Probably not yet, I mean they're still training to use the powers they have now properly, so upgrades will come later.
Yeah, tbh I had planned from the beginning for the sedatives to merely keep his powers in check rather than make him loopy
I hope I kind of cleared up holes that were inevitably forming haha, and that the skip transitioned well with the little narrative. I also kept who the person speaking was for the most part pretty vague so that it could be read as your character if you wanted.
Chapter One: The Ghosts of Sanctum

Those first few days seemed like only an introduction of what was to come. That day in the briefing room, we got our mission, The overseers would be prepping us for field work for a month before we began the investigation. Day in and day out, we were training: combat, firearms, strategy, power management- it felt like we had only the last few hours of each day to really talk to one another. There were some budding friendships sure, but for the most part we all seemed to be just as unaware of each other as those first days. Guardian said that the training we endured was only the beginning.

The little down time we did have was largely dedicated to doing activities with Vita. If anything we had all at least become used to one another, for good or for bad. We even had a few new members in the form of Jack and Azrael. Jack seemed like a pretty big hothead, but a cool enough guy. Azrael on the other hand, he didn't speak much. He kept a black headband tied midway around his head, covering his eyes.

Others left the group, and the overseers kept oddly quiet about them after that, saying only that they decided that this lifestyle wasn't for them. We all had one thing in common, we were all tired of waiting. They had briefed us on our first assignment last night, and everyone was already up getting suited in their costumes for the first time. We were headed down to New York City. There we'd be split up into small groups, and would be tasked with locating the rogue titan nicknamed Ink, capable of bringing her tattoos to life. The Sanctum carrier was our current location, and before us stood none other than Commander Nunez. She had given us our words of encouragement and now simply guided us onto the aircraft. I strapped myself into something straight out of a war movie, now more determined than ever to make a difference.

Alright so it sounds like everyone is on board with the skip. I'll get to posting in a bit
I hesitate to call it a true time skip as it's only around a month skip, and relationships between most characters wouldn't change too much, though there'd be a few more budding friendships. Basically, the recruits would be trained in combat, firearm use, controlling powers, and crime investigation. Of course there training would have only really just begun, it should be enough for their first mission.
Yeah that's awesome Path, and that sounds like a good start Scar, that one might have to come later as atm most people don't know of BPAP, but it definitely sounds like it good be fun to RP. I can't wait to get started, I have a lot planned for the main missions and stories!
Yeah, I think they'll agree on the waiting part. What I might have to end up doing is maybe providing like an email or facebook or something as contact info to everyone because sometimes I get caught up in other things and either forget or end up being too busy. This way you guys can kind of kick me, when I forget to post haha. Anyway, is there any other mission ideas? Maybe some you've had Scar?
Also, I'd really like to get the first mission started, but the characters need some training before that could happen. I was wondering if you guys would mind if I skimmed over this, just narrating some of the training and what not so we can get going?
Sorry all, getting ready to head back to school soon so I've been doing a lot of running around and planning a road trip with some friends to end the summer. That sounds like a really interesting idea, and I think the best thing about me not always being on is that it gives you guys a chance to kind of come together in the OOC, so please don't feel like everything has to stop just because I'm not here. Anyway, I own Infamous Second Sons and it was a pretty cool game, and the idea with the hate group definitely did make me think of that, but most superhero stories have something within that realm. Maybe you'd like to fill out a mission sheet?
