This is asking for an RP in which the Southend-on-Sea furniture bots battle for control with the Korean casino bots, in an ultimate struggle that will destroy the world.

Suddenly building some kind of wall doesn't seem like a bad idea. Vote Frengo 2016 for RPG President.

Is it sad that I bought a 10yo Netbook from Ebay with the sole intent of using it just to write my RP posts?

Sea Gorillas are not a "personal" issue, and affect the entirety of mankind. It's morons like you that prevent social and cultural progress.
His name was Bishop Thomas of Berran, and he was the Minister at the Church of the Creator. In better days, when the sun still graced the land, and where the farms and cottages still hummed with the happiness of the living, he was a good man - he was a compassionate man. He dedicated himself to God, and aspired to walk in the shadow of Christ. The locals loved him as a father, and knew him as a great human being.
Now, he is a broken shell; when the land fell to darkness, he was spared but also cursed. He is immortal, and the lurking evil leaves him well enough alone. Thus, he has been living in isolation for a very long time, perhaps centuries - though time is difficult to measure in a land where night blends into night.
As the only living native of this strange land, perhaps he holds answers as to what this place even is, and what caused it to become this way. Seeking him out at The Preist's Hovel might provide the answers our characters need to work towards an escape.
But be warned, for the Bishop is no longer known for kindness. He is deranged, his mind lost to oblivion... and alas, he no longer can recognise the living from the dead, the Heavenly from the Demonic, or the real from the imagined.
Actions to Take:
Knocking on the door of the Bishop's dwelling will result in him yelling out curses, and incoherent parts of the Holy Bible. He will only get louder if your character tries to calm him down.
Sneaking into the Bishop's dwelling is risky business. If he spots you, he will attempt to bash your skull in with the nearest blunt object at hand. He wont even stop to ask who, or reason why. More than likely, he'll be singing hymns as he launches his attack.
Still, if the character remains undetected, perhaps they can surprise and disarm him.
knocking the door down, and storming in all guns blazing, or all swords swinging, will see the Bishop coming at you with a large golden candle stick. The Bishop is an old man, and insane - he's no fighter, and you'll be able to kill him easily enough if you're a skilled warrior, or have superior technology/powers at hand.
But here's the catch.
If you kill him, you kill your only life line to your respective universes.
Over powering the Bishop, and securing him (tying up, holding in a lock, etc), will prompt him to break down in tears. He will sob, mumble incoherent words, but occasionally you'll make out the following:
"LORD FORGIVE THEM, they know not what they have DONE!", "Sin comes from sin, and from sin comes destruction, and from destruction comes sin, and from sin comes the end." and "Smoke. Bricks. Scorched timber. THEY SCREAMED SO LOUD! MAKE IT STOP!" He will mostly repeat this over and over.
I will provide a clue as to where to head next, if a character achieves this option.
The Bishop is insane, and beyond the help of most. However, if you have powers that can calm him, or skills in dealing with a disturbed mind, you may be able to make him coherent enough to understand properly.
If this happens, I will provide a more detailed account of the priest's ramblings.
Thanks. Yea, Legionarius and Gunsō are both ranks actually. They are "Legionary" (In Latin) and "Sergeant" (In Japanese) respectively. Just in case anyone tries to call my character "Gunsō" rather than his real first name "Haruka."
That's a good job you said that. I figured out "Legionarius", but yeah, I thought Gunso was his name.
It's probably because I missed out his title "Legionarius". I'll update that for you, as I can see it causing confusion for others further down the line.
@Frengo, I don't believe anyone noticed my addition of a Roman CS, "Legionarius Marcus Nerva", I was about to make a post for him when I noted that he was not counted in the total number of characters. I'm just bringing it to attention before I actually make an IC post with him so I don't cause any problems, he's currently in the Characters tab.
He's there, I added him right away. Check again, hes number 7. I put him below your Japanese dude :D
Equipment: Main Weapon: A whip that can transform into a hairpin. Secondary Weapon: dagger Inventory: Long rope. Leather armor. Light stone (A stone that lights up when blowed on).
Powers and Skills: Magic training. Basic survival training. Weapon training.
Back Story/Bio: Elora strife is a princess of Nohr. That is all she remembers other than that is she is not wanted in this land.
@Ganryu I like that idea, a lot. I might shamelessly "borrow" it the next time I create another great RP venture.
Seriously though, I bet that thing would sell like hot cakes at a fair. You should give it a go. Got a feeling that there's plenty of members here who would be down with it.
So, after I got sick, so did everyone else in my family, and my responsibilities increased a lot. I've been able to make small posts on this website these last several days. I'm... PRETTY SURE I'll have enough time today to finish the last portion of our big joint post Frengo, Neo and I plan to post. Fingers crossed.
It's okay dude, I've already sent Neo to fetch the world's smallest violin :D
Joking of course. I'm sorry to hear of your woes. If you need help, I might be able to do it all for ya tomorrow, if someone gives me a general outline of what shape that battle takes.
