Hey, how tall is the ring of fire around Morph? Think I might have Changeling assist him.
Changeling let out a surprised grunt as Chrome ripped him off and into the air. Of course the steel man had super strength. Changeling would just have to pack more of a punch, then-

"OWW!" Changeling screamed, as he felt his body slam into the ground with enough force to crack concrete. Sure, it wasn't enough to actually hurt the Fay, but it definitely hurt like hell.

Before he had a chance to react, Chrome was stomping on his chest. For a nonlethal exercise, this guy certainly was willing to use lethal force. The vigilante silently thanked whatever magical ancestor he had that gave fairies endurance. Still, this was painful...

Assuming Strix's pellet had hit its target successfully, Changeling was quick to take full advantage of Chrome's addled state. Focusing his mind on the task at hand, Changeling went rigid, magic coursing through his body in an attempt to induce an auditory and ocular hallucination in the steel man.

If Changeling was successful, Chrome would hear the sound of many people wailing, and soon after would see the dim silhouette of hands, reaching through the pellet's light, grasping for the metahuman's face.

Of course, this was all merely an illusion, but Changeling's daggers were not. When the Fae completed his spell, he struck at the hallucinating Chrome, using every ounce of enhanced strength he could muster as he stabbed first into the steel man's left hip joint, and then into his right. Changeling then attempted to push Chrome off, and finished his attack with a kick to the ribs backed by enhanced strength.

Changeling then sheathed his daggers, grabbing his thankfully intact bow and preparing to strike again if Chrome was somehow not out of commission.
Hey, Mr. Didi, with the Fellowship's rulebook being cowritten by the Faery King, I figured it'd probably be a good idea to ask about the Fae. Specifically, if you plan for both the okay Seelie Court and the evil Unseelie Court to exist in the game. Because if so, Changeling's origins would be of the Unseelie, and if not I may need to do some minor modifications to the character.
Upon the successful destruction of the sniper nests, changeling leapt back to the street, rejoining his fellow potential teammates in their charge. "That wasn't so bad!" he said, momentarily proud. Only momentarily.

He was brought back to reality when the buildings had exploded, and new combatants had appeared, these "terrorists" garbed in clothes that screamed stereotypical villain. Beneath his mask, Changeling rolled his eyes at Pariah's dramatic statements, and then sighed as a steel man joined in on the melodrama. It was like they thought this was a cartoon!

When the fighting broke out once more, Changeling stayed back for a while, carefully firing shots at "terrorists" he caught getting too close, although his shots were now far more conservative, as even his full supply of arrows wouldn't have been enough to take all the henchmen. For the mean time, he would let the rest of the group pull some weight.

Then, he saw the steel man charge Strix. Quickly, he put his bow away, and unsheathed his daggers, racing to intercept the steel man. Changeling jumped, attempting to land on top of him, using the weight of his armor combined with his invulnerability to hold the "villain" down. If he was successful, Changeling would attempt to attack, although if such a thing were to prove pointless, the vigilante would be quick to return to simply holding Chrome down.

"Don't go messing with the team player here, friend. I think he's probably pretty useful."
So, um, I'm going to go ahead and back out of this. I've pretty much lost interest, so hopefully it's still early enough in the game that if you guys end up moving again my character won't be an issue.

Sorry.
Have fun!
Alrighty, finally got a post up! Sorry for the wait, Kiddo.
Good, his attempt to make conversation had not been too hard on the child. Griga was relieved. Nevertheless, it would perhaps be wise to keep his friendliness in the adult realm. He supposed that many children in the city might be a little suspicious of friendly strangers. It was a sad, but understandable, fact of life.

Griga was about to speak, when the nervous hybrid started looking around him. Griga turned to see what the kid was looking for, only to see a large mass of people that, while probably perfectly interesting individuals, seemed like nothing more than a generic crowd... Maybe the girl was just looking for her family...

...And now the girl was pulling him away, calling him brother? Griga was confused by this, what in the world was she-

The Zora's thoughts were interrupted when Rissie whispered. "There's an evil man chasing me," she had said. Quickly, Griga tried to mask his confusion with a look of good natured annoyance.

"Fine, fine!" He said loudly, "Might as well try some human cuisine while we're here!"

Well, this wasn't good, but at least he had stumbled into the situation. It was not often that Griga would be willing to fight a Terminean outside of friendly competition, but child predators most certainly were an exception. "Smile" would be wise not to follow.
I likely won't be posting until late on the weekend. This week's been a little bit chaotic for me.
Here's a few villains for Changeling. It isn't a solid list, and it's probably not all of them, but it's what I've thought up.

Banshee: a metahuman villain, she has precognitive abilities and a scream that has more explosive force than dynamite. She went insane after foreseeing her own death, and went on a rampage that ended when Changeling put an arrow through her chest. Rumor has it that she's not entirely dead, but there isn't much evidence to support that.

Puca: Metahuman crime lord that uses shapeshifting powers and terror tactics to force families and businesses into providing him a share of their profits. Known to appear before victims as a demonic black horse.

Iron Man: A normal human and the brother of Banshee, he built a suit of iron and an iron sword in hopes of avenging his sister's death. He has attempted to take Caleb's life multiple times, and has gotten closer to finishing the job each time. He does not like being confused with the fictional billionaire of the same name.

Traca Hulder: a metahuman woman with super strength, she turned to villainy after discovering her husband had commuted adultery, and killed him, his lover, and anyone who got in her way. She's now in the business of ending anyone else that's less than loyal.

Herla, the Wild Huntsman: a vigilante demon hunter, Herla has superhuman strength and durability, the ability to telepathically control animals, and is a master archer. Due to being a fairy, Changeling has become one of the Huntsman's targets.

Tylwyth Teg: a Fay being responsible for numerous kidnappings of human children and their replacement with changelings, Caleb desires to bring him down to prevent infants from meeting the same fate as the original Suburu baby. His powers are similar to Caleb's, but his illusionary magic is far more powerful.
