Question: Does everyone have to go through the Academy Program?

BTW will we be starting like the day after the events? I'd figure you'll clear this up later on in an IC post, but I wanna know what to do with my characters.
@Sixsmith It's around two where Fox is so maybe he could get off work? (I'm assuming it's okay for him to leave) Or maybe have something come up at work?
