It's weird that she hates Amalya despite using magic that is tied to her (Blessing). Anyway, I'm still judging her magic abilities regarding its power but most likely we'll just assume it isn't OP in the IC.

Also, you're missing one crucial thing in your character sheet.

Yes, she hates her in the fact that she deserves praise for work her father did. That he isn't given the credit he is due. Wishing he got the acclaim he deserves instead of using his work as offerings without any gain and living a simple life.

Working on it! :)

P.s. no, I wouldn't make it op. She is just mostly strong enough in combat to keep up with the legit mages
@PaulHaynek Finished up the CS.

And I had forgot to address your other question. While she CAN manipulate organic material, it is INCREDIBLY difficult. She is able to do it to herself because she practiced on herself for so long and she truly understands her molecular make up. If she tried on someone else it could back fire. Damage someone she tries to help, empower someone she tries to weaken. Etc.
@Grape

How come I did not see this when I read this page? I swear there is black magic in my computer. Or maybe I'm just stupid. It's the likelier reason.

Anyway, can you specify which Elven subrace she belongs to? Also, can her powers affect biological matter?

I'll look forward to the completion of your character, by the way.

Oh! My bad! She is a Rogue-ish Light Elf.

Name:
Nilfendra "Nil" Alveari.

Race:
Rogue Light Elf.

Appearance:
Nil stands rather tall, though average for her race, at five feet and eleven inches. With her heigh she holds a lithe, athletic build; petite features. She has deep emerald green eyes that only appear darker in contrast to her pale skin and golden blonde hair.

Magic/Abilities:
Bolstering-
Nil empowers herself and objects she has physical touch with in various ways. Increasing her own physical capabilities by a multitude of ways. Beyond that, objects Nil touches can be influenced molecularly in varying ways. Nil is also capable of influencing objects by drawing runes of power upon them; allowing her magic to effect them without her touch.

Personality:
Nil is rather mundane in most peoples minds. She is meticulous about her routines. Sleep at a certain time, wake up at a certain time. Wake up, train, eat, education, eat, education, train, eat, sleep. If anyone would catch Nil outside of her routine focus she shows her compassionate and endearing qualities. Her kindness towards those in need, to natural beings. She can be very protective at times when she determines there is an injustice against someone innocent.

Background:
Nilfendra is the only child of a modestly known Light Elven family. Most do not know of her family as it's not displayed broadly though they are near solely responsible of Light Elven armaments; most specifically the royal family and any ceremonial pieces. Despite the position their family owned a rather unassuming home on the outskirts of the main capital. They held a simple homestead, taking from the land only enough to survive and continue their work and duty.

Nilfendra since she could remember hated their position in life. Her father constantly using his time to forge weapons and et cetera. Her mother constantly tending to the house, the land, and her fathers needs. Because she was most often left to her own devices she would play with her fathers practice swords. When her body grew tired she would sit around in the forge room and simply watch sparks shoot off the anvil under the strike of the hammer. She had a complicated relationship with it all. Hating how it kept her father away but loving the beauty of the craft.

As Nilfendra began to come up in age she became an apprentice under her father; somewhat against her wishes. She had always wanted to be a fighter. Though for a time she resolved herself that this was simply her fate under Amalya. Each morning she was taught to praise Amalya before the forging began. To praise her once more at the end of the days work. Once the piece was complete it was to be offered to Amalya's figure and receive her blessing. She found this to be more ritual than actual improvements to their work. Nilfendra beginning to become frustrated that her father kept giving praise to someone else when he put in all the work and got barely anything for it, simply for the fact of 'ritualistic offerings.'

Even though these thoughts arose within her, she continued her duty to learn the craft. After a couple of years she finally began to become proficient and consistent with her craft. Now achieving this level her father began to teach Nilfendra the secret of their craft. Molecular manipulation magic. After forging and shaping the piece he would use his magic to refine it into a more pristine and powerful item. Using the magic to make the blades sharper than a razor, stronger than a shield. Light steel plate armor stronger than a denser plate. Leather's as sturdy as iron. As she began to learn this new craft her father immediately noticed how natural she was to it. This increasing his training speed with her in this technique.

Learning this new magic she began to theorize new ways to use the magic. Thinking that if it interacted with materials, it could potentially work on the body. When she was done with her work day she would spend time alone practicing on insects. It started off poorly and it was difficult to really know if it were working. It took a few days before she got up the courage to test on herself. The first time she tried she damaged her leg quite badly. From it she was laid up in bed for the next two days. After that mistake she knew it could work, though she needed to focus on how to repair herself first before she could start empowering herself.

From that point she began to make small superficial cuts on her leg and trying to help speed up the healing. At the start it began to make the wounds worse. Though through adjustments she was able to slowly seal the small cut. After a few weeks she was able to heal the superficial cut within a few hours. Feeling confident she could help her body heal she began to work on empowering her body with her magic.

The following years was dedicated to doing her work as fast as she could so she could start her secret training outside of sight of her parents. While this was happening the rage against Amalya festered. How she was forced to constantly offer her fathers hard work to a figure. Never gaining the fame her father deserved. Eventually the fester blistered over into an outburst during one of the ritual offerings. This erupted into an argument with her father, telling him to stop offering his hard work up to a deity that doesn't even care about him. To take the credit he deserves. It was a long fight, Nilfendra doesn't remember the finer details. She just remembers getting to the breaking point and deciding she needed out, to gain fame for herself and she couldn't do that here. So she took her best made weapon, a stylish rapier, and left the home. Becoming a Rogue elf and forsaking the deities. Beginning her pilgrimage to find her fame as a fighter, as she had always wished.

@Bartimaeus Only thing that I see wrong is that he couldn't have come from a long line of DS followers, because the DS is a newer organization.

Maybe they're quick procreaters?

San Francisco: Streets.

After quietly introducing herself Mae walked past the doorway and more fully onto the roof top. As she walked out she watches as a girl and man walked past her and towards the weird metal door across from the other opened up with a strange young man laying on the floor of the tiny room and a confused look. That was odd, spiking her curiosity. Turning on her heels she began towards the opened tiny room with the one man laying on the ground.

Upon reaching the tiny room she crouched down a bit, sitting on her heels with her knees practically in her chest. She cocked her head curiously towards the man before she decided to speak, completely unsure where to even begin. As her lips opened and took a breath to begin to speak a far cry off in the distance caught her words behind her lips. Turning her head to look over her shoulder with a sense of instilled urgency. Mae was trained at a young age that immediacy was key; she was trained to be alone so the idea of a team was beyond her conscious functions.

Pushing herself back up to her feet and twisting herself around she bolted towards the edge and the sounds of screams. With practiced ease Mae leaped over the railing and began to dive rapidly towards the streets far below; Mae haven't truly gauged the absolute ridiculously height of the tower. Though that was quickly distracted as she saw a figure tossed far down the street and practically tear through the rock, sliding to a stop; her urgency only spiking as the need to assist.

Reevaluating her descent she knew she needed to slow down. Her legs and body were strong, but not strong enough to land unassisted. Beckoning the powers of Hushen her body ignited into an array of brilliant blue light that spiraled around her in entirety until it focused and pooled around her hands and face; creating a blue silhouette of claws at the ends of her fingers and fox head around her head. Luckily she was still close enough to the tower to use that as her decreasing descent. Digging her ethereal claws into the side of the tower she was surprised at the structures strength as her claws barely scratched the surface; but just enough to slow her down. As she got closer to the ground and confident in her decreased speed she released her claws and her feet slammed into the concrete.

Her knees buckled a bit but she remained standing, she felt the strain on her joints and muscles but there was no deterring damage to continue on. Turning towards where she saw the woman thrown she burst into a full sprint towards it, still in full Aether Fox form. As she rounded the corner she was prepared to attack but her stepped were halted. She slowed to a complete stop as she stood in complete shock as she watched the thrown women shoot a bright red beam from her eyes and completely disintegrate the mechanical creature. Taking in the image she realized the woman was the same as the girl that had passed her earlier at the top of the tower.

After the machine was completely destroyed she seemed to rise into the air and fly off further down the street for more opponents. Mae was a bit bewildered. She had heard stories of the incredibly strong super heroes out there defending the world. But actually witnessing some of the raw power before her was something completely different. It was partly humbling, but mostly reassuring her own decision to leave her small slice of reality and help a true cause to devote herself to the planet and not just her own province.

Breaking free of her stupor at the sounds of more screaming she began to continue down the street, building up to a full sprint as her eyes flickered around for a target to focus her assault. Spotting another one of the mechanical beasts she focused herself onto the target. She sprinted at a lower prowl, arms coiled and ready to strike. As she approached close enough to strike with the beasts attention set on a random citizen it was completely unaware. Mae lept high into the air and came down to the beast from the air. Landing onto its back with some force, straining her legs even more but still able to function, she wasted no time to began to rip and tear into the metal back with terrifying speed and vicious bestial rage. As the beast began to tear apart the electricity of its creation began to tear and burn at the skin on her arms; though she knew she couldn't stop until it was destroyed completely. It wasn't long before the beast crumpled into a messy of torn and mangled metal and wires.

Mae stood upon the destroyed mess, panting heavily with her arms faintly twitching from the pain. This was much harder than she imagined, this wasn't like the threats she dealt with at home. Suddenly a bolt of electricity struck her back and she yelled out in pain as she was tossed further down the street; falling into a ragdoll tumble. As her body slid to a stop she groaned heavily, accosting herself for losing attention and letting herself get hit unaware.
