Alice is going to be difficult to pin down, personality-wise. Tsukaimon less so.

So, I'll be back home and ready to update more this evening. I'd suggest getting your people aomewhere near a computer (library, lab, laptop) for plot reasons.
And there's a Nightmare Moon on the way...

(BTW, currently traveling but keeping tabs on the thread.)
So, I figure we should start with a scene of the characters at school, introduce them and hopefully get a little character interaction before I arrive in the scene.

Also, I assumed that there's a decent amount of information available about Digimon and the Digital World, but that few people can actually enter it. Somewhat like in Tamers. That work for everyone?
<Recovered from Digital Crimes Unit files>
<CASEFILE LC-3220: ALICE>

Name: "Alice" (online handle, legal name unknown)
Gender: Female
Age: Unknown, early twenties

Appearance

Real world: 5ft 9in tall, ~130 lb. Thin frame, long and straight black hair. Dark blue eyes, usually hidden by mirrored fashion sunglasses. Tends to wear dark, concealing clothing such as trenchcoats.
Digital World: Appearance consistent with real-world data, except for outfit. Digital World outfit is a quasi-Victorian outfit, with white skirt and black corset.

Personality: "Alice" is highly reclusive in the real world, and is rarely seen twice in the same area unless for "business" purposes. In the Digital World, however, she takes on a more flamboyant persona, challenging others to Digimon combat and performing high-visibility acts of cybercrime. She has a tendency to reference works of fiction in her speech, often dropping cryptic hints for her enemies to decipher. Authorities are in disagreement as to whether or not her deliberately villainous behavior is due to mental compulsions, or if it serves a hidden purpose.

Modus operandi: "Alice" has mostly been reported in connection with data thefts and cyber-vandalism, as well as several attacks carried out by Virus Digimon. She appears to control these Digimon through a custom virus program, and is believed to have the ability to infect other Digimon and corrupt them into more destructive forms. While Digimon accompanied by a Tamer are most likely immune to its effects, extreme caution is advised when encountering "Alice" or potentially infected Digimon.

Partner Digimon: Tsukaimon

Probable Digivolution Path: Pagumon -> Tsukaimon -> Witchmon (Virus) -> LadyDevimon -> Lilithmon
Gender: Female
Personality: Tsukaimon mirrors her owner's brash personality, constantly taunting opponents with a mocking grin on its face. \

There'll be a good few differences from Ken. I'll post a character sheet later to show some of my ideas for them.

also no ridiculous suit.
I was thinking something along the lines of Ken in his Digimon Emperor phase; a villain who has a partner Digimon, but controls other Digimon to harass the heroes. The concept lends itself more to being a main villain than a side character.
Hmm... What if I were to just play the villain? Would that open up a protagonist role?
YukimiBotamon > Nyaromon > Plotmon > Mikemon > Bastemon > AncientSphinxmon/Lilithmon

There's my Digivolution line, now to put together a character. Also, I was wondering if I might possibly play a villainous character as well. There are just so many "evil" Digimon I'd want to use...
I'm delayed by a massive migraine over here, will post once it passes.
Ah, that is a much better wiki. I was using the Wikia version.

Also seriously considering some of these other options.
