Bella
Finally at the factory after wandering for several hours, Bella looked up at the huge looming building from the bridge. It definitely seemed to have been deserted for a long time now. Even from here Bella could see shattered windows and various rusted metal machinery.Spooky, she thought. Distracted, she almost didn't notice Josive urging everyone onwards. Not wanting to look nervous, she hurried after Josive, feigning a smile. "Can't wait to see what's inside," she said.
Once the group reached the factory she stared up at all of the ropes. "That's weird," she commented. "These must be pretty old then, I don't think anyone would want to come here." She walked into the factory. It was huge inside, with high ceilings and metal walkways dangling in the air. She had to admit, it looked like a pretty cool hideout. She walked over to Josive and the elevator. "Yikes," she said, looking at the damaged wires. There has to be another way down there. "I'll go look around and see if there's anything," she said, wandering back into the center of the old building. She glanced over at Jared, wondering if he was having any luck. She looked over towards the dark edges of the factory. Maybe there's a staircase hidden there, she thought. She was about to head over there when she heard an unfamiliar voice call out behind her. She jumped, spinning around to see some kid swinging down on a rope. She bounced back a few feet until she recognized the intruder. It was that kid from class, the one who was doodling in his books in front of her. He must have snuck after us, she thought. "You're off campus too you know," she called back, dodging his question. She wasn't sure how much he already knew, or whether or not he could be trusted not to go tell on them and get them in trouble. She was pretty sure that they would have a lot of explaining to do if a teacher found out where they were.
