Biography: The direct descendant of Gilgamesh, Jalal was the former Prince of Babylon from another earth where it remained in its full glory as the world's indisputable empire. He was a young soldier prodigy-mage captain who lead the masses in World War 3 and battled against the forces of Donatello Triumph and Kim Jun Song. This was also declared as the first galactic war, where Celestials intervened the affairs of men.
Jalal may not have the raw power of the gods but his Babylonian army comprised of 7 Court Magicians 7 Seers, 7 Wisemen and 100,000 soldiers. He lead them thoroughly despite the fast decreasing numbers and overwhelming magic nukes of Triumph and Kim, Jalal defended the citadel of Babylon and allied with King George Pendragon of Camelot, Joel Joestar of UK, Imperial Japan's Emperor

Kanade is a 14-year-old Cyborg who possesses short white hair and menacing yellow eyes as a result of partaking the power curriculum program. Standing at 5'3 and weighing 180 lbs, Kanade assures that she maintains an athletic and capable body build at all times, especially against sudden incidents. As a Cyborg, Kanade is granted cybernetics in courtesy of the cruel experiments of the Kihara clan, these implants augment her physical performance.
Kanade grew up in the Kihara household and in Academy City and suffered abusive treatment, affecting her well being. She coped up with their intellectual expectations through playing video games and cosplays, oftentimes she'd be ratted out by rumors of her undertaking and reprimanded with physical abuse. When she had enough of her family's overachieving demands, Kanade resorted to committing suicide and for herself crushed by a truck, knocking her into a comatose state.
A week after the incident, Kanade thought she was in the afterlife but in reality, her fate was a lot cruel because she lived. Kanade noticed that she lost her limbs and was told that she got revived for the sole purpose of attaining hybridization between magic and ability. She cursed her fate but can only move on to fulfill her family's bidding.
Vision
Unlike the rest of the ax-crazy Kihara; Kanade plays the white sheep trope, straight. She's traumatized by how her family made her and hates herself for being a Cyborg because she rarely feels human. In the end, I made Kanade as human as possible instead of playing a level 5, as the Game Master of the RP, I'm here to set Kanade as a benchmark for everyone.
At level 4, the ability Thermal Hand is renamed Thermohaul as it allows Kanade to not only have better preservation of temperature but also control the movement of heat from point to point. This grants Kanade versatile uses such as suddenly dropping the temperature to cold and raise it to heat, causing a flash thermal explosion and thermal vision. Kanade has a peculiar AIM field that switches hot or cold.
Kanade can only use her ability for 5 minutes, she refills herself with more batteries to function.
° Signature Technique: (Thermal Explosion|定温爆発 — Teion Bakuhatsu) By rapidly transitioning from cold to hot and expanding the airflow, Kanade causes a thermal explosion reaction that she can manipulate at will. A linear superheated blast that devastates its path and since it's straightforward, avoiding it is easy.
Magic Kanade mitigates the backlash of magic's severe internal bleeding through her cybernetic chains. She can cast mid-tier ice and fire spells and augment magic-induced vision to scan magical anomalies.
Cyborg Kanade is a Cyborg with cybernetic implants and enhancements designed by her family, the Kihara clan, after being maimed by a truck. This makes Kanade 60℅ Cyborg as not only her natural limbs were maimed but she's provided cybernetic calculation assistance after some brain failure. Her cybernetics makes her stronger than an average human, this doesn't mean that she's the perfect cyborg that everyone thinks; her strength and speed is akin to an Olympian athlete.
Takumi is inspired by Shinso Hitoshi, because of his lack of combat ability during the Kaizen Academy Entrance Exam, he spent his first year in the Hero Support Course. What sets Takumi different from the characters I normally create is that he's designed to be grounded and subvert the negative perception about Copy powers on roleplay.
Competencies
Quirk
"Puzzle Graph" grants Takumi enhanced deductive analysis and quirk mimicry.
Mechanics
Puzzle Graph is an Accumulation-Emitter quirk with an extremely rare mutation that influences Takumi's cognitive abilities — upon activation his eyes glow red. Takumi with his enhanced eyes can understand complex ideas like a supercomputer through deductive analysis. The potency of his quirk depends on his degree of understanding of ideas, hence, it's less potent on ideas he doesn't comprehend.
Provided Takumi understands how a quirk work, he may also copy quirks excluding mutant and transformation types. Whatever Takumi mimics, he gets its basic version and must refine it himself to reach the pedigree of the original. Copying quirks are time-consuming and difficult for Takumi to act, whatever he copies from the original, he'd share its pros and cons. As his quirk is reliant on sight, environmental factors like dark places and extremely bright places disables his quirk. Takumi's quirk consumes a lot of stamina, prolonged usage impairs his mobility.
