As far as I'm concerned, it's never full, but Vor may have something to say on that.

Onwards to something fun. In-universe organizations! :D These are but some of the organizations that either are or have been active in the setting.

Do note that while your characters are not required to be part of an organization, they are free to be, just don't automatically expect to start off high-ranking.

The Shadowgale Clan: Named for the late leader of Jenovah, who was slain by vampires, Samira Shadowgale, the Shadowgale clan is a mercenary clan built of elite undead hunters. Anyone is free to join, regardless of past, but the rules will be strictly enforced. The dark elf Shadowgale is the leader of the clan, which is currently very small in number (being Shadowgale) due to its status as a new organization. Has no designated headquarters to avoid the fate of Sapphire Phoenix Guild.

The Mekhanism Institution: Iconic for their creation of the Automatonic Golems, the Mekhanism Institution is a guild of sorts behind much of Niverin's magical tech, from the aforementioned Automationic Golems to the quintessential manabolt pistol. Mekhanism facilities, such as the primary campus in Southvale, are a mixture of mad science lab, production facilities, and university. Their public face is their crown creation, the one-of-a-kind humonculus Mira Ackov, who leads their test and field teams.

The Sapphire Phoenix Guild: A former elite mercenary guild, the predecessor of sorts to the Shadowgale Clan. The guild was extremely active and well known up until its horrific demise several decades ago, the infamous Phoenix Massacre. The entire guild, on the night of one of one of the scheduled mass meetings that required everyone to attend, was slaughtered down to the last man by the forces of the central Vampire King, Vormatz the Dreaded. Even to this day, the date is chilling reminder of the fates of those who incur Vormatz's rage. The ruins of their once-great fortress still stand upon the Heroes Plain, decrepit and blighted. Even now, little life touches the remains of the place, as if the blood spilled turned the very land barren. There are no known survivors.

Niverin Guardians: The elite of the elite. Considered to be the greatest living soldiers in the land, they report directly to Paladin King Ardm Ore himself, as well as having overriding command over anyone save the ruler of Niverin's many countries, should the need arise. They handle the missions deemed too dangerous for anyone else, and are known for actually succeeding. One does not apply to the Guardians, one is chosen by the Guardians themselves. Ardm Ore is more-or-less the de facto leader of them, and can fight with the best of his troops.

As well as various traditional guilds, such as the Ranger and Fighter guilds, also the army. Again, you ain't starting high up unless you can CONVINCE us with your character and ability to PLAY them.

Have an idea for an organization, let us know, it may just make it!
Sorry for the delay, Vor's still dealing with some internet issues. He's working to resolve them as quickly as he can.

So who's still here?

And Arach, I got the sheet.
So Vor messaged me to say that he'll be without net until Tuesday. If anyone has any serious questions or concerns, let me know so I can pass it on to him. He's still working on it as well, just not online at the moment.

@Arachnid: Vor also said that he'll accept a drider/arachne type character.
Yes, yes it is.

EDIT: Well...Technically the shoes are tap dancing and the three of them are dancing together.
@Invictus: Again, run what you're thinking by us.

@Zero: I got what chu were meaning. As for the character type, Niverin is a wide land with lots of strange things. But at the same time, some character types would best be discussed. Vor and I are fairly accommodating when it comes to characters, but again, it's preferred that it's discussed with us first. I'm actually curious as to what you're planning.

@Konica: Alright then. Though a King or second isn't necessary. You can just make a regular, not-plot-important Vampyre.

For those planning characters, do note that if you're planning something powerful, PLEASE run it by us. This goes for those who make a King as well. To say we've had issues with players portraying powerful people poorly in the past is an understatement.
Alright, Mind here. Vor, considering I helped plan parts of the setting, you know I'm in this.

@Konica: As undead and especially vampires feature heavily in this, yes you can, but it's preferred that you run by what you're planning with Vor and maybe I.

@Arachnid: Again, run what you're planning by Vor and perhaps I.
The woman shook her head, clearing cobwebs, before looking to the boy holding her and shook her head. For a second, her expression was one of rage before quieting and becoming clearly pained. "Not without help. Normally I'd use my crutch, but it was likely destroyed. So you get the honor of keeping me up until you can find something else." She groaned and shook her head again before checking her pockets. Swift pats to every one, pat-pat-patta-pat-pat Checking her pockets for her pokemon. FIrst she found one, then another, then one more. All three accounted for. "Good, they're all alright." She clapped her hands together and looked to the person next to her. "Alright, what needs done here?"

She turns back to survey to the chaos before bringing out one of the balls and unleashing the being within. A Smeargle emerged from within and looked at her, before saluting with a spray of paint from its tail. She looked to him then pointed at the guy holding her up. "See him, whatever he says, please do. People are at stake. And we don't like losing people, don't we, Sketch?" The Smeargle nodded before looking to the boy holding her up.
At the station, there was a bench. Perched upon that bench was a woman, bundled in heavy clothing, her mouth covered by a flu mask. Laid against the bench to her side was a crutch. Her attention was apparently focused on the book in her hands. Though it was not actually there. Instead, she was listening, listening to the families crowding into the station as they talked and gossiped. After all, the soldiers were returning home today, it was practically an air of celebration. Sons and daughters returning from Orre, back to their families, their friends, their lovers. And where there was such joy, there was a lack of guarded lips. The woman sat and listened as the gossip and chatter flowed, listening for anything worth value.

Then the bomb struck, sound then madness, faster than her damaged body could react. Even though she was out of the worst of the danger, she still was caught in the shockwave, the wall behind her bench taken out with her under its shadow. A flash, everything went dark. A shock, everything went still. The woman's gone, disappeared under the rubble. Her crutch was gone, thrown away by the blast. Then life returned to the area. Cries of panic, cries of fear as people came to and reacted. Fleeing, terror, hysteria. Consumed many, most. No one noticed the figure under the debris.

A flash, and light returned. She came to, though she couldn't move. Her vision was blurry, her face warmed by the blood leaking from a gash. She tried to move an arm, pain. Might be sprained, might be broken. Another injury for the list. Another wound for the collection. She tried the other, no pain, but no give. One arm pinned, one arm broken. Pointless to try the legs, not without support, not without a crutch. So she was stuck, trapped until rescued. If she was rescued, if someone finally took the time to notice her, under the rubble. If someone beside her kept a clear head in this madness. After all, she couldn't do anything, so why would she have wasted energy panicking?
Neither am I, but I've netted a paying job since two months ago and given my funds some time to build so I can do stuff like dis.
70 ain't that bad, I've seen and far higher prices.

But I like the artist's works and it's 70 for Anne and her team, so 4 characters in all. So about 17.50 a character.
