A cloud of dust clogged the air like a thick fog, each breath the halfling took a smothering gasp. The shield proved durable despite its time underground, blocking out falling rocks that would have otherwise knocked out Wimena, or worse. A thin layer of dust turned Wimena's dark skin into pale stone. The cloud of debris was starting to thankfully fade, but the trembling remained. Wimena gasped in relief as familiar figures came into view, and she quickened her pace. "We're here!"
