Oooh boy, where to start?
First off: I'm what some of you people might call a ‘Polyglot’. It’s basically a big fancy word for someone who knows more than one language. I'm pretty fluent in four: English (duh!), German, Spanish (thanks to mi Papá) and ASL, but I'm teaching myself Korean and Italian. The results have been...mixed. But at least I'm getting there! The reason I wanna learn so many languages is because I want to travel. It’s basically my dream to go country to country, meeting new people and trying new things. I want to go to a Holi festival in India, or run through the crowded streets of Spain, or even swim in the blue waters of Greece. Somewhere, anywhere, far from this town.
With traveling, I'm also big with writing. I've got a shelf full of journals full of random stories. Most of them I never finish, but it's still fun to go back and read them. I guess that's why I don't mind this project as much as the other classmates.
Then there's dancing. Don't mean to brag, but I'm the best dancer in the world! Well...okay, not the best, but I still think I'm pretty good. I'm in the dance team at school, and it's an absolute blast.

How would you describe your personality?
I'm a firework: bright, bold, and full of life.
When I was five, my mom used to tell me to smile no matter what. It'd clear away the storm clouds in my head and bring sunshine to everyone around me. Twelve years later, that philosophy hasn't left. I'm almost always smiling, and I'm pretty optimistic, even when things look bad. I'm loyal to the bone, and admittedly a tad overprotective of my friends and family. But I can't help it. You mess with them, you mess with me! I'm very empathetical, and I'll do anything to help a friend in need.
Curiosity and adventure are a deadly combo, especially with people like me. I love discovering new things and going to new places. The excitement of it is a drug I can't get enough of.
I can be a bit--well, a lot--competitive and stubborn. I'm prideful to a fault, and there's been times before when my hubris led to me losing close friends. I'm trying to grow out of it. Trying.

What has your life been like so far?
Pretty okay, I guess.
I live with my uncle and bro, so it isn't all bad. Just wish I could see my parents more often, though. They're in Canada right now for a job, so aside from the occasional visit or phone call, we don't talk much. Kinda sad, huh? But I understand their reasons. Just makes me wish they could have brought us along instead of sticking us in some crummy small town.

Does babysitting your crazy sister count? Because Lord knows how much of that I do on a daily basis. Aside from that, I'm into reading, playing video games, and hanging with friends. Pretty basic stuff, I guess.
I’m also really into music. Classic, rap, rock, even a mix of all three. Doesn't matter the genre. I've learned to play around five instruments—guitar, drums, bass, ukulele, violin—and I've even written a few songs. I mean, they aren't that good, but still fun to make. I used to sing, but that was a long time ago. Like, years. Nowadays, the only time you'll hear me humming is in the shower.
I'm also a bit of a photographer. Whenever I have time, I’ll go out in the woods near my house and take a few shots. They're usually just of trees and plants, but once in a while I'll catch something impressive.

How would you describe your personality?
If Danny's sunshine, then I'm the rain.
Compared to her more reckless, energetic nature, I'm much more calm and responsible. So much so that I've been called 'Dad' a few times by my peers. Non-sexually, mind you. I can be fairly blunt, stating the first thing on my mind even if it's rude. I'm not the type to go out and talk to people. Not because I'm shy or anything, but simply because I don't really find any interest to. I'm perfectly content with my circle of friends, and don't find any reason to go out of my way and make more. Perhaps that comes from my reluctance towards change, but I'd rather we not get into that.
Believe it or not, despite all I've said I do indeed have a heart. I'm as stubborn as mule and just as defensive over the people I love. Though my mouth seems to have no filter, I kmi when to slow down and just shut up.

Mom and Dad are in Canada for some big job promotion. Unfortunately, my sis and I couldn’t tag along, so we got stuck with Uncle Simon. I suppose ‘stuck’ is too harsh of a word. I mean, Simon isn’t that bad, just really irresponsible. Like, party-all-night-wearing-clothes-from-the-80’s irresponsible. The man is 42. But he’s nice enough, I suppose.
