Silver has no affect since they aren't werewolves, wolfsbane would indeed be a common allergen but in its most deadly form, aconite, would be a good way to poison and kill and generally lopping a head off kills pretty much anything and everything. And as far as bloodlust, there would only be any during a blood moon. This is the only time when a Lycan is forced to shift and has little control over themselves but still has some presence of mind and awareness.
A lot of the vampiric weaknesses are based on the origin of Judas Iscariot's curse and punishment for his betrayal of Jesus and so that would be why the blessed ash stakes, holy water and crosses harmed vampires and since in this universe, vampires are actually older than the human race, these weaknesses would be pure myth and not apply. And the vampire OCD thing always made me laugh since it appears to apply to a number of faerie folk, but no, no OCD. Young vampires say... under 100 years will be severely photo sensitive but vampires older than that will have started to build up a resistance to where they can get away with going out so long as they keep themselves mostly covered and use a high spf sun screen. Blood deprivation wouldn't kill them since by definition, vampires are technically not alive but that's the kind of debate my migraine prone brain doesn't want to handle... like ever.
Any other questions?
