So, here is my Idea. Actually it's template of OOC thread but I hope you'll like it. Sorry for grammar mistakes and etc.
In the city of Hillsmouth, strange things happens all the time. Since 1942, many unexplained incidents occurred in the city. Many people believe that, the Research Facility is responsible for these incidents.

Hillsmouth is a cosmopolitan city. The city is surrounded by hills. Population: 1,5 Million. There are 2 lakes and one river in city. There are many forrest and woods and some of them has a sign: "RESTRICTED AREA! AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY!"

Many people died, many strange creatures and even UFOs seen in the city every year. Nobody knew what was going on in the facility, until an anarchist hacker group hacked the systems and started uploading documents and writing the truth about the facility. But they were late...
The Anomalies Research Facility(aka by employees "Interdimensional Research Facility") was founded at 1942. The known mission of facility was simple: spotting and reseârching anomalies in the USA. But behind the curtain, the Facility was a lot more complicated. All kind of nuclear, chemical, biological, genetic, radioactive researchs and experiments, interdimensional experiments, secret weapons, space research and more...
The facility is protecting by a division, named as "Armageddon Brigade", these soldiers are elite, and can do everything for the Facility's sake. Many soldiers used as subject in experiments. An avarage soldier lose his mental health in three years on mission. Brigade has 3.840 active soldiers on duty-including officiers and NCOs.
*The apocalypse-end of the world-starts at Hillsmouth City. First, aliens come. Grey ones, and Reptilians. Then more species come, but most of them are hidden-for now.
*An epidemic starts, after a toxic leak. Than mutations starts.
*"Resistance Groups" and street gangs starts a revolution against the Facility and Aliens.
*Anarchist hackers publish second file of documents.
*Creatures from other dimensions enters the City. Most of them are aggressive.
-All of these happen in three days. Most of the population still don't know anything.-
The army has a military base in the city, there is a battalion stationed at the base. 1.150 Soldiers. Their objective is: operating air-defense systems. Except air defense systems, there are 450 Marines, and they are on duty to protect the base.
Colonel Frozenlock reads the documents leaked from Facility, and makes a desicion. For the mankind's sake, and for America, he places a task for Captain Harrison. Cpt. Harrison going to found a Paramilitary group to fight against Apocalypse, Resistance Groups and discover what's going on at the Facility. If Marines do anything directly, the Facility will force government to stop the movement. The only way to fight is founding a Paramilitary group: Steel Blood.
There is a list of people who needed to be interviewed. There is also a document, informations about the people on the list-according to NSA.
