Okay, Robin will go to the boat.
Sorry for being gone so long. I was extremely busy.
And I'm so sorry to ask, but could someone update me on what's going on in the roleplay? I'll try not to disappear again.
I am unsorted, so that's why I was asking. If I am unable to chose, that's fine with me. Either group will be okay.
Are we assigned to groups, or do we get to pick? Also guys, sorry I've been inactive lately. I was so busy on Mother's day, it's not even funny.
If we do get to choose, I'd like Robin to be in the asylum.
Adelaide laughed at Narral's nickname for the Satyr. "Aye." She replied. She always loved good music; almost enough to become a bard herself. She had never learned any instruments besides one, so that wouldn't be a possibility.

Maximus came back from his meat sales trip, landing on Narral's head, a bag of coins in his head. "Get it off," She said quietly. "Get this damn bird off me. Kill it if you must, just get the damn thing off!" Apparently, Narral wasn't fond of birds. Adelaide laughed. "That's just Maximus. Come 'ere, boy." Adelaide held out her elbow, and Maximus departed from Narral and landed where his master wanted him. "Don't worry. He wouldn't hurt a fly unless he needed to." Adelaide reassured her.

Just then, a laughing, soaking wet man kicked the door open, offering free drinks for everyone. Maximus, a bit startled, flapped his wings to regain balance. "Easy, Max." Adelaide stroked the bird in an attempt to calm him down. He settled back onto her arm, eyeing the man.
Darcy entered the hotel, not knowing what to expect. What she saw amazed her. She had never heard of a hotel for the Supernatural before, and everyone knows she couldn't dare try to get a room at one of those human hotels. Darcy walked up to the check-in counter.

"How may I help you?" The secretary asked. "I--uh... I'm looking for a suite..." Darcy replied. The secretary turned to her computer, analyzing it for a second. "Ah, yes. We have several available. 204, 309, or 337?" Darcy looked up as if her answer was written on the ceiling. "Uh... 337's fine." The secretary smiled. "Okay, here's your key. Your room is on the twentieth floor. Have a nice stay!" She handed Darcy her key. Darcy thanked her and went to the elevator. She rode all the way up to the twentieth floor, amazed at how tall the building was. She stepped out, found her room, and opened the door.

Inside was a nice little living room area with a flat-screen TV and a leather couch, and it also had a little kitchen area with granite countertops and appliances. Her bedroom had a queen size bed covered in soft pillows, and it also had a master bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The suite contained two bathrooms: The master, and one linked to the living room. She even had a balcony with curtains so she wouldn't have to endure the light all of the time. Wow, Darcy thought, I could get used to this. There was even a little pamphlet that included details about the hotel and the layout.
Well, Skyler just arrived. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Oh, as I meant to mention... 1983 was probably on the tail end of the "martial arts craze" period. So swords might have been cheap, or not so cheap. They could have been pretty prolific, and there were probably lots of stainless steel, poor quality ones out there. There were probably some itto, or metal practice blades being marketed as the real deal to unaware or ignorant buyers. As a kenjutsu and iaijutsu practitioner (as I'm sure her stepfather was) he'd know the difference and avoid them. On a side note, that home probably has at least two bokken (wooden sword, great clubs and usually focuses blows better than bats). There may be a second katana on the property as well. That one is likely the practice blade, whereas a katana over the mantle may be a much more artistic piece (still real and functional). Perhaps something like this:

Wow, you're very knowledgeable when it comes to swords, and that's nothing to be ashamed of. And yes, I do think that Robin will use that katana. Thank you for helping me.

Will this always be open? I have my eye on this but i'm still on the fence with my decision.

No, we're going to close sign ups as soon as we have a few more characters that, as I mentioned before, will be "disposed of." Also, I'm working on another character, and it should be up soon.
Adelaide decided to visit a small road-side tavern. Not only could she sell her catch to the tavern, but to the customers as well. As long as she had the barkeep's approval. She entered the tavern, barely escaping the rain. Maximus always hated the rain. Adelaide sat down on a bar stool and looked at the barkeep.

"Hello, sir. Care to buy some meat? Fresh from this morning!" Adelaide said. He looked slightly interested. "How much?" He asked, eying her. "Cheapest in the mainland!" She replied. "So how many pounds?" The barkeep chuckled. "You have to let me see it first. For all I know, it's already spoiled."
Adelaide grabbed her backpack and grabbed fresh duck meat. The barkeep looked satisfied. "Deal," He said, handing her a few coins. She exchanged the meat from her backpack and put the coins in a small pouch on her belt. A fat bearded man approached Adelaide.

"Is that meat ya got there?" He asked. "Why, yes. Yes it is. And it can be yours if you like." Adelaide looked at the barkeep, and he shrugged, as if saying 'Why not?'. The man pulled out some coins, and Adelaide gave him some meat in return. After the man left, a Halfling came by and sat down beside her. "I told you you wouldn't make it," The barkeep told her. "I said the storm would be here before you were halfway to the next town."

"Shut up, Ted." The Halfling told him. She then began wringing her hair out over the bar. The storm must've hit already. Adelaide handed Maximus a few steaks wrapped up in paper, and he flew off to find customers. He did that all the time for Adelaide, bringing customers meat and bringing the coins back to her. They had a good business going.

Adele turned to the girl beside her."Hello," She told the girl, extending her hand. "My name is Adelaide. You wouldn't want to buy some meat by any chance?" Adelaide knew she probably wouldn't, but it was worth a shot.
