I'd say the fact Trump won just proves how misinformed people are rather than how informed he is, but then again he lost the popular vote.

I don't think he's a complete idiot bu- Ok I was going to give a concession for the sake of discussion, but I do think he's a complete idiot.

Good thing our country doesn't run by popular vote i.e. being ruled by California or New York liberal democratic bastions. He won the most states, he won the electoral count, this is how a Republic works and that system is far superior than pure popular vote which I consider mob rule.

And if Hillary had won the election, I could say that her victory would have proved how misinformed people are rather than how informed she is. This is circular logic, it goes nowhere because of its birth within our natural prejudices.

Whether Trump is or is not an idiot is irrelevant because it's practically impossible to prove one way or the other as subjective debates are prone to proceed upon this route.

Trump ran on economic improvement via preventative measures for illegal immigration, and lowering taxes. These things appealed to the middle class especially in middle America. Their shifting vote from Obama to Trump appears to be proof of this standpoint.
Absolutely not. The right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is inalienable. It is imperative. It is the absolute cornerstone of the United States and it extends to disabled people.

I'm not sure that Kitty meant what they said in this fashion. My interpretation (and Kitty can correct me if I'm wrong) is that they meant poor or disabled citizens should not have more rights than anyone else. She/he seems to be of the position that taxes sent to public welfare are not required because they aren't necessarily going to materials that the welfare receivers need but instead go to luxuries they couldn't afford on their own.

EDIT: And that this includes healthcare within the non-consensual use of their tax dollars.
The home invaders wore all black, masks, and one was armed with a knife while another had brass knuckles. "Exchanging words" is an interesting detail that lacks significant detail. That could mean just about anything from sitting down, having a chat over a hot cup of coffee or the exchange of threats and warnings within a small time frame before the shots were fired. I find the way you describe the shooting as if the home owner's son thought deeply before each kill to be a bit presumptuous and possibly disingenuous. That aside, I look at it like this. It doesn't take that much time to fire the weapon, one. Two, how is the son supposed to know what weapons the potential robbers have? These people could have possibly murdered or wounded him had he not fired. The repercussions of entering a home that is not yours should be steep, given that your entrance is unwarranted AND sinister. I see nothing excessive here except the tragedy of three boys led astray.

Three teenagers, ages 18, 17, and 16 respectively broke into someone's home to rob them. After discovering them in the act and 'exchanging words,' the home-owner gunned all three boys down. Thoughts?

Would need to know a little more. Regrettable situation. Tragic mistake, too. However, I'd recommend no charges against the homeowner.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Good headline for the giggles. Shit content.

Thoughts? You can click the image for the article, which is (somewhat misleadingly) not an actual argument in support of infanticide, but rather a summary (with light counterpoints) to a paper which presents the argument in support of infanticide.

I think I vomited in my mouth a little.

Agreed. Glad they're alright.

Also apparently the Trump administration said they are not backing out of the Paris Agreement now. I don't know what Trump himself has said about this, but that's on my news feed at least.

White House has denied any such claim. Who knows tho, Trump seems to be backing off on some (or a lot, depending on perspective) things so we'll see. I have a hard time believing anything from either side until said event actually happens.
So, the border wall.
Good decision? Or Great decision?

If we ever actually get one, it would be a great decision. Super great. Greater than any greatness you have ever seen.

In all seriousness, it would be a great decision from my viewpoint. Border walls work, fam.
