Current fat girls are like black jelly beans, not a lot of people like them, but if you do, you get to have as many as you want.

Because Pokemon is too mainstream.

Can someone explain to me why exercise addicts are a thing? I get that exercise is healthy and you should do it, but when you spend like 8 hours a day at a gym and do not stop talking about how many babies you bench/how long you run in the Alps/what kind of shady ass shit you put into a protein shake, how do you do that? Just fucking how?

The chemicals released from exercise can be very addictive, especially once your exercise 'routine' becomes part of your lifestyle. Then said lifestyle will put you in quite intense and value based social circles which often creates a 'bragging' culture which might make you feel the need to post every physical achievement you have on social media. Also It should be mentioned that living an intense 'gym' life will force you to give up a lot of regular vices, such as tasty food, alcohol, a lot of free time on the internet, so maybe bragging is all you really have left.

I wonder about the appeal of this:

again, its not a bad game but what does it really have over any other functional 3D platformer?
Whats the appeal of Digimon? Even as far as its own genre and target audience I cant think of one thing appealing about digimon that another anime doesnt do a whole lot better.
This is an explanation thread for things that are popular and you dont nessecarily understand why. This could be useful in finding something more to like about something that you otherwise wouldnt.

Try your best to explain as many as possible, but only post one thing per post.

Mine is Bioshock, can someone explain the appeal of it?

Dont get me wrong, I dont think its a bad game at all. But I see a lot of 9s and 10s for the games in the series and I cant really see why, I mean it just seems like a slightly better than average FPS with a somewhat original setting. Help me out?
On the many forums I've been on there has always been differences of opinion and clashes of personality. But what seems to be inconsistent is how they are described.

I'm pushing 30 so maybe my understanding of the terms have changed but I always assumed a flame war to be a hot exchange of insults, no real discussion just trying to 'one up' the other with 'burns' or snarky remarks, similar to a 'rap battle' or 'yo momma' contest. The objective is to win with insults.

My understanding of a Disagreement is literally just a difference of ideas its someone stating an opposing view. This can obviously turn into a flame war or arguement. But it could literally just end with a statement.

A debate in my opinion is when its moderated or at least mutually adhering to a set of rules.

And finally my understanding of a arguement is the most common, an exchange of arguments, unmoderated but still rooted in discussion as apposed to flaming.

What do you think?

EDIT: I realise that I'm deviating from dictionary definitions, these are just words loosely used to define conflict on message forums.
If I bitch about the status bar, does it count as roleplay or non roleplay discussion?
I dislike it when I'm in an RP where you are supposed to be in a well rounded team but somehow everyone ends up being the badass stealth assasin.
DC fans seem to be very sensetive to criticism. And this was even before the crappy movies started coming out.
@Garattee You should write a B!tch about us.

Looks like dont need to, your post has already been removed :3
@JaceBeleren Very moving and epic, but I feel that a lot more could have been done with this theme at least instrumentation-wise. 6.5/10
