Two people gone in two days. :'(. Does anyone else want to drop now? I'm aware IC posting hasn't been flowing very fast as of late. No offence is taken if people don't want to continue.
A good character overall although I must say I am a little unsure of the ability balancing between characters at the moment. Try comparing Angel's shadow overdrive for reference. Not only is your ability significantly more powerful on several levels but is also passive.

Noted Skills:
Fluent in Nepalese, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. Particularly skilled in climbing and skiing due to his time with the SAS Mountain Troop. As with the rest of the team, he is a highly-skilled combat diver, HALO and HAHO trained, as well as being able to work with foreign weapons and deal with unforgiving climates.

Born in 2005 Andrew moved to Cheriton, Kent aged 7 (the year 2012) where his parents had managed to buy a store. This meant he grew up very near to the British army base RHQ:Shorncliffe, home to the Royal Gurkha Rifles. Over half Cheriton's population is Nepalese and many of them connected directly to the Gurkhas at Shorncliffe camp with the only other real source of income the town coming from the channel tunnel train terminal located nearby. What this meant is that from a young age Andrew was immersed in Gurkha culture. He grew up on tales of fierce warriors from Nepal and, through his regular interaction with Nepalese folk, quickly learnt the language. Aged 14 he met a man who would change his life forever.

By 2019, although technically too young for paid work, Andrews parents would let him run the store if they had something urgent that needed attending (his sisters nappies (i.e. Diapers) for example). It was during one of these brief sessions that Dipprasad Pun walked in. Dipprasad Pun was something of a legend amongst the Gurkha community and the story of his heroism and valour in the field had spread far and wide. Upon realising who he was talking to Andrew had something of a fan-gasm and swore then and there with utmost seriousness that he would join the Gurkhas. The humble and surprised Dipprasad initially laughed it off as childlike ambition but recurring visits led him to believe in the boys words. After months of observing the boys efforts to train he decided to mentor Andrew in his training to join the Gurkhas.

Due to the nature of his work and the location of his home in Ashford Dipprasad was rarely in or near Cheriton for more than a week at a time. As a result of this his training regimens were all the harder. Andrew had to do his training with a breathing resistance mask on to simulate the high altitudes his competitors would have lived at all their lives. Ultimately Andrew started wearing the mask full time, something that earned him a lot of teasing even from his friendship group. Over the next few years Andrew applied himself harder at all aspects of his life, attaining respectable GCSE grades at secondary school then near the top of his classes at A-level (in which he took AS-level Psychology, and then Physical Education, Politics and Modern History through to A-level.). By the time Andrew was 18 he had turned from something of an in joke in Cheriton from someone the people supported. Aged 19 (in the year 2024) he applied for an officer position in the British Army Gurkhas.

To Andrews great surprise and delight he passed selection for officer recruitment first time. Apparently the recruitment brass had been hearing rumours of him for a while which gave him an edge in selection and he was quickly patched through to the gruelling officer training course. Upon graduating the course he was placed in charge of 30 Gurkha soldiers in the 1st battalion: Royal Gurkhas Regiment. For the first months of service all was quiet for him until his unit, along with a large chunk of 1st battalion were sent on a peacekeeping mission to the Congo alongside UN forces. The Congo served as a brutal introduction to warfare for the young officer and he witnessed several of his men fall in battle, something that has made him significantly more cautious in his approach to combat since. Andrew and his men served unwaveringly in that harrowing conflict for four years before getting reassigned to Northern Nigeria in 2030. Andrew served there alongside Huscarl a measly 9 months before receiving a recommendation for one of the worlds most respected special operations forces, the Special Air Service.

Andrew passed the Special Air Services tests and training relatively smoothly, ending up as part of their specialised mountain troop. A short time into his SAS career Andrew was contacted by Huscarl with a highly enticing job offer. Needless to say Andrew or, as he is now known in the field Khukuri, accepted the offer and hasn't looked back since.

Age: 19

Appearance:

Height/Build: Sarah Goodman is 5 foot 7 inches tall without any aids to her height (besides thin soled trainers).
Tattoos: Sarah has a pair of ivory coloured angel wings tattooed on her back. The wing tips stop just shy of her hips.
Clothes/Fashion: Sarah has a tendency for bright punk style clothing that make her stand out from the crowd. Striped thumbless and fingerless gloves that stretch up her forearms are a must and a bright red woollen tank top with jeans and a beanie hat is just one example of an outfit she might wear.

Personality: Sarah Goodman is a kindly, cheerful girl despite her struggles and her line of work (which she performs simply because she has no other skills of note). She generally shies away from violence and is happy to help people. She is completely unaware of Angel's presence in her mind.

Biography: Sarah was born to a wealthy family with a strong heritage and tradition of joining the Fairbanks Legion. Each generation usually sent up their first born son for service in the legion. Female children however were considered a burden and thus raised and utilised as servants until they reached leaving age, at which point they were abandoned to the world outside.

Sarah's childhood was exceptionally stressful for her due to the nature of her family. Aside from daily schooling (permitted only so as to avoid state enquiries) she lived the servants life. Horrid corporeal punishments were standard for tasks performed incorrectly and she was used as a training dummy for her brother. Her brother, two years younger in age, would practice his ever growing range of combat magics upon her whilst she was forced to defend desperately with the capabilities of her body alone. This practice continued daily until she was fifteen when an incident happened that would change her life completely.

Sarah had been crying that day and, in order to conceal her tears had donned a black masquerade mask before entering the training hall in anticipation of another brutal beating. Her brother had laughed arrogantly at the sight of her in the mask and in that moment a switch was flicked. Sarah quite literally became a thing possessed and attacked him with previously unmatched ferocity. By the time Sarah's own consciousness had kicked back in her brother had been savaged to the point of requiring intensive care in hospital, limbs broken and his flesh torn. Sarah remembers nothing of what happened. Unbeknownst to her and those around her a second personality, Angel, had just been born. As a result of her misconduct the family set Sarah out on the streets to live alone.

Sarah lived the next few years of her life alone on the streets surviving by whatever means she could. She became involved in low level crime; theft and dealing are just two examples of the means she got by on and it turned out that, with some training, Sarah made an exceptional getaway driver whatever the vehicle was (as long as it had wheels). She hated her work but it earned her living and she has more or less come to terms with it as the status quo now. Angel's presence continued to grow stronger within Sarah and he handle some of the more unsavoury aspects of crime that Sarah would have flinched away from. The timely demise of many of Sarah's enemies helped facilitate her advancement on the ladder of organised crime.

In an awkward twist of fate Sarah found herself in the employ of another traditional Fairbanks Legion family doing some of their "side work" she was recruited into the legion when a member came to recruit their children and ran her through the tests as something of a joke. To the recruiters surprise he detected enormous magic potential within her and more or less purchased Sarah from the family to enter the legion as an apprentice magician.

Magic: Sarah is an apprentice magician. What this means is that she has been shown to have the latent ability to use magic but not yet mastered its use. In fact, despite tests having shown she has extraordinarily high magic potential, Sarah can't use a single spell, enchantment curse or otherwise.

Although Sarah doesn't know it she is actually a light magician and it is on the shadows cast by the light of Sarah's soul on which Angel feeds. If Sarah could tap into her light powers she would actually be significantly more powerful than Angel but Angel hides Sarah's powers from Sarah for the sake of her own survival.

Equipment:
Angels equipment.Angels equipment is ever present on Sarah, its position hidden from the minds of Sarah and those around her by Angel herself. This includes the masquerade mask Angel dons when she takes over.
Clothes and cosmetics. Sarah owns a number of changes of clothes and cosmetics. When she needs more she simply steals them. She always keeps at least one set of mechanics overalls on her person finding she can generally get into areas more easily and do far more tinkering than usual before her motives are questioned.
Masquerade mask. This mask is inseparably linked to Angels possession of Sarah. If Sarah wears it then Angel is in charge until Angel deems it time to take the mask off. Most of the time Sarah is unaware of the masks presence in her bag but when Angel wants out not only will she remind Sarah of its presence. She'll generate an inescapably strong urge to wear it within Sarah.
Rucksack. A low profile, ergonomic rucksack with straps at the waist and chest that make it ideal for running with. This contains most of Sarah's possessions and all of Angels.
Small Mechanics/Electicians Toolbox. It is amazing what one can gain access to with just a small selection of tools. A crowbar alone can help pry down the window to access a car and then with a screwdriver and pliers someone with the right knowledge can hotwire a car. Sarah keeps a small one of these in her bag with an array of tools she might need.
Alter ego

Name: "Angel"

Personality: Angel is quite literally a shadow of Sereta's soul and personality. An entity of darkness. Often Angel's goals are the same as Sarah's own however her morals are warped and her psyche unstable which results in Angel taking a completely different (usually brutally violent) route to achieving them. She is somewhat childish and takes morbid pleasure in violence. Unlike Sarah she is completely aware of the other personality that shares her body and see's everything Sarah does. She even has some control over Sarah. Her fighting style is comparable to that of an animal in her brutality

Appearance:
Upon taking over Sarah's body Angel changes her clothes in a flare of dark flames. This is simply an extension of one of her existing magic powers as opposed to an entirely separate one.

Clothes: The big themes in Angel's attire are black, and concealing. A baggy black hoody with baggy black sweatpants. Her light, high tech, thin-soled trainers are also black with the exception of the soles themselves which are white. The hoody has a small white clothes brand logo on. Other than this the only aspect of her clothing which is not black is the scrim scarf in olive green which is worn around the neck underneath Angel's hood. Angel's hood is perpetually up and appears to be fastened to the edges of her mask.
Height/Build: Approximately 5ft 9 inches tall Angel is built with a lithe figure that appears powerful yet agile. Obviously with her tenacity to wear concealing clothes it is hard to tell exactly what she is like underneath.
Facial features and eye colour: Angel's eyes appear to be bottomless black pits in the mask.
Skin tone/colour: Angel's skin is never on display and therefore impossible to ascertain the colour of.
Hair colour and Style: Angel's hair is never on display and thus impossible to ascertain the appearance of.
Scars/tattoos/birth-signs: Again, impossible to discern due to Angel's clothing.
Voice: Angel's voice is heavily distorted in its speech and possesses an eerie echo. Her speech is childlike and cheerful in its inflections which tends to come across horrifyingly morbid when she speaks.

Biography: Angel is a second personality within Sarah's body who manifested when Sarah was aged fifteen. She has since appeared with increasing regularity, particularly when violence is warranted. Unlike Sarah, Angel's crimes have included high profile murders and robberies of which rumours have spread like wildfire. As yet no one, not even Sarah, has made the connection between the two.

Magic:
Angel specialises in dark magic. The strength of the magic is formed by the shadows cast by Sarah's soul.

Disguise: Angel can engulf herself in shadows and create the appearance of being anyone else. Taller or shorter, male or female it doesn't matter as long as they are humanoid. The power tricks the mind of the observer as much as it fools the eyes and thus Angels voice will sound correct as well whilst this magic is in effect.
Shadow Overdrive (combat mode): In this mode Angels body develops ethereal wings comprised from shadow. These stretch out from his shoulders akin to those of a real angel. When Angel has this mode at its most powerful he emanates dark flames from his body. Like the wings the flames aren't actually present and serve no real purpose aside from acting as a release of energy. When in overdrive Angel is both stronger and faster.

Equipment:
High calibre pistol. Painted gloss black with a chromed silver skull engraved into each side of the top slide. As something of a sick joke at some point Angel has applied the warning sticker from a toy firearm to the custom rubberised grip of her real gun. In small text it reads "Do not point towards face or eyes. Hitting these areas may cause injury or induce blindness.".
Hollow point .50 rounds. These enormous, highly powerful bullets have their lethality improved further still by the implementation of a hollow point at the front which, upon impacting with an object, flattens out. The flat bullets front causes it to push through much more flesh and bone than even the .50 cal usually would causing truly horrific and devastating wounds.
Ballistic knife. A spring powered ballistic knife with an effective range of about 5 metres this weapon provides both an effective melee combat killing tool and short ranged silent killing tool. Upon firing the blade a second blade is pressed up into position. This blade is unable to be fired and is used only for melee combat. Reloading requires the twisting of the base to draw the stiff spring back into firing position then the reinsertion of the blade. As a consequence reloading takes some time.
Quick query in relation to the settings weapons (sorry to be pelting you both here and by pm). Are all 6.5mm rounds caseless? I noticed you mentioned the mk200 fired 6.5mm caseless rounds and thought I would enquire about the others as 6.5 seemed more or less the standardised round.

This would actually strike some similarities to the roleplay I am running (which is presently full) in which the latest weapons have re-instated caseless ammunition due to the higher rates of fire it can afford, improved ambidexterity and generally improved tidyness.
Ach dagnabit. Now your character looks like a better designed version of mine... Ah well. At least I have a little more dex to hold over you (pulls a childish face at you).
Not pissed and I'm glad you mentioned it rather than simply abandoning us here to be all alone, waiting for a post.
