Current My Italian friend just asked me if it's true that all Americans are fat. I'm offended but I can't stop laughing.

I always respond to OOC tags within 10 minutes, but I respond to PMs within 10 days. I don't know why- I suppose it's just because PMs are so easy to brush aside and forget about

I don't have any finals, but everyone else having finals is slowing down my RPs. Second-hand busyness.

I know it's time to go to bed, because I just started wondering if maybe the whole universe is a single cell on some alien's ass

If a tree falls in the woods and Fox news isn't around to see it, is it still Obama's fault?

I like to write things collaboratively.

And in the end, isn't that all you need to know to RP with me?

Ugh, that's boring.

But for real; I personally am more than capable of using my imagination but it's nice to have an image so that I don't have to try and describe exactly what the bloody thing looks like.

That's what writing is for, though.

But to be fair, I'm using a mix of images and descriptions. It just depends.
Anyone know of any places where I can get myself some cool, alien and high tech looking space ships?

There might be some... Concerns.

To be honest, I can see a good working relationship between the two nations, and maybe even a mild alliance, but I also know that neither will ever fully trust eachother. The Imperium is too expansionist to ever truly look at the Xim and think "I will never betray them", and the Xim are just too unpredictable to be trustworthy
<Snipped quote by Hael>

1. Common Akkabians are far too absorbed fighting each other to think about anything other than how to win against their opponents. A common Grakkan lasts for multiple days, upwards to a week, with little room to sleep and drink. Of course, the physiology of the Akkabians have adapted to this over the many years, but their minds remain as absorbed by conflict as ever. The only times they stop is when they sit in the Great Colosseum on top of the Prizarch watching over their brethren dueling in the arena over whatever Grakkan disputes it might concern, so basically when they're not fighting in the colosseum they're watching in the colosseum.

High Akkabians do still not see themselves as deities, but they're sensible enough to use their venerated status to see to it that things go the way they want them to. Funnily enough, however, the High Akkabians do still see the God-Emperor as a deific entity, since he's supposedly lived for many thousands of years. Common Akkabians are not absorbed in this, instead they venerate the strongest, which for now is Hesh the Undefeated.

Hmmm. The Akkabians may just be the most combat-obsessed culture I've ever seen in a Sci-fi

2. The ruling caste would see them as very useful, and since the Imperium is founded on the principle of diversity with many species apart of their population, the rulership of the Akkab would not look too foreignly on the Xim. Due to their victory over the humans, they would also respect their martial prowess, even if it was a very bloody war. This is mainly because the nature of happenings are always convoluted and the victor tends to write history in their favour.

All positive, eh? Something's not right here... *is paranoid*
Hashrak created all you fools, so stahp playin' homies.

Pleasae check out my brand new editz

I really like the culture!

But, of course, I have a few questions.

1. So, do the Akkabs actually view themselves as Gods, or God-like beings?

2. What would the Akkabs think of the Xim? I always ask this

3. Do Sephrani have the same warlike tendencies as the other 3?
Kazzlehorf can do all of that if he really wanted to.

He could wipe your whole civilization out in the blink of a eye if he wasn't so merciful.

xD This is starting to remind me of George Orwell's "1984"

There's one part where a member of the super-controlling, super-conformative government tells the main character that the only thing which matters is human thought, and by that "Big Brother" is capable of anything, so long as people believe he is. If everyone on Earth believes the stars are only a few miles away, then they are. If everyone believes that you don't exist, then you don't, even if you're standing right there and talking. It's a system based on complete denial of reality.

It seems Kazzlehorf has the same thing going on.
This galaxy has lots of beings that obsess over perfection or believe they are perfect come to think of it.

But we all know that Kazzlehorf is objectively perfect; far purer, far smarter and has a far better taste in food than all these other animals who figured out spacecraft somehow.

If Kazzlehorf is objectively perfect, than he should be capable of anything.

So can he fly? Can he destroy planets by blinking? Can he drink vials of poison?

No? Than, objectively, he is imperfect.
<Snipped quote by Hael>

But they still believe perfection is an attainable goal. :P

IT IS. IT IS, DAMNIT.
Hah, there's no such thing as the perfect species. As much as the Xim would like to think otherwise.

Well, the Xim don't think they're perfect NOW, but rather, they think that they can become perfect, in time.
<Snipped quote by Hael>

<Snipped quote by Monarch>

*begins laughing hysterically as X'Cor is the only perfect species*

Can you fly?
Some Xim breeds can fly.

Can you breathe non-Oxygen atmospheres?
All Xim can be modified to breathe various gases.

Can breathe underwater?
No? Guess who can? That's right: modified breeds of Xim.

An X'Cor may be stronger in some ways than a Xim, but the Xim are more diverse than any other species. There's always some type of Xim, somewhere, that can beat you.
