Misha stared blankly at the scientist. "Y.. you.. please don't!" she cried as she clawed at surface below the restraints. She tried to muster the energy to shift into her cat form, but she couldn't seem to control her ability. "I can't - I can't now." She shook her head. "B- but don't shock me! Please don't!"

Brianna lets out a long sigh of disappoint at the static shape of Misha. "No luck, hm? No matter, electrocution will do the trick just as well. I think I've can adjust the dosage correctly for one of your size." She paid no heed to Misha's desperate pleas. From the horror show of tools along the benches she takes a headband attached to a large metal machine and begins to fit it around Misha's head. She also takes a cloth and stuffs in into Misha's mouth. "Bite down on this, alright? We don't want you screaming out for the world to here. People find the sound of a subject's pain disturbing at best."

Elauna turns to face them, scoffing a bit. "Gee Jayden, you think I'm going hurt the kid or something?" She demands, rollng her eyes as she looks down at Destin. "Well Destin?" She asks.

Destin gulps. "I...I'm leaving the Brom group Elaune and I want you to be the Brom healer to replace me, because you're a fast learner, and you're very smart and you know stuff..." He kicks at the ground. "This is my idea, no one else's so don't punish Jayden or Aya because they happened to know before you."

Aya was relieved that the focus of Elauna was on Destin now. She had no idea how the girl was going to react to Destin's plea, but she hoped that it would work. At least Jayden seemed to be on their side. Still, she could hardly see someone like this willingly taking the vacant spot of the healer.
"If you think you know so little, I'd be willing to help you." Aya offers her best smile to the Elauna, which was quite an effort for her with this personality. "Besides, it's not my right to tell you why your healer is leaving. That's his choice. I'm not your group member. Really, I didn't have to say anything about this to you but I care about the people in your group." she does her best to seem strong to the older girl.
"Well, I'm just saying you seem proud of that archery power. I'm sure you like it for the power it has. Medical knowledge is no different. Healers do tend to use it for life, but I'm just saying how easily the opposite is done if you wish." Aya explained walking over to one of the arrows and adding it to the one she was holding already. "If you want to do what's best for your group, a group which already has many skilled fighters, wouldn't taking up the role of a healer be the right thing?"

Elauna glares at her a bit. "I'm sure." She doesnt answer the question, now thoroughly annoyed with the younger girl. She picks her bow back up and walks in a broad circle, shooting arrows quickly. She hits five trees in a row, hitting a gnarled knot on each one, before turning to face Aya. "I'm needed because I'm a good shot. Not because I can do some healer-y things."

Aya nods at the display, trying to hide how impressive it was. "Yup. That's pretty good. You might even be able to shoot someone in the face doing that and kill them." she stares at Elauna. "Is that the power you want? To kill? Does it feel good to end a life?" She gestures to the plants around them. "You know how to make a weapon of one thing. I know how to make weapons from the forest floor. That's the power a healer holds. Both life and death." Aya didn't really feel like it was the most moral way to explain the role of a healer, but she wanted Destin to come with her so badly.
Aya turns her head away from Elauna and examines some of the nearby trees. Clearly she was not going to be able to convince her otherwise about Destin. "Yes, well, you're probably right about me considering you a healer. If I were a patient yours is not a face I would be happy to see. However, can you really think of anyone in the Broms who could not that job?" she looks back at Elauna seriously.
Aya frowns, not really sure whether she should believe Elauna or not, but now was as good a time as any. "There might be a reason your healer will leave soon. I too don't believe in letting innocent people die, and having no healer during the winter will be a death sentence for at least some of your group members. Someone told me that you might be cut out for the job." she waits for Elauna's response, hoping she won't ask too much about Destin.
Aya knew there was nothing she could do against the bow and arrow except flee, and yet in this circumstance this girl was so arrogant that there was no way she was going to be intimidated by her. She picked up the arrow and held it in one fist, intending to use it as a weapon should it come to that. "Truly, I was implying your intelligence. But perhaps I was wrong. You jump to conclusions about what I'm trying to say." She shakes her head. "No, you are no healer. You are just like any other Brom. Violent and cruel. Have you let me live only to toy with me?"
Aya stares coldly at Elauna for a moment. This girl seemed manipulative at best. Was leaving the care of the Broms in her hands really the best idea? Either way, she didn't want to tell someone like her about Destin. Particularly not with that toe-eating comment. "There's nothing specific really." she tried her best to sound nonchalant. "I just think that the Broms waste intelligent people as fighters when they could be healers. Healing takes much more skill than swinging around a sharp stick."
"Hmm... something like that." Aya looks surprised that Elauna would know such a fact. She seemed to have a good memory for facts then. That was something useful for a healer. Perhaps Destin did know what he was talking about. Even if she did seem condescending, she knew how take control of a situation as a healer should do. This was as good a time as any to bring it up. "So... what do you think about healers?"
