That might make an interesting take on the name Mister Crystal haha.

At the moment I'm trying to think of origins for Maestro before I get into drawing her. She's a performance criminal more interested in showing off then anything, never kills, and she somehow got high-tech equipment, so... hmm.

I'm waiting to post until I get more responses to the Rainmaker mission if that's ok.

Here's a few villains for Changeling. It isn't a solid list, and it's probably not all of them, but it's what I've thought up.

Banshee: a metahuman villain, she has precognitive abilities and a scream that has more explosive force than dynamite. She went insane after foreseeing her own death, and went on a rampage that ended when Changeling put an arrow through her chest. Rumor has it that she's not entirely dead, but there isn't much evidence to support that.

Puca: Metahuman crime lord that uses shapeshifting powers and terror tactics to force families and businesses into providing him a share of their profits. Known to appear before victims as a demonic black horse.

Iron Man: A normal human and the brother of Banshee, he built a suit of iron and an iron sword in hopes of avenging his sister's death. He has attempted to take Caleb's life multiple times, and has gotten closer to finishing the job each time. He does not like being confused with the fictional billionaire of the same name.

Traca Hulder: a metahuman woman with super strength, she turned to villainy after discovering her husband had commuted adultery, and killed him, his lover, and anyone who got in her way. She's now in the business of ending anyone else that's less than loyal.

Herla, the Wild Huntsman: a vigilante demon hunter, Herla has superhuman strength and durability, the ability to telepathically control animals, and is a master archer. Due to being a fairy, Changeling has become one of the Huntsman's targets.

Tylwyth Teg: a Fay being responsible for numerous kidnappings of human children and their replacement with changelings, Caleb desires to bring him down to prevent infants from meeting the same fate as the original Suburu baby. His powers are similar to Caleb's, but his illusionary magic is far more powerful.

Maestro is an unusual criminal even as far as supervillains go. Her antics never leave a single causality, though property damage and theft abound, and there are often injuries. Instead, her crimes are all about being as large, impressive, and showy as possible. She refers to herself as a "performance criminal", caring more about the spectacle of her crimes then the actual crime itself. She has a selection of all-female henchwomen who aid her in her performances, dressed equally as flamboyantly as she is(her colors are pastel blues and pinks, even her hair is dyed pink), and utilizes a jetpack/amplifier combination to unleash damaging blasts of sound in the form of classical music. She never kills, regardless of how much damage she causes, even pleading with Blast Girl in their first encounter to stop so she wouldn't get killed. This failed and Blast Girl defeated her, but even after multiple fights Maestro has never been apprehended.

As I mentioned before, Shin doesn't leave enough adversaries alive to form a rogue's gallery, though he does have a few contacts throughout Japan and his clan that would be worth mentioning. A same-bito, a minor snake god, a few onmiyouji, and a vampire-hunting vampire, among them.

Lol Gabriel is anything but liberal, he would be a moderate conservative with some centrists ideals, but his huge show of Catholic pride and opposition to abortion and criticism of feminism would make him the enemy of several types of liberals. I can definitely see him and Gabriel having great loathing for each other
