The Hunt For Diana

Nadira looked toward the shop-keeper who had responded to her, then gave the dwarf a glance. “I'm Nadira, although it seems everyone here seems to know that already” troubling thought that.

”Mindflayers? Well, there’s always something, isn’t there?” she heard her companion say followed by “Well, I suppose it’s down into the underground we go. I hope no one is claustrophobic.”

“Not claustrophobic, just not a fan of the underground” Nadira shuddered. <Turns out I have to go underground, I do hope your enjoying the dessert brother> she had not heard a lot more from her brother, she hoped he was ok, at this distance she couldn't feel his pain so really had no way to know.

Nadira sighed and motioned for anyone but herself to lead. “I suppose we better be going then, anyone feel free to lead on.. I'd rather bring up the rear”

As she waited for someone to make she shuddered once more, perhaps coming home wasn't such a good idea after all. Hopefully Diana wasn't hiding too deep in these chasms and they would not have to deal with mindflayers.. wishful thinking but a girl could hope.
almost concerning that no one else from the hunt for diana has posted yet.. sorry if you all were waiting on me.. my post is now up *fades away to a sleepy stupor*
The hunt for Diana

Nadira looked around the shop, confused as to why she was sent here. During her time with Teila this was one place she never frequented, Teila was always the one to come to the weavers shop.

“I suppose we should.. make ourselves acquainted.. we may be here for a while after all” Nadira left her companions to their own bidding while she made her way around the shop, stopping every now and then to look at some of the clothing on display.

<Well I hope you're having fun, I'm about to have a water fight with some undead in a desert.> Nadira smiled, the random patches of conversation from her brother no longer startled her, they had become more and for frequent since they both joined the Queens Blades. <undead in a desert sounds more entertaining than staring at a bunch of clothing wondering why on earth I was sent to this place, do have fun brother... and be careful>

After a few minutes of aimless wandering Nadira sighed, She really had no clue as to why she and her companions were here.. there did not seem to be anything of use in their search within the shop, at least nothing she could immediately see. She looked to the man who had ushered them inside, he was standing by the door as if on guard, perhaps that’s exactly what he was. He knew who she was however, so perhaps he could give her some insight as to why she was here.

“Hello there, as much as I appreciate the shelter from the storm, I don't suppose you know why I was sent here? Or are you simply the look out..”
Well my post is up, all i can say is dammit brovo why did it have be my character who got the note, made my writting that post more complicated than it had to be lol.
The Hunt for Diana

As Nadira made her way off the ship she stopped to stretch, traveling by sea (especially a sea of blood) was not her favorite form of travel, wielding blood magic was one thing, sailing on a sea entirely of blood was another . She began to relax as the smell of sandstone and the familiar sounds of home surrounded her.

She was born and raised in Tuleria, but Southblood was her home, she had spent many years in this place under Teila's tutelage. She had not spoken much to anyone on board the vessel, other than a brief conversation with Maher before he departed on another vessel. She smiled as she remembered him giving yet another of his lectures about religion and whatnot, her brother was mad, that's all she could put his obsession down too.

Having lived in Southblood Nadira knew her way around the place fairly well. She turned to her companions “I know my way around here, I can take us too the inn if you like”

A few moments later Nadira started off for the inn specified. Stuffing her hands in her pockets she stopped, she felt something, a bit of paper. Removing the paper from her pocket she discovered a note with a simple message to travel into the eastern quarters and go into a weaver's shop known as the Crescent Sisters' finery. “Hold on, I'm not sure what this means but..” She showed her companions the note and sighed. “Well, I suppose this doesn’t help us much does it, I know the shop specified in the note also, if you wish to carry onto the inn go ahead, But I feel as though I should follow this”

Nadira pointed out the way toward the inn should either of her companions choose to go there instead. “Feel free to come with me”

She turn on her heels and made her way in the other direction towards the weavers shop. As she began to walk away from the docks a sense of relaxation washed over her.. as if she were being protected by some unseen ally.
