Reina nods.
They had been walking for awhile now, and her feet were a bit sore. She hadn't been out this long in awhile. "How much longer do you think?"
"Right there!" Ptelea points to the buildings up ahead. "The hospital is on th e left.'
Reina nods.
They had been walking for awhile now, and her feet were a bit sore. She hadn't been out this long in awhile. "How much longer do you think?"
"Oh wow! He can't be that bad then, if you've known him that long." She noticed how Pterea was reacting every time she mentioned her brother. She frowns a bit. "Don't worry, we're going to find Ambrose. I promise." Reina pats her back softly as they walked.
"Oh, that's good then! I'm glad he likes to see you." Reina nods as Pterea explained.
Reina laughs softly, "Gotcha. I've been there before!" She continues following the small girl, hoping they'd near their destination soon. Who knows if the adults at the home would follow them if they noticed they were missing. "Are you sure we won't be bothering him too much by visiting this often?" She tilts her head slightly.
Kianna forces her head above the surface of the water and coughs, regaining herself. She saw Fabine slip away after he kicked her and stands up. "Is that really all you got?" She snarls, feigning strength. Her energy was running out fast.
"Like, isn't he in the hospital. How's his arm?" She asks, looking down at her. "And that's alright then. I'm sure he'll be great to meet."
Kianna felt his arms wrap around him and she thrashed, trying to throw him off. The water was making it harder to fight that it would have been on land, but she was going to make it worth it. She lets go of his arm and lets her body go limp to drag him down.
Reina listens to Ptelea, not having seen her this happy before. "I'm sure he's a nice kid, from what you've told me. Is he okay though?" She asks, walking forward to keep up with her pace.

Vera attempted to silence him with a fierce gaze. Her eyes became worried as she turned her attention back to Fabine and Kianna. "Fabine, do you, should I...?" she began, referring to whether or not she should help, although he seemed pretty personally invested in this battle. And I need to keep this kid from running back to those Rabins the first chance he gets.

Kianna winces as his foot connects with her side, biting down harder. She could taste some blood now, as well as river water. She couldn't talk through a mouthful of arm, but knew she had hit her mark. She pulls him backwards against the current.
Reina nods. "Okay, Ptelea! Lead the way." She follows quickly after the young girl, steps light. She was full of nerves, as they were technically running away into the unknown. Ambrose could be gone for good for all she knew... this was better than what their lives had been previously, though. She nods to reassure herself.

Kianna smirks, seeing how angry he was. She turns to latch her mouth onto his forearm as he presses forward, feeling the knife slice against her skin. She was going to be sore after all of this. Kianna growls deeply.
Reina slips out of the house quietly, breathing a sigh of relief. She glances around for Ptelea and nods to her as she made eye contact. "Lets go," She whispers.

Kianna feels the blade hit her face and she recoiled, stepping back in the water. "Oh, just that I got him real good." She taunts, lunging for the arm that held the knife. She needed to knock him backwards into the river.
Reina nods in satisfaction and slides the bag over her shoulder. She began to leave the room behind, slipping against the wall to stay out of sight. She needed to meet up with Ptelea without being caught.
