Khalis returned to his hobby of observing people. although no one was doing anything, interesting, some people grabbed his attention. The first was someone breathing heavily, sweat forming on his brow. He then went topside, arousing Khalis's curiosity, made apparent by a slight grin. There was another who was pacing back and force, obviously tormented by something. She departed to the washrooms, almost immediately. Khalis decided to ignore this and follow the first person. It certainly seemed like fun. Finally deciding, he followed after the male, only being stopped by a female who bumped into him as he darted around the corner. He himself was sent back into the nearby wall.

"Ahh..." He groaned, having hit his head. Then he noticed the other was completely on the ground. A faint, friendly smile appearing, he reached to help her, saying "I'm sorry, I was preoccupied. Are you all right?" She seemed a little strange, and something was bulging from her back, which also aroused his curiosity, but he was still focused on the first. He waited for her to respond nonetheless; Khalis is a gentleman anyway, at least to absolute strangers. It's only those that know him that should beware.

I would just like to now, will we be partnered up, then put into teams like the way it happens in the show, or so you have another idea.

Just like the show. There'll be quite a bit of time before first pairing, allowing for new recruits to finish up their characters and the such
Ah, right. which reminds me. I need to actually post that last NPC
make one...?
Ah, I knew I was forgetting something
Hardly any light was shining in the room, save a flickering, dangling light that seemed like it would fall at any moment. It showed very little of the dim room, simply a table with two chairs on opposing sides. In one sat someone, although it was hard to see; the light only provided so much, showing only two arms, elbows resting while the two hands interlocked fingers. A strange, silver glow from the person's eyes was all the now awakened soldier could focus on.

"...Ugh... Wha... Y-you..." Alder began, almost blacking out again. His head was throbbing, confirmed by a groan. One of the hands left the other temporarily, palm open, a gesture to calm down. "Baby steps first, Lieutenant. You've only just awoken. It's too soon for you, it appears." The male voice resonated with a strange calmness and indifference, one Alder couldn't trust for some reason. His head was too foggy, eyelids growing heavier with each passing second. Alder's eyes instantly opened up, the veil in his mind lifting, anger rising. "You! You people attacked me!!" he spat at them. Yes... There were three of them. A female chuckled in the background, grabbing his attention as he glared at the blood red eyes. It was too dark to make her out, but he knew that he hated her voice, ringing with arrogance and laidback pleasure. "My, my, it looks like you were wrong."

Nostrils flared as he exhaled in anger. There was one more. Where was he?! Glancing around, he saw nothing else, didn't even sense anything else. Maybe he was wrong? "So you can detect the other, as well? Impressive." the male replied in response to Alder's searching. "But I'm afraid your purpose here is different, unfortunately for you." the male snapped his fingers and he heard the clacking of heels, undoubtedly the female. A loosely clothed arm and hand gently pressed against the table. There was temporary confusion as to why she being so gentle, which vanished as dozens of voices resonated within his mind. Too much chaos, too much discord and disorder. A feminine and joyful laugh seemed to overrule them.

"What ails you, my friend? Something on your mind? Maybe you should tell us..." the female said as the hand retreated slowly. That sounds nice... My head... I should... Regaining his grip on his sanity, Alder glared back at them, defiant and strong. The female laughed, a sound that seemed so strangely familiar. "Good, good, I wouldn't want to be done with you already, my dear." she replied, and the voices returned. More chaos. More agony. More laughter. "The game has only just begun." the male simply muttered.
The airship was moving at a rather slow pace, causing Khalis to yawn a third time that hour. This was getting more and more boring by the second. I wonder who's on thats fun... he thought to himself as he glanced around. Humans and Faunus scattered everywhere inside, surely not all of them could be so boring. His eyes quickly darted around, never focused for more than a second, studying briefly each person. A girl with white hair in a ponytail. One with black long hair and a bow, reading. One blonde and one red haired were conversing. A blonde male seemed to be having trouble holding his lunch. Various others of different qualities.

Bo-ring. Khalis thought to himself, yawning and stretching in his seat again. "Aren't they?" A girl said. Khalis opened one eye to look at the speaker, who was a girl with silver hair in a massive, long ponytail behind her. She was dressed a little skimpily, but her eyes were wide and joyful, a trait shared by her smile. Maybe I didn't just think that last part... "There doesn't seem to be anyone fun here. Nobody to fight. And I had such high hopes for Beacon." she said as the smile turned into a frown, while the stranger leaned back in her seat. Khalis chuckled. "Not even just to fight. Just somebody to bug. Life isn't any fun if everybody's all friendly with each other." He and the new girl both laughed a little at this remark. "You look weak, but are kinda fun. We should maybe spar sometime. See ya!" she said as she left, leaving Khalis somewhat perplexed and insulted. "O...K...?"

Back to the passengers. The girl was now walking around, hands held behind her back as she studied everyone and their weapons. Only now did he notice bundle of metal on her back. It looked rather heavy... Ah well. Although, her sudden appearance reminded him of why he was here, why he was attending Beacon; to have fun and laugh, maybe even make others laugh, no matter the consequences. With that, Khalis relaxed into a more slouched position, arms resting on the backs of adjacent seats. "Who farted?" He blurted loudly for all to hear, causing all eyes to fall on him almost immediately. But he kept his face straight and serious, with a hint of disgust. The eyes then darted back and forth, looking for the source of the flatulence with worried expressions. He grinned and chuckled silently, his work completed. His gaze fell onto the view outside, provided by the window behind him.
Still openings if anybody is interested

Name: Aashaln Fiaron

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Personality: Aashaln is very unusual. It's like he prefers to not exist, just be a silent observer, usually ignoring most who attempt conversation with him. He keeps to himself most of the time, but when with friends, he's almost always wise but strangely distant at the same time. Its a sight that's too rare, but he does laugh and smile at times, although his thoughts are almost never so cheerful. Despite this, he's not a pessimist. If asked if a glass is half empty or half full, he would always answer "It's at half capacity.". His serious nature is another thing which drives most people off.

Weapons:

Semblance:

Strengths: Focused, swift, and extremely lethal and damaging in combat. Although he never shows it, he is helpful and insightful to others, he is almost always supportive and encouraging of others, though he still maintains the serious demeanor.

Weaknesses: Fragile and unstable, will often end up hurting his teammates, though he tries his best not to. Too harsh and serious, very poor social skills.
