Funny thing is, you're actually still following (most of) the grammatical rules I'm talking about. The only thing you're changing is spelling, really, and substituting in unofficial/slang words.

This. Placing the irreplicable chaos of thought into the structure of a language is what makes thoughts communicable in the first place. If this weren't so, language simply would not have evolved as it exists now - "language" as we understand it would not exist at all if there were some way to directly communicate thoughts in an intelligible way.
