I've been waiting for a plot point in which i can introduce my character naturally rather than engineering a situation for her to join the crew which would feel a little forced.
That was something along the lines of what I was thinking. It'll help drive forwards character development and speed up intergration of the new crew members run by @Mistress Dizzy, @boomlover and myself. It'll also create some interesting internal dialogue for my character on what lies ahead as well as give them a basis on which to judge the new captain (the power-dynamic between those characters sounds interesting and fun to develop).
@Jones Sparrow I'd assumed that seeing as the crew members would be new they would first be introduced to the captain before intergration into the rest of the crew. The method you suggested is a faster means of intergrating more players though. Ultimately, your call dude.
I've rounded off my posting on the collab post and left it to be checked, added to if desired, and then posted to the main thread... Now to catch up on what's been going down in main.
