Of my choosing, but it depends on the actions you do in the world and how you respond to a scenario. So, you wont get hit by an out of place lightning strike and get a random power. Also when technology advances you can be sure to buy futuristic items and abilities that can grant power. Most likely, at a cost, but those vary of widely available to needing to be apart of a secret organization to obtain. But these are powers you can personally take or not.

Why would I grant you power later in the game if you can already beat up anyone? This game is focused on growth and change. Even if you were age 99 and knew any martial arts I would not accept it. I made this new topic to start fresh with new rules for a reason. I won't apologize for making my own RP and establishing my own rules and aesthetics. If I gave you sci-fi powers later in the game you'd still be beyond anyone here in terms of power level because it would combine with your known skills. I will not continue this conversation further. I will not accept a character from you because 1. you disagree with my views in a world I created, and 2. you are hard to deal with, 3. your character doesn't fit in the world, and I'm not willing to work with you on it. That is final.

It's because of your behavior. You don't want to shorten your character description when I asked. Like I said. It isn't about representing you in real life. It's about balancing the players that exist in the world already. Your character is way too overpowered and is younger than all the people here. Congrats for your real life skill, but it is not what we are looking for in this fictional universe.

OMG I LOVE BESM. WELCOME! I would just recommend looking at a user's post history to make sure that they're the right partner for you. I have saved myself some massive headaches after doing that. Zade Magnus Zade Magnus was at his desk drinking coffee in the news center. The news center was a large skyscraper in the middle of the city square. It typically showed colorful advertisements to the people walking or driving by the city center, which was the hub of many activities. Now that the cities preferred not to wage war, things have gotten quiet. But possibly too quiet. Zade started to feel anxious about his job and what the future might hold for him. His printer started to print wirelessly from someone else's office. Zade got a text from someone just then. He realized it was his boss. "hey z, heres your story for tonight. they got those new rabbit things coming out on the market and they paid us well to have it featured. your on in 30" Zade sighed and thought to himself. If this guy wasn't his boss, he would have tought him a thing or two about capitalization and the difference between you're and your. Zade hated technology and felt like it was dumbing down society. He put down his coffee and picked up his papers to skim over it. Then he headed down to the recording studio nervously fixing his tie. Just because he's been speaking on TV for years didn't mean he was any more comfortable with it. The thought of speaking to millions of people was harder than actually doing it. He just needed that red recording light on before he could be that confident reporter.

I think he means the whole 'knows five martial arts, can beat an armed man, master at weapon combat', those sorts of things.

Beat an armed man I bullshitted, that I admit. Knows five martial arts? I do in real life, not changing it. Master at weapon combat? I never said that but I know HOW to use weapons.

Hey, Diamond. While it doesn't say "weapons master" it does say very skilled at using weapons. By the way, it isn't your RP. It's mine. The final say is mine. It isn't about who you are in real life, it's about how you balance out with the other players. And your character does not fit in. Because of your additude and your unwillingness to simplify your character sheet, we can't let you join this RP.

Also, I wanted to try out the fact that our characters already know each other, and I don't think that works for me. Let's have our characters meet up and learn about eachother throughout the story. I might change my dude. Might not. I mean, it'd still be Zhijiru.
