@Lugubrious In the near future, I'll allow players to suggest small areas of the City to explore and if it makes it through with GM approval, said players can have sub-plot relevant NPCs that asks people to do side quests for them.

@LuciansMentor In that case, accepted. He can still block with the thing, it just can't outright nullify any physical attacks, okay?

@LuciansMentor Jax is accepted if you nerf the "can block any physical blow with lamp post" ability. But yeah, Ranma would like the guy. Seems like his cup of tea.

I'm trying my best balance everything to make things go slow enough for everyone to hop on while fast enough for people not to lose too much interest. It's much harder than it looks, eheh. But yeah, there's still quite a lot of opportunities for the King to hop in.

In the future, make sure you ask other players beforehand if they're alright with it before you do posts concerning something being done with their characters. Auto-hits are a big no-no, alright? This applies to everyone.

This is pretty much the introduction tutorial for how the place works. Gather the bare minimum of information, learn about and trust (or manipulate) each other, and plan from there on. Just bear with it for now so we can get it over with fast and get on to the good meaty stuff. So sorry if it's rather boring at the moment.

Regarding Same Time Arrival
Everyone arriving at once isn't that important, but more to not have plot holes. Like if the characters arrived before hand, they would have a lot of info on the City which would make the "exploration" aspect rather less fun since they'd know a lot more than everyone else. It's also to keep everyone sorta on the same playing field at least at first, since there's going to be a Contribution System in place that allows the various characters to earn points that lets them spend it on stuff they can bring over from their home dimension or other universes so long as it's something they know how to handle like guns for soldiers or magical equipment for mages and so on.
