gesturing. Thank goodness... She looked back at Leroy with a small smile before nodding in agreement, her head tilted to the side as he laughed and...attempted to reassure her?

"Erm...Ok" She responded to him her eyebrows twitching up in a questioning manner, the term clueless would have fitted in with the current expression she held even with her hand covering half of her face it was plain as anything she wasn't entirely sure what he was implying. She glanced down at his hand as he offered it to her, listening to what he had to say though her gaze was rather fixated on his open palm. She looked up at him curiously as he stated she could 'choose' an emotion noting the warm smile she reached out and took his hand without further hesitation. Perhaps somewhere in her mind she questioned the way he had been looking at her, but it was quickly pushed aside as she took a step towards the secluded location he had pointed out holding onto his hand to make sure he knew she was sure about it all.

"It's not my place to speak about other peoples abilities, you don't have to worry. Even Lion doesn't know about it" Little Feather murmured to Leroy, she seemed less anxious now she had a hold of his hand though it wasn't as comforting as Lion's thick mane it was something. She kept her other hand over the bridge of her nose, of course her arm would start to ache soon. Then taking the initiative she begun to move over to the secluded spot he had pointed out, hopefully taking him with her she could feel Lion's gaze drilling into her back as she worked but she chose to ignore it. "Thank you for this" She told him in a low voice, rather glad he hadn't merely ridiculed her for getting so worked up about 5 colored lines.

It only took them a moment (If Leroy followed) to get to the secluded area, Little Feather hesitantly released the artist's hand if she was still gripping it "I'm not entirely sure how this works...if you wouldn't mind could you tell me a bit more about your ability?" She asked him either when he reached her or straight off the bat. She was rather eager to be out of everyones view at this moment so she shuffled into the secluded space to take cover behind the decorative foliage, judging from the layout this required her to lower herself down, instead of crouching however she simply tucked her legs underneath her and knelt down, awaiting Leroy's answer and attempting to work up the courage to remove her hand from her face by herself.

- Lion -

Lion purred his appreciation at being petted by Garden, the large beast flicked his tail happily across the floor, watching the little kitten with wise blue eyes. The Lion listened to the small kittens mewls, his ears flickering as he looked up at Garden, upon hearing the small feline refer to her as Flower. Her names Garden little one, Princess Garden if you would like be precise...though I doubt she'd mind being called flower He mewled lightly at the kitten, tilting his head on the side he cast his glance at Little Feather as she conversed with a boy he had not met...she seemed to know him...he looked back at Garden as he heard her speak thinking her to be a mind reader with her impeccably tiemd mentioning of food. He produced a strange purring rumble from his throat as if trying to chuckle as the kitten repeated his nickname. Yes you are now known as Furrball because you're a fluffy kitty Lion grumbled softly at the kitten, lifting his jowels in a grin as the fluffball ran over to him and rubbed itself against his leg. He reckoned the little feline was about the same size as one of his battleship sized feet...which was positively adorable!

He turned his head as he heard yet another familiar voice, he gave the bakeneko his best lion-ish grin. Hello Seven, good to see you again He greeted him with a friendly rumble, feeling rather like a feline magnet at this moment in time. He glanced down at the kitten nuzzling its head with tip of his nose before shifting his gaze back to Seven, he lifted the ridge above his eye momentarily at the circus cat deciding he wasn't comfortable with the way he watched the kitten it made his 'Papa Lion' instincts kick in, he curled his tail around his side flicking the tip across the ground. A long while...because his hunter would have to deal with a rather angry lion first Lion grumbled at the bakeneko with a small grumble, though his tone had not been threatening it was uncertain whether the lion was jesting or issuing Seven a indirect warning. Lion tilted his head to the side as Sunflower was hoisted up by the circus feline and licked, he nodded as he was poked. Feeling his gaze lift once more to seek out Little Feather he could smell her nearby but he could no longer see her or her friend, he simply shook his head and returned his attention to his feline friends.

Seven, do you know why we were called here? Lion mewled glancing over his shoulder as he bumped into something he realized he had caused a young girl to spill her drink into her lap, he shifted out of the way moving his head so she could see him he purred at her trying to offer an apology before his watchful eyes sought out Sunflower once more, making sure he was safe.
Hey Silver Fox! Welcome to the chillest Pokemon RP going :D (That I know of xD)

Loved the entrance post by the way ^^
- Bam-bam -

Bam-bam squeaked as she was seized by the Ninetails, she gripped onto her skull helmet as she was dragged away. “Hey! Put me down! This is poke-buse!” She wailed at Akira, waving one hand at her tail as it was set on fire she pulled her feet up to her face and hastily blew on the flaming tip. “Ah! Hot, hot, hot!” She complained, flapping her tail against the ground as she was dragged.

- Beast & Bam-bam -

Beast grinned at Oscar as he smiled happily, he felt his tail wag in response. “That’s brilliant to hear Oscar! I’m not doing to bad though I need to rope Bam-bam in before she gets into anymore-“ Beast actually hesitated for a moment, looking around expectantly...though no sound interrupted him, with a relieved expression he opened his mouth to finish his undisturbed sentence when Akira’s angry voice cut him off for the third time that morning! “-trouble” He sighed dropping his head in defeat.

He tensed back as the fiery ninetails stormed back into the nest instantly aware Amara may douse them both in water again...he feared for his hut at this moment in time as well. “A-akira! N-now hold on I was just coming!” Beast stuttered over his words, his ears flicking back as she placed a squirming Bam-bam down in front of him, demanding she be punished for her actions. Beast nodded his head quickly at Akira, exhaling as she spun on her heels and left...he appreciated Akira a lot but Arceus did she scare the flames out of him. He physically shook himself, careful not to dislodge Amara as he did trying to shake the tension left in the room. He glanced back at Oscar as he mentioned his change in mood. “Aww, don’t let this get you down! Come on guys, what say we have a bit of fun? Lighten the mood” He grinned at the lot of them.

“Bam-bam on the other hand...I think its high time you paid the elder a visit!” Beast grumbled, his expression becoming harder as he stared at the sulking Cubone. “I mean it! Leave Akira alone and visit Max” He lowered his voice, he didn’t like being a hardball but it was necessary with Bam-bam, who merely persisted to sulk in front of him too afraid to challenge Beast after his demonstration of seriousness. It only took a moment for the warmth to return to the Arcanine’s face as he turned back to the others.
Noticing Puff had hidden upon Akira’s arrival he lowered his head towards her, wagging his tail slowly. “Hey Puff, want to come play? I’m offering free Beast rides first...then I’m thinking a game of either ‘*Beast Says’ or ‘Hide and Seek’ what do you guys think?” He asked eager to put the cubs back at ease. “We should probably keep an eye out for Rin as well” He grinned at them his tail wagging behind him happily. He was at ease talking to Kir if he directed his speech to either Puff or Oscar. Beast carefully made his way out of the hut, waiting to see who fancied joining him out here, his ears flicked towards Professor Oak as he bounded into the village. The Arcanine ‘barked’ a greeting at the professor before returning his attention to the cubs.

- Bam-bam continued -

Bam-bam scowled at Kir under her skull helmet, folding her arms and angrily turning her back on the other pokemon she hadn’t challenged Beast at all though upon him leaving she got to her feet and hopped up and down in a paddy. muttering under her breath before storming out of the hut. “Out of my way!” She hissed at Oscar as she passed him. She poked her bottom lip out, stalking back over to her discarded bone she picked it up casting a long glance at Oak, Akira and Luke before she dramatically jutted her head up and turned away in a huff dragging her bone behind her she begrudgingly made her way up the hill. Trying to think up a way to trick the old pokemon...
