Zeki had promised logistics, and he had provided. A food service van currently held about a half a dozen security guards, their uniforms and ID's stripped from them. From the van
Several guards had been caught in the parking lot on the way in, their uniforms and ID's taken easily. Zeki himself was happily seated there, whistling to himself. He turned to the rest of the men in the back.
"Everyone whose wanting their disguises to be a little more accurate can make a contract with me by the way. I'm just saying, one little contract, a little bit of Vis, and I guarantee no one will spot the difference. Failing that, this jail did just go through a bit of a hiring and firing spree. And I do believe all these men here-"
He motioned with his cane.
"-have just been fired. I'm rather glad to be part of the hiring process. Now, let's outline the plan, and go in. We have about 15 minutes before they are suppose to clock in. Professor, as odd as it is to see you out of your bourgeois clothing, you are in charge, would you remind everyone here the plan for freeing the prisoners? I'm rather surprised to see you object to weapons, but I must say, I am enamored with your plan."
------------------
Outside the prison, west side
3:15 PM
Roger stood in an empty office with a few members of the resistance. Unlike the infiltration team, they did have weapons, a fair few of them as well. Transporting them had been a pain, but luckily logistics was a certain leader's specialty.
He pointed.
"You all begin your assault in 30 minutes. The goal is simple, we have to draw away as many guards as possible. If we involve local law enforcement, or even a few of the Prae's hunters, we should be alright. Now I'll be leading a protest a few blocks away, that should hamper their ability to respond. We're a little more free form than the other team, just general mayhem. Does anyone have any specialties they'd like share? If we can get past the barbwire, it will be alot easier to cause that panic."
Zeki eyes flared slightly, his smile set in stone, and his hands playing with his cane. He was obviously enjoying watching things come together a little too much. It was almost a pity this was a sideshow to him, it seemed much more entertaining to the main act. He was honestly tempted to skip out to entirely watch this. Still, the Prae had annoyed him, now they had to fall.
The first to speak was the man he'd roped inside, asking about Szayeis. At the question, he laughed, waving it off. The others started talking about it quickly, and turned to him, who hadn't recovered.
"The enemy to my enemy is not my friend. Whose to say he isn't my enemy as well? He is, however, the enemy of my enemy. That alone has value. Still, I don't think much of him."
He turned to the man, and gave a knowing smile taking an assumption.
"You can tell your boss I plan on keeping my distance from him, however."
Charles progressed with his preference on the mission. Zeki acknowledged with a nod.
"I believe I said you were incharge, so very well. Let me know what you'll need logistically, and it will be done. If there's one thing no one in this city can do like me, besides my charm, it's logistics. If you prefer no weapons, it is on you."
He pointed at Archene with the hook of his cane.
"That goes for you as well."
It was then a new comer burst through. Zeki was probably the only one who found it amusing.
"Wonderful! Welcome to the Anti-Prae fanclub. I'm your host Zeki Glaedwine.."
He pointed to Archene a second time.
"This is your boss."
It was obviously better for someone such as this individual to be a distraction, and not a stealth operative. Zeki liked him already.
Xiang entered the building with her normal formal air. Despite walking confidently, and her face being as stone, something was a little bit off. Holes were burned in her favorite red jacket, and she walked stiffly, like she was injured. Asking her about it would likely be a bad idea, Xiang was one of the more proud members of the Old Seireiti.
As she was greeted by her commander, Xiang nodded her head coolly, recognizing him. She, of course didn't say anything. It looked like she'd beaten her captain to the mansion. Probably for the best, Squad 2 had to be represented properly. They were the eyes on the rest of the shinigami, they were the justice to the rest.
She sighed, thinking about her squad: Captain Kawagana, Co-lieutenant Koshūsuru, Third-seat Hōshakō.... Yeah, she felt like the responsibility for saving face for squad 2 fell to her.
Xiang patiently waited as a 'rousing speech' was given, followed by orders. During the speech, Xiang watched Commander Yanagi very carefully. She'd already made her intentions crystal clear. At points she gave simple nods, agreeing with it.
“Kanai, Xiang, you're with Kenpachi,”
"Lieutenant Yue, sir."
She saluted him during it. A slight nerve was hit, why was she without title or last name? Even worse, why was she with Kenpachi. She turned to Sano, wordlessly shooting venom at him through her eyes. She used to be in Squad 11 before stabbing them in the back. She hated Squad 11.
Sighing in defeat, she turned to her new 'teammates' for the mission, standing by her captain...s, and Kanai.

In her gigai, her appearance fits in with the modern world. She'll wear semi casual clothes, and always present herself well. She of course has a police uniform.
【Biography: Xiang doesn’t remember much of her human life, having died young. She arrived as a mere child in the Rukongai, barely able to pronounce her own name, and unable to talk to anyone. She had found herself in one of the most unruly districts, South District #79, Tsuku. Violence and death surrounded this place. Xiang would have most certainly died here if she hadn’t been found by a local gang of kids who looked after her. One boy in particular she grew close to, named Tadakatsu. It was a pitiless place, and still gives Xiang nightmares about it.
The number one rule was be ignored if you want to live. Xiang had a problem with that, she often spoke her mind, and had to be dragged off before any harm could come to her. She saw couldn’t stand things that were wrong. She learned her place when one time, she wasn’t dragged off. Mouthing off to a man for hitting a woman. It was the wrong man to mouth off to. He drew a blade and struck at her. Xiang flinched, only to be pushed out the way by Tadakatsu.
The man, spat at the ground and left without the slightest remorse. Xiang thanked Tadakatsu profusely. He cryptically said.
“It’s a cruel place, so unjust…I think you’re right, just... don’t do anything stupid, okay Xiang?”
“Okay, okay, I won’t, fine.”
Tadakatsu was silent. It was then panic hit Yue Xiang as she noticed the blood. She screamed at Tadakatsu to wake up, but he never did.
Yue Xiang stopped with her outburst. She still couldn’t find herself to complacently accept that this was how things were. She just didn’t know what she was going to do.
The next world shattering event happened as she was gathering wood once for the group, when hollows appeared in the Rukongai, attacking the district. Xiang ran as fast as she could from them, but seemed doomed to be devoured. It took the hollow, a bear like one, a long while to catch up to her. It crashed into her, pressing her against a tree. Xiang closed her eyes, only to hear it scream.
Opening her eyes, she saw a sight that amazed her. A soul reaper stood sheathing his zanpakuto.
Xiang had no idea what he was, but the idea that someone could be that strong changed her view of the world. If only she could be strong, she could make the world around her a more just place.
Discovering what a soul reaper was, she joined the academy, moving the the Academy. While she wasn’t particularly talented in the academy apart from her speed, she was described by her classmates as ‘obsessed’. Others wanted to be a soul reaper, she seemed to have no other purpose.
Her view was it was the ultimate power to change the world around her. However, she idealized soul reapers a little too much. Meeting several upon joining the Gotei 13 seemed to shake her. She was initially placed in the 11th squad. She couldn’t stand it, and has a hatred of this squad to this day. Seeing those around her love violence as much as where she was from was sickening. Her zanpakuto being a knife put her at the very bottom of the squad’s unspoken pecking order. Her shikai eventually being discovered as still a knife made it worse. That wasn’t even the start of it of what sickened her. One man she had not expected to see was the man from the same district as her. The very same who had killed Tadakatsu. He too was in the 11th squad, and what was worse, he was her superior.
She had learned however from her days in the Rukongai to keep her mouth shut. She saw the same problem as before. She couldn’t do anything while there were people stronger than her above her. Especially him.
She didn’t know his name, but she kept a sharp eye on him, and a quiet mouth. She eventually discovered he was behind many crimes in the barracks. She continued to keep a tight lip, until a member of squad 2 passed by. The punishment force. She stopped him, and passed him to his superior of some ‘tidbits of information’ squad 2 would like to know. The next day, he did not come to work. It brought a wicked smile to her face. She continued to pass ‘tidbits of information’ to Squad 2, becoming unofficially adopted by the squad. Her superiors did not like rats though, and began to be suspicious of her.
Sensing danger, Xiang sent for an immediate transfer, and reported to the barracks of squad 2 before she was officially transferred. It felt like home there. They made sure there was order. The purpose of a soul reaper. She didn’t want to fight senselessly, she just wanted to make sure there was justice.
The next challenge she had was when the squad found out she was from the Rukongai. Not only the rukongai, but an outer district. Many turned their nose up at them, but Xiang figured if she had the skills they couldn’t complain.
Her skills blossomed in that squad. Not only did she have hard work, she was happy in the squad, and that made the difference. She earned her place. She discovered she was talented with Kido, and strengthened herself as well.
After many years of hard work, she discovered bankai. Training with it, she broke her arm the very first time she tried a single throw from it, embarrassing her greatly. She told no one about it, or her bankai, saying it was a training incident, which wasn't a lie.
Her true embarrassment only started the next day, when the soul society was invaded by the Junsei. Xiang was completely useless with her broken arm, and fled to the human world. Taking a gigai, she hid as a police officer in Karakura town. She often slipped away to assassinate hollows. This lifestyle lasted for 3 years, before Taikou found her, bringing her back to the group determined to take back the Seireiti. She accepted, though she still doesn't mention her bankai.
【Personality: Xiang is obsessed with justice, and goes to extreme lengths to enforce it. She holds those with power to particularly high standards, seeing it as their responsibility to maintain order and justice to everyone else. She hates the thought of people misusing their power. Ironically, she’s the closer than many in doing this in her pursuit as what she perceives to be right and wrong.
Past her obsession, Xiang does have human qualities... off hours it seems. She notes others having hard time, and often drinks with them after hours. Sympathizing makes her own problems seem smaller, though she hides her troubles, as well as she hides any sensitive information.
Xiang always acts extremely confidently and unflappable around others, but struggles inside with her unrealistic high expectations of herself. Seeing herself as a symbol as a former high ranking shinigami, she expects herself to be absolutely perfect, and can never make it. She has a dream she knows can never come true as well, a perfectly just system, but knows she’s probably punished innocents before.
In some ways, being exiled from the Seireiti has been good for her. She has a clear target, who is clearly evil, so she can be a symbol against them and injustice.
A quick shunpo step, the user glides by the opponent (preferably a restrained one), leaving a quiet glancing blow as they pass. The user lowers their reiatsu and uses quiet quick movement, passing like a phantom. An opponent paying attention can easily parry it, but with Xiang's style, she can generally distract an opponent.
Bakudo #60, Enkeikousoku(Binding circle):
After chanting, the a spell is planted in the group that activates after being stepped on. It releases a light in a pillar upwards, immobilizing whatever stepped on it, similar to Geki, though several times stronger. Once cast, the ground glows once before disappearing.
Bakudo #65, Kōsatsu (Garrote)
Incantation: "Strings of fate gather, This is the decisive hour Strangle my foes"
Extremely thin wire is created by this bakudo, entangling an opponent, sharpening as they struggle. It is particularly strong around the throat, preventing speech
Bakudo #80, Kagesa(Shadow chain):

Iga, rise, hunt from the shadows, strike, seal, return to nothing.
An adaptation of Sabou Sabaku that forms chains from an opponents shadow, wrapping around them, binding them to their own shadow. This tends to be more effective against faster opponents.
Additional Description: Okami's spiritual form is as a raincloud.
Inner World & Spirit:
Okami's inner world is a series of perfectly lined white streets. It looks much like the Seireiti, except when examed, everything is perfectly aligned. The streets for a perfect square, and there is no break up in it. Everything is completely and utterly perfect and white
Zanpakuto Personality: Okami, despite the world, is gentle. She helps Xiang by being extremely supportive and kind. She wants her master to succeed, to have perfect justice. However, she can turn harsh if Xiang ever deviates. Okami wants her to reach her ideals, and is always trying to direct Xiang towards what she thinks they
Shikai
~"Bring Rain, Okami."~
Ability: A knife, Okami constantly drips a harsh caustic. When the caustic is dripped on an opponent, it slowly burns, getting worse and worse, eventually disabling limbs. As a caustic, it leeches into the skin before burning. Removing it is difficult.
Techniques
Ame: Xiang throws Okami in the air, causing it to rain down in a line its caustic acid.
Bankai
~"BANKAI...Kuraokami"~
Ability: The bankai becomes a set of sheathes on both of Xiang's sides. They constantly produce daggers pouring out caustic. This caustic evaporates into a purple gas that propels forward with great force. The amount that pours out the sheathes producing a small puddle under Xiang that evaporates constantly in a dancing cloud of smoke.
When Xiang throws the daggers, each one is propelled forward with massive force by the gas, shooting forward comparable to a Quincies Blut Arterie arrow. As Xiang hasn't mastered it, a single throw very likely will break her arm.

After chanting, the a spell is planted in the group that activates after being stepped on. It releases a light in a pillar upwards, immobilizing whatever stepped on it, similar to Geki, though several times stronger. Once cast, the ground glows once before disappearing.
Hoho, Karui dageki(light blow):

Bakudo #80, Kagesa(Shadow chain):

Iga, rise, hunt from the shadows, strike, seal, return to nothing.
An adaptation of Sabou Sabaku that forms chains from an opponents shadow, wrapping around them, binding them to their own shadow. This tends to be more effective against faster opponents.

Bakudo #99, Fuuin-Izanami(Sealed Izanami):

The dead left now undying Return to the abyss Rise no more against us fifteen thousand, ten thousand You have lost this battle. No more to wander Earth Sink, Fuuin Izanami
An extremely difficult kido, it requires contact, long enchantment, and time. The kido forms a seal on the opponent, that binds the opponent with their own reiatsu, deeply integrating with their body. Because of this, the seal is as strong as their opponent. An opponent with Acidic, or otherwise reiryoku eating reiatsu, or damaging in any way will be damaged by it as it leads it straight into them, removing their resistance to it. The kido can be broken by outside help.
“Careful what you wish for… everyone has their limits and you’re not the only one involved in this little rebellion. Every step we make from here on out will determine if we succeed or fail.”
Zeki simply gave a smile. It wasn't quite true in his mind. The professor was partly correct. HE had his limits. But humans never seemed to. It was infact what he was relying on. His security was exactly that, security. The real operation, win or fail, would be carried about by humans.
He was glad to see the Eximus exhibit some sort of healing. Zeki was worried the professor wasn't going to take the vials, and Zeki would have to cure him himself. He couldn't afford to waste too much energy. He knew others were around. He doubted an attack, though the heavy air said it wasn't outside the realms of possibility. The Eximus's services came with questions however
"Before anything else, even considering there is no problem or flaw in the method to arm the prisioners and getting them out. What is the plan for afterwards? Mere mayhem until they are captured again, or killed. Or is there a proper plan to get them to come along with us, as well as means to get them out of there?" He pauses briefly, "A place for them to be will also be necessary in that case."
To this, Zeki turned, his flaming eyes looking at Archene. He had to be reminded occasionally his mind wasn't as clever as a humans, others would pick up on it sometimes. He hated that, but had to accept it. His answer was flat.
"Yes."
Archene wasn't the only one with questions however, the other Licenti spoke up before Zeki elaborated.
“I imagine that part of the plan is to use the armed prisoners to cause a riot, making it difficult for the prae to capture even a majority of them. However, our eximius friend raises a good point, where are they to hide and how are they to escape the observation of our enemy when they control the police, swat, their own personal forces, and have access to street cameras?” He glanced to Zeki as he spoke, raising an eyebrow questioningly, his expression still unimpressed. In truth he was at least mildly pleased with the man, as his having gathered data regarding the guard shifts and the layout of the prison had been fairly impressive, considering what he himself knew regarding prae security. "To hide any of them, we're going to need to split up and trickle into various areas of the city, I'd suggest. Am I to assume you've prepared such locations? Or is this also a distraction?"
Zeki's frown turned to a smile. He wasn't the only one with such a way of thinking the was readable.
"So close, and yet so far. You have a few good questions, and others you ask knowing the answer. Now, you admit the Prae couldn't capture a majority of them, then the sentence worry about the street cameras? As if they didn't already know these people. Too much information to process is far worse than no information at all. Now, where will they go? Home of course."
Zeki's smile didn't fade, but the way his voice danced seemed almost creepy. It was as if he was playing a game he was very adept at.
"It's a matter of logistics. The Prae cannot keep up. If they deploy all their forces, they don't have a chance. They couldn't reach the prisoners in time, and would lose many forces in the attempt. You are correct, arming them does tend to help. I will assist in those logistics. I'm still fairly sure they'll try to capture them, but it won't end well. If they could, I wouldn't have much hope for a rebellion myself. If I send them to safehouses, they have targets, all their targets gather in one place. One place that's fairly... explosive I'm sure. Street cameras would easily track them if we give a convoluted route, it'd add time to the hunt, and time isn't on our side. If they all go home, who will they chase down? These people won't be captured as easily a second time. In addition, such propaganda as these people who had 'licentia' possessing them suddenly appearing home, find, dandy, and not too pleased. The Prae are popular, we cannot pretend that is not a truth.
The Prae will predictably crack down and try to save face, but they'll have whole neighborhoods that refuse to let them in. Those are nice places to operate I find. The Prae will turn both eyes there, though a blind eye at that.
Gentlemen, I'm may be eccentric, but I have been around the block once or twice, this isn't my first resistance. Now, who wants refreshments?"
Zeki made his way to table in the back of the room, cutting himself a piece of brownie. He wouldn't eat it of course, but it was always getting the first person served that was the hardest.
Heck, I still RP'ed when I worked 84 hours a week. I just made sure to prioritize the important roleplays. I figured out what I wanted to post before I did so, sat down, and did them quickly. I read before I left for work, and posted when I got back. They were lesser quality, but at least I could keep up.
I'm always in slower Rp's though, that helps. Fast daily Rps? Yeah, I don't know.
