Suspect is described as a short, lanky figure garbed in a white jacket, dark pants, and black gloves. On their person is a toolbelt equipped with multiple cans of spray paint in varying colors, as well as two heavy, metal pipes strapped to their back. Any recognizable features (ethnicity, hair color, etc.) remains hidden behind a black, plastic mask.

Modus Operandi:
Toy King has been suspected of targeting high ranking corporate officials. More specifically, those with a history or are currently involved with crime. The attacks remain consistent: the victim is tied up, robbed and stripped, and beaten to near critical condition. The victim is then branded with a single black slash across the eyes, and their surroundings vandalized with multiple pieces of graffiti, often with pieces depicting their alleged crimes. Al victims remain alive and in custody.
Those who have witnessed Toy King in combat report the vigilante using both the metal pipes and even the spray paint as pseudo weapons. While the suspect has no consistent fighting style, they have been known to incorporate parkour with their combat and sneaking.

Known Weapons/ Equipment: 
Toy King is often seen using two metal pipes as makeshift weapons. Red with rust and perhaps something more, both pipes have been modified with barbed wire and nails to increase fatality. When not in use, Toy King hangs the pipes on a special strap on their back. 
Additionally, Toy King carries around several spray cans of varying colors around a utility belt.
It is suspected that Toy King owns a skateboard, as they have been seeing fleeing from multiple crimes scenes on one before disappearing into the alleyways. Where they keep it is as of yet unknown, though it's theorized they keep multiple stashed away in case they need a quick getaway.

Territory:
Toy King has been known to target the North Side of Chicago. They often stalk around Gold Coast, with it's large population of high class citizens. Occasionally, however, they've been spotted roaming abandoned parts of the city, occupying themselves with painting on the empty stones.

Notes:
Toy King rarely speaks, if at all. Any documented case of communication consists of them using ASL.
