Let me add on to that. Yes. Any character not made into a sheet has the possibility of being controlled by me. If that makes sense.

So like if I don't make my characters manager he is controllable by you? Is that what you mean by that rule?Not always. Most of the time he would be controlled by you. But I will specify when it is currently controlled by me. For example, he might be end up sick with something because he touched something he shouldn't have. But it would only happen if he triggered something specifically plot related. I wont go out of my way to control anyone's supporting character unless they did something specific to the sort that would alter their state of being.

Are they not all in the character sheet section?For example, let's say your character is a student at a college, the teacher isn't a character made in the character section, along with the rest of the school staff and students. So the GM might RP as a student who sits behind you in class and whispers something in your ear, or the teacher might slip you a note, or a class president who tells you to stay after class because you're in trouble. Things like that. But I wont control your student character.

The GM will state if their role is currently in used by a GM and when no longer in use, you can roleplay with them as normal."

Yep! Just make sure your willing to stay active and know it's going to be Slice of Life at first for a while!
I'm remaking an RP, this time hopefully better, due to the rules that pertain to inactivity. It is located here, and you can find more information here as well:

This isn't a typical RP where players stay the same, over time the players are going to unlock powers and abilities in a sci-fi theme. These powers are based on the choices they make in Trip City. The city and players will alter over time based on their interactions with scenarios made by me.
I'll bump here occasionally to get new players.
Well, it's supposed to be Slice of Life first. They should know that going into it. Either age your character significantly or negate much of the martial arts. My buddy and I will be talking in depth about which characters to accept. It was my bad that I wasn't paying much attention in the first place. So now anything that has to be accepted will go through him as well.
The main issue is the inactivity. Minus you. I'm making a new RP with more rules pertaining to inactivity.
