Current You can't respond to every criticism with "RACIST!" This has become the modern boy crying wolf. At some point, you have to face truth.

RIP Christopher Tolkien. Sailed into the West to meet his father at last.

Happy 127th birthday to Professor Tolkien!

Bio

I'm not the sort to talk about myself unprompted, so this section will be scant. I vastly prefer one-on-one (1x1) or small group RP, as big groups and lots of chatter tend to overwhelm me. I prefer RP within medieval fantasy settings that are not too fanciful (think LOTR/GoT).

Fake and homosexual.

...sorry, what?
@Geekfactor Yeah, you're right, to each their own. I just seem to not be able to find a not 1x1 that is just an excuse for someone to masturbate to.

Been there. I think anyone who tries to RP online will run into that. Probably more than once. The best preventative is good, candid communication up front between the players involved.

"If this gets weird or creepy, I'm out, just letting you know."
To each their own! I much prefer 1x1 or very small groups. Obviously, if someone is trying to set up a cheesy romance or quick little smut-fest, they can just move along. There's plenty of that to be found. 1x1 doesn't have to be contrived or forced or awkward, if you have two intelligent, mature players who are interested and motivated in creating a rich, enjoyable story. Just my two cents.
I've been RPing one character for about a year and a half now, and another for over a year. People in general are rarely reliable over the long term, so it's important to figure out a way to keep your story and character going without relying on others.

Okay, I know that it's anime but somehow that horse mask grows teeth when it smacks her.

Had someone like that not long ago. Complained that they weren't getting their "literary freedom" because they tossed out everything the GM and players established (they had the higher ground and the opponents had no knowledge of where they were but somehow everyone and their mother snuck up on them) and wanted to write their character as a badass instead of having any semblance of being a trained professional (like everyone else did) when a battle started. This is along with their constant desire to make their character the center of the RP by taking in a child and a bear cub in matter of a few days IC time (despite being in a post apocalyptic world) and having their characters (PCs and NPCs) hook up with everyone in sight. Needless to say they ragequitted and killed off their characters after a long argument with the GM.

...wow. Just wow.

Sadly, I've seen similar things.
Welcome!

I have a tattoo of a blue rose to cover up the very poorly done tattoo of a few musical notes done by my ex-con boyfriend with a homemade tat gun.

I enjoy singing in Latin.

I got two enormous X-Men compendiums for Christmas, because you're never too old to be a nerd.

I love silence.

I would definitely get on an elevator with you.
Welcome! Love your avatar :D
