Bio

Well hello.

I guess I should introduce myself, huh.

I'm Gardevoiran, just some schmuck going to college and working towards getting a degree in Fine Arts.

I do commissions and what-not, and you can ask me to do a commission for you through my Discord (Gardevoiran #1429) or up here through RPGuild PMs, and I receive donations and payment through my Ko-fi page. Clicking the box right below here will take you to it.

I'm a nerd. I play Pokemon religiously, I dabble in some anime, I write up here, and I love watching incredibly awful movies and just making fun of them. Specifically things like "Leo the Lion" and what not.

I don't have much else to say, so I guess I can leave you guys with a really bad joke.

"What do you call a cow with two legs?"
"Lean beef."

I'm gonna operate under an assumption that I'm free to do whatever so long as it works in with what Ursaren is tasked to do.

So... probably gonna give birth to a kid, become dubbed as Uncle Ursey, and go heal a few more wounded off.
When the entire party reunites, I demand that Ursaren is known throughout the entire village as "Uncle Ursey".

Skylar patted the Rhyperior gently as Seabreeze snuggled up against his trainer's hair. The trainer hadn't actually felt the skin and resolve of a Rock-Type Pokemon in a while. He remembered his dad having an Archen, but it was given away for research purposes. He'd be glad to know that he would see this Rhyperior again someday, though, in a battle or maybe just for a bit of camaraderie.

Skylar stepped outside after giving a good hug to the Rhyperior, Seabreeze backing away from it slightly before the two went outside to where the battles were. There were a series of trainers, and after listening to each one of them speak, Skylar noticed that Simon had cowered after saying something about seeing what he is capable of. Skylar giggled at his timidity. "Don't stress about it! I know what you mean!"

Skylar lifted his buddy off his head and held him in his hands, patting his head carefully as Alice approached him and Seabreeze with an offer. A double battle? Sounds really fun, actually. "Sure! Seems like a good opportunity for Seabreeze to debut!"

Seabreeze, as confused as he might've been, gave a reassuring glance before hopping up into the air and flapping his wings, staring down at the battlefield and waiting for the battle to begin. "GULL!"
Lorenzo of Windor

Lorenzo looked at the peculiar structure in front of him, patting Col's steed as he inspected it at face-value. He smiled at Martyrdom's revitalization from the water, but he could only spare a little time to acknowledge and appreciate the dog's excitement. He took everything into account as he looked at the area at a glance. Everything seemed normal aside from the key-shaped carving in the rock and the... tracks? They looked foreign from the greaves of the knight, the slippers of the Marque, and the boots of the doctor. Additionally, the Marque seemed to recall the feelings of negativity. Lorenzo could feel them too, if only faintly through the Marque's own aura.

Though, despite the negativity, Lorenzo remained largely unmoved. He'd been through these emotions many times before, the remnants of them were absolutely god awful, but he didn't want to cower. He felt the negativity, sure, but he didn't feel like he should cower because of it. He still certainly didn't trust the emotions, and they made him shiver harshly, like they were a brisk cold feeling. To the group, Lorenzo whistled twice to summon his trusty hound to his side, following up with an explanation. "Fellows, observe these tracks. Martyrdom can lead us in the direction of what made them. He wouldn't mind at all."

"AARRGH!" Digbie clutched his head as he felt the dial-up onslaught his dome and mind. He heard the Demon King's... answering machine... respond to him in his mind, he noted it as best as he could. The Demon King wasn't a fan of prayer, unsurprisingly. Pledging allegiance to him might've worked a little better.

Digbie rolled around in the dirt, trying to quell the migraine presented to him. Ok, he wasn't a magician of the healing variety. IT could be said that his digging was ungodly and that of legends, but he couldn't do much in terms of healing off his ailment. He couldn't just wait around for it to settle, either. He needed to get up, to fight, and to survive. He needed some help to do that though.

"H-HELP! I-I'VE GOT A HORRIBLE HEADACHE!" He desperately shouted in hopes that someone, anyone, of his party was listening and would give him a cure for his issue. After that, he would happily start fighting these dumb goblins.

Oh...

Mastar's face simply shrunk down into an embarrassed frown when Inkscape spoke to her directly and congratulated her on her work today. Ok, so maybe she did want to be a Ward, but the issue was her parents. She really hoped that nobody heard that. She had a reputation to maintain with her facade as of current, and sacrificing that too early would be annoying to Mastar at best.

The hero walked out of the convention center, a tarry scarf covering her face. Several reporters swarmed around the woman, but she didn't want to talk at the moment, simply moving through them fluidly with her power being as it is. All she wanted to do was to go find Ryan and get back to her home. Maybe, just maybe, she could convince her mom to let her join the Wards. Worst case scenario, she had today to draw upon as evidence. No doubt that footage of today leaked out onto Parahumans Online.

Later that day

"M-mom?" Kendall poked their head into their parents bedroom, with their hair the standard salmon color it normally was and the costume and persona they were using earlier was off. They were wearing a large shirt and pajama bottoms as her bedtime clothes, not caring to even put on a pair of socks. It was their home, nobody cared.

Kendall's mom, however, was still very much dressed. Her clothes were the business suit she wore earlier that day, a dark gray dress matching the blazer she wore. She normally would still be at work, but due to the events that transpired at the convention center, her office closed early. Everyone was urged to see if their family and loved ones were okay. Ryan and Kendall were technically the loved ones for Mrs. Banks, so it was only natural for her to go and express worry for the kids. Nevertheless, she patted the bed as a way to invite Kendall to sit with her. "Yes, pumpkin?"

Kendall hopped up onto the bed and looked at their mom. They hesitated a little bit, but finally spoke up. "Mom... I want to join the Protectorate."

"Kendall, we've been over this. That's dangerous business, being one of their Wards. With Sonar being removed from the roster to their recent failure at that Warehouse, why would you want to be a Ward? It'd only bring you down."

"Because they're great!" Kendall practically shouted the statement, being dead serious as well. "Didn't you see the news reports?! The day was saved! Sure, they needed help, but who doesn't in times like that?!" Kendall eagerly raised their hands up to their face, the clenched hands emphasizing how excited and adamant they were.

"Kendall, you're still... young! Free! You don't need a job now, especially not one as dangerous as that one!" Kendall's mom placed a hand on the teen's shoulder. "Can you even imagine what would happen if you were put in a terrible situation?!"

Kendall's face split in half, then reformed into the single structure it normally was. "I'm tough! I can take beatings that nobody else can even fathom taking!" Kendall's head trailed down her back before finding it's way back up to where it normally was. "Tiger Lily isn't even strong enough to take some of the hits I can take!"

Kendall's mom stared at her child before scowling at her. "There's something you're not telling me... Mastar."

Kendall panicked for a moment before sighing. "... yeah... I guess it is obvious, huh." Kendall fell forward onto their mother's lap face-first before simply groaning for a few seconds, finally looking back up. "Dad knows too...?"

"Oh, baby, he was the one who follows all this hero nonsense. He's a nut for it, you know that."

"... am I grounded..."

"No. In fact, I think we're going to go visit the Protectorate tomorrow."

Kendall shot back up into a sitting position. "R-really?! Why'd you play around with all that other stuff, then?!" The teen was definitely curious why their mom played with them about this nonsense. It didn't make much sense to them.

"Well, if you were mature enough to admit you were Mastar, then you're ready to become a Ward in my eyes. I just wanted to make sure that the girl running around busting up crime alone knew who they were all along."

"... dad convinced you finally, didn't he?"

"Maybe. You're still joining the Wards anyway." Kendall's mom booped her kid's nose as she pulled them in for a hug, squeezing them tightly and holding them close as she turned on the TV. "Care to watch some CSI with me, Kendy? I've been meaning to catch up."

"Of course! I would love to!"

Truly Mad

Farce looked at Mantis, who was holding Lethal Force's vial of liquid powers. Sparce had stopped talking at this point in Farce's mind, so it was no good prying at her inner dialogue trying to figure out what to do to convince him of what's happening in the twins life (lives?). She looked up at her leader with stressed eyes. "I-I'll explain what they do later... right now, we need to go home... I-I have a migraine..."

Well, maybe she didn't have one, but with Sparce's reluctance and disagreement, she definitely did have something going on in there that wasn't good. Maybe he was giving her a headache. Maybe she was up for too long? She couldn't tell or remember. She just wanted to sleep, really, was all. Sleep away the pain and stress.

Heading to the Hospital

Everything was over. The hostages were saved, the heroes survived the onslaught, and everyone could go on fighting. That's what Kyoshi strived for. She should be happy.

But the reality of it was, this wasn't what she wanted. Not entirely.

She loved helping people, it was normal, but this life she was living. As a hero full-time. It was taxing and crazy. She didn't doubt it was a fun time indeed, but she didn't necessarily like having to live this life all the time. She was glad she was going to Nick in a few days, this was exhausting and crazy. She was always happy to lend a hand, but this often was... tiring.

She was lifted into the ambulance by the emergency response team. Of course, G4M3R accompanied the girl to the hospital, he was in worse condition than she was. Hopefully, he'd be able to continue streaming after all this is over. He's not cut out for much more pain like this.

... maybe she needed a manager. Sure, they probably have one set for Kyoshi when she got to her destination, but maybe G4M3R could come with her. Get out of the spotlight. Relax for once. He needed it more than she did.

Skylar smiled as he pulled Seabreeze off of his head and held him in his hands, the bird not moving other than a head tilt at the new situation that he was being put in. He listened intently as another boy stumbled in and received his starter, a Munchlax. That was pretty cool. Not as cool as Sebreeze, but still pretty cool. He let the two meet as he held Seabreeze a bit higher in the air, just enough so the two were at eye-level with eachother. For a moment, he just watched his little friend happily looking back at him, but finally he broke the silence.

"Seabreeze, you can help me see, right?" He had to ask the question. It was something that was on his mind from the start. Of course, the answer he got was an affectionate "Wing!", which he took as a yes. Maybe he didn't need Xatu following him around after all. Taking Seabreeze's Pokeball, Skylar patted Seabreeze to get him to float for a moment, which he complied reluctantly with. After dumping the Pokeball into his main pocket of his bag, the trainer patted his head and allowed the bird to land back on top of it.

Then suddenly, out of seemingly nowhere, Jacques of the Elite Four appeared. Of course, Skylar couldn't see him, but he could easily hear his voice. It was unmistakable, from the many radio reports he had heard from his room as he listened. He would've been playing with Xatu, but his dad needed him for research that day.

'So, with all that said… How about we start it off with a Pokémon Battle? I brought a few of my trainers back from their trips, waiting outside. Don’t worry, I’m making them use all-new Pokémon for this special occasion, so they won’t be stronger than you are currently,'

Battling? This early? Well, that was what you did with Pokemon a lot of the time, right? Seabreeze cawed as Skylar patted his buddy's head, trying to soothe the salty bird down. He had to admit, a battle did sound kind of fun. Skylar looked towards the others for a moment and judged their ideas based on their voices. Alice sounded adamant that she was ready and willing to fight it out with the trainers, and so did Axl.

Skylar looked up to Xatu, who was dead-silent. He was busy gazing off into the distance. Maybe it was time for him to go. Skylar finally made his decision, and looked at Jacques as best as he could. "I'm ready to battle if Seabreeze is, but I need to handle something first..."

Skylar grabbed his cane and stepped outside of the Lab, Xatu trailing behind him. Once both were outside (with Seabreeze still on Skylar's head), the trainer pointed his cane to the sky and looked at Xatu with a smile on his face. "Go on home, bud. I'll be there before you know it."

"Xa?" The large bird looked at Skylar with a puzzled face. It seemed like he wasn't sure if Skylar was being serious.4

"Seabreeze can see for me, at least for a bit. Dad needs you for his research, probably. I'd be happier if you were there with him." Skylar patted Xatu on the shoulder, Seabreeze doing the same with his beak onto Xatu's head. "Don't worry, I'll be fine. Just go."

Xatu looked at Skylar one last time, then he used Teleport and was gone in an instant.

Skylar looked up at Seabreeze and scratched his birdy friend under the beak before he turned around. As he was stepping inside, he asked his new buddy a question.

"Whaddya say, Sea? Wanna have our first battle?"

"Gull! Wingull!"

"That's the ticket!" Skylar practically ran back inside before raising his cane up into the air, Seabreeze flying on top of it and landing on it with perfect form.

"We're up for a battle!"

Tibulass listened closely as Stryker spoke, if only because her ears were forcing herself to due to the sensitivity. It was about halfway through another sip of coffee that Stryker brought up how the door was apparently open. The sudden admittance of that was enough to cause Tibulass to choke on her coffee. A few moments of brief panic passed before Tib placed the drink down, taking one deep breath before she looked at Stryker with a darkened scowl. "... I always close that door... did you... sneak a peak?" Tib tilted her head to the side jokingly, but the red on her face was enough to convey embarrassment. She knew the door was closed, for certain, or she knew it was closed when she walked in.

Then again... she did use his shower.

After the panic and such was aside, the rundown of the next few hours was given. It wasn't much time, but it was most certainly enough to go and buy more clothes for her. All she bought last night was a toss-around set, she still needed a fair amount of clothes. Tibulus had tons of old clothes, but they were all for small-sized men. Except for the bomber jacket, though. That was way too good to get rid of, even without the fact that it was a size or two too large.

As she was walking out of the Revenant, Tib pulled her communicator out of a small bag she carried on her. Sure, it was a throw away and cheap one, but it was reliable before then. Dialing up Stryker, the girl walked towards the nearest department store while checking the bag for the cash she carried around.

"I'll be back before long. I need to go grab a few more clothes and other things." The viking paused hesitantly, finally exhaling as she spoke again. "Don't... leave without me. Please." Ugh... those words felt awful. They were too genuine for the viking's taste.
"Alright," Tibulass commented as she and Matija went off to go and get Matija some fresh clothes. Giving the girl some privacy, Tibulass grabbed hold of the borrowed clothes from Stryker's bathroom and went over to the laundry, dropping them in there carefully and quietly as to not raise suspicion. When that was done, the viking reunited with Matija and the two went down to go get the food.

Of course, a new kid was there. Seems like the ship always got one or two at every stop, but this one didn't seem like the doctor that sent out requests to give examinations to the crew. More importantly, they seemed a little scared of the viking's large stature and size, shouting at the woman and causing a bit of pain to the hungover ears. They apologized for being startled, at least, showing they had some kind of manners. "It's okay... just keep your fuckin' voice down? Hungover."

Matija left, which she understood. Stryker and Benny were there last night at the scene, and they no doubt caused the girl a bit of anxiety in here. Tib didn't care, personally, she had fun. She'd go and talk to Matija about this shit later. Though, the look on Stryker's face was definitely something annoying. She might've gotten shit-faced last night, but Stryker looked like he actually just ate some shit, and he was enjoying it.

After grabbing some food, Tibulass sat down at the table and pecked at it, a black coffee off to the side. She needed something to help quell the hangover, but she didn't know exactly what would do that. She thought that coffee might, but she was uncertain. Ah well, it was whatever.

After taking a sip of coffee, Tib looked over at Stryker and simply scowled at the man. "Sorry I didn't have time to put on makeup for you." The viking put her mug down before speaking again, continuing with a sarcastic tone in her voice. "Can't look pretty without any of that bullshit, too."
