Yoyogi Park/Street Ball Ninjas
Shibuya Ward of Tokyo is well known to be as one of the premier fashion centers of Japan with a massive collection of high end retail clothing and is also a popular place for nightlife in Toyko. However at the heart of the Shibuya Ward, exists Yoyogi Park and it has become the insto-facto headquarters for a society of ninjas with the same name. Alternatively, this society of ninjas go by another name, Street Ball Ninjas, as their public face has been a basketball team playing with the same name at the Yoyogi Park Courts.
The Yoyogi Park Ninjas were formed during the early days following the collapse of Imperial Japan, repurposing the old military training installation for their use. The base was not only salvaged but a lot of the youth being trained at that installation were invited to this organization seeing as Japan was forced to demilitarize. With a place to train and pupils to train, the wealthy founder was regarded as an old pre-imperial man that hung onto dying traditions and teachings that he happened to pass on to these pupils.
The purpose of the Ninjas was fairly innocent in that the old man was simply passing on the knowledge but that soon morphed into a noble ideology of protecting their homeward and all those who called it home. This policing scared away most bullying influencing and attracted a lot of prosperity to the region. The Ninjas even volunteered away their base as the Olympic Village replaced it, which only served as the Ninja's new, nicer headquarters following the Olympics.
Nowadays, the Shibuya Ward is a fairly popular and friendly place to be and historically, the whole ward has been left alone in their peace meaning the Ninjas have often found they lack any sort of conflict. They quickly turned to basketball as a method of competition, using their ninja techniques to outplay the opponents. The whole display is a very popular tourist site as a result. Though their blades have dulled, they do their best to stay sharp... just in case.
PSYCHOLOGY
Easy-going and light-hearted, Katori appears to be fairly easy to get along with based off of a first impression. Her attitude is seemingly being nonchalant about everything and has a certain aura of being calm and collected. Though this general easy, uncaring attitude is just a warm personality mask for her general aloofness, finding most other people a bother oftentimes. It is a part Katori plays well and she is rarely pressed to display her true emotion, opting to maintain her relaxed attitude. Although her act isn't impenetrable and particularly bothersome people might find her hidden ire.
HISTORY
Katori ended up becoming an only child to the rather mundane Youko household. Katori's father toiled away as an accountant making a modest living but ended up a victim of the Japanese work culture, working long hours everyday. Katori's mother remained at home to clean and prepare the meals. This pretty traditional household allowed the Youko's to live in the rather nice Shibuya Ward (although the primary motivation to live in such a youthful area of Tokyo was the proximity to work). The location would have little meaning for Katori's parents but for Katori, she would just happen to hang out with the right people to shape her path.
This is unfinished. Also, just as an overall thing that Demon noticed: there's a bit of a disconnect between the basketball player Katori and the ninja Katori, and at some point you need to address the Vongola-Yoyogi link.

Katori In the Zone
Once focused on an important task, Katori becomes vividly aware of her surroundings in about a twenty meter radius. It is almost as if she instinctively feels the presence of others or things in this state to the point where she locate the person without looking, even further she has a good sense of her teammates and could even identify them. While In the Zone, Katori is less likely to be surprised unless something exceeds her perception in either form or speed.
SPECIALIZATION
Acupuncture Anatomy
Katori's day job as an Acupuncture Therapist required time in school to study the muscles within the human body. Every muscle has a sweet and sour spot and Katori knows just where to prick a person to get both results. This understanding has lead to Katori being able to utilize this knowledge in combat, targeting the particularly painful, possibly even restrictive, points in the muscles. Every body is different but Katori will generally know where to strike to make it hurt.
Ninja Skillz
Katori's night job as a Yoyogi Park Ninja required her to undergo strict training and discipline to perform the incredible feats of Ninjutsu. Although the modern teachings (at least concerning Katori's experience), nixed most dated skills, the Yoyogi teach several generals skills such as Espionage and Pyrotechnics in addition to more specific skills like the ninja's preference of weapon. I'm assuming needles based on context clues/discussion The grueling training that the Yoyogi undergo also condition their bodies to their individual peaks of speed, flexibility, and strength.
EQUIPMENT
Cloud Ring Using the Ring instead of the Weapon as the title?
Katori usage of her Cloud Ring is the multiplication of an acupuncture needle. Although a very thin needle is unlikely to do severe physical damage, they will hurt, especially if Katori's aim is on point and Katori knows a few points to strike a nerve. Further more if one is a user of any Flame item, each needle, once it pierces flesh, will absorb some of the flame out of the individual. So they just drain Flames away and not funnel them to her? Katori gains even further utility out of such a weapon by being able to manipulate the size these needles, turning her weapon into more a pike-like weapon. Hm. Probably wait on the last bit. I'll talk with Demon a bit.
Animal Box - Skipper the Butterfly
Skipper, the name of the butterfly stored in Katori's box, has a few basic properties. Just like Katori's needles, she can multiple Skipper to form a swarm of Skippers. Each butterfly can attach itself to a Flame user and absorb the Flame out of that user, what's more, is that those butterflies can return to Katori and do the reverse process to her, providing her that Flame energy. Another utility of Skipper and his swarm is that they can can be spent to absorb the direct, concentrated Flame of an attack or defensive maneuver, destroying themselves in the process but also weakening and even possibly nullifying the Flame structure of her opponent. Pls clarify what you mean by this. The utility of a swarm can provide Katori many things.
