After scrounging the web I found a dead thread on the subject that linked to which lists the hull and machinery contract costs for Second World War US Destroyers.
Their tables show that ships like the USS Farragut (launched in 1934) had a price of approximately $3,034,500. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much! That helps quite a bit.
Research help: I need a USD cost for destroyers. Anything circa 1940 works. If you don't provide and calculate modern USD, make sure to tell me what year it was commissioned in so I can calculate inflation.
Another Note: I need people to PM me for Co-GM positions, the project obviously takes a very large amount of research and I can't do it alone.
Name of Nation: The Commonwealth of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland
Inspirational Regime/Ruler: Oliver Cromwell and Richard Cromwell
Scholarly Article: olivercromwell.org/protectorate/protec..
The British Colonial Empire: Colony of Aden, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Botswana, Brunei British Cameroons, Egypt, Ellis Island, Falkland Islands, Fiji, Gambia, Gold Coast, Guyana, Honduras, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Kenya, Lesotho, Malaysia, Maldives, New England, New Hebrides, New Zealand, Namibia, Nigeria, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Sierra Leone, Somaliland, South Africa, South Georgia and South Sandwich Island, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Trucial States, Tongo, Uganda, Western Samoa, Zambia

Very small territories excluded.

I think I get it on the territories. Essentially, the British empire. If there is anything major that is not on the list, please let me know. Also, note, the entire map will be filled with various NPC nations that lack sheets of my own design.
EDIT: I think just Burma/Myanmar and India? is just not on that list?
EDIT II: Superpower.
EDIT III: If a USA wants to come about, they get priority on New England.
Being that we have a good amount of interest shown, I am going to set a hard deadline of Friday to get the OOC up. The sheet should, if everything goes according to plan, be done then.
Hm. I am trying to work income inequality into the economy and happiness tabs. How should I calculate it? I could have the player enter a median household income? What would I need to calculate it?
@Gaebrael
Thanks, I completely understand. I was just trying to spice things up a little, alleviate some personal boredom, and possibly ensure that my nation is not completely occupied by the Byzantines or the Ottomans on the first post. Ha!

No problem! I totally get it, its just that it would enormously elevate your influence to 6 or 7, and we can only have so many of those.
Awaiting GM approval on this, but to make things a little more interesting I'm deciding to give Albania some satellite states. My reasoning behind this is that while in real life the anti-revisionist communist parties backed by Albania could not compete with parties propped up by China and the Soviet Union, in this timeline I envision the Albanian Party of Labour arising from the first successful communist revolution thereby being the vanguard party that facilitates the spread of Marxism across the globe.

The Santiago Pact (formally, the International Confederation of Marxist Parties and Organizations, or sometimes informally ICMPO): is a treaty that ingrates the defenses of Albania and fourteen other ideologically compatible states (Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Chile, Columbia, Côte d'Ivoire, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Mali, Nicaragua, Suriname, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago) in order to combat the spread of imperialism and reaction across the globe. Despite the treaty's assurance of political independence all of the member states are indirectly governed from Tirana and toe the party line.

Hm. Hm hm hm. I would like to see if we get Soviets before I give my full authorization, but if we get imperialists, you are welcome to the title birthplace of the revolution. Note, however, that when I make the actual map, borders are very much subject to change. Very interesting idea.
Something I need help with:
I need upkeep costs for these vessels:
Aircraft carriers should cost 6, for reference. I am using international Credits, or C, which is roughly equal to 1 billion modern USD.

Just going to put this here, I have the sea zones for naval locations. Essentially, if you are in the same zone, you can take certain actions like combat and such. The zone splitting may appear bizarre and uneven, but remember that this is Mercator's Projection, so everything near the equator is scrunched up whilst the Antarctic Ocean (Southern Ocean) is zoomed far out of normal proportion.
Here are the abbreviations that the sheet will use, and that you probably should too:
