Bio

A writer, artist, animator, worldbuilder. In short, jack of all trades, master of some.

For the most part, I've retired from roleplaying. For quite a long time, what kept me tied to RPG was the Spam community—but even that I have distanced myself from. Now, my focus is on the writing contests.

I consistently try to write reviews for RPGC, and I consistently enter the Twelve Labours.

First labour; world of Archipelago, Jack.
Challenge: an unwelcome death.
For next entry: characterization.

Second labour; world of Uberpowered, Émile.
Challenge: an unfortunate fortune.
For next entry: pacing.

Third labour; world of Cinderlore, Caerys.
Challenge: an unforgiving ambition.
For next entry: proofreading.

Fourth labour; world of Supers, Joshua.
Challenge: an uncompromising betrayal.
For next entry: development.

Fifth labour; world of Mutamorphis, Olrich.
Challenge: an unrepressed motive.
For next entry: development, dammit.

Sixth labour; world of Mythos, Melas.
Challenge: an untenable alliance.
For next entry: dénouement.

Seventh labour; world of Hatemongers, Talahn.
Challenge: an unbearable sacrifice.
For next entry: cast utilization.

Eigth labour; world of Mythica, Céline.
Challenge: an unwinnable challenge.
For next entry: plot cohesion.

Ninth labour; world of Nardja, Albiorn.
Challenge: an unknowing accomplice.
For next entry: narrative set-up.

Tenth labour; world of Magestones, Ariana.
Challenge: an unwilling inspiration.
For next entry: narrative set-up, dammit.

Special Trait: I like making people believe I'm something I'm not.

Prose/Verse: While I love ballads, depending on how long you make this, it might become annoying after a while. Perhaps a mixture might be ideal, with a ballad introducing each section of prose? Ultimately up to you, though.

That's beautiful.

When you make a thread about Top Ten 'Top Ten' threads. And we've already overrun that boundary.

oops
Aëyr, selkie. Free Holds.

"You said you trained with succubi? Does a Demon have free will?" said Mars to Mikan.

"Does a man?" she muttered quietly, thinking of Mars's apparently less-than-noble intentions. It appeared he was just as worried about dancing as she'd been; she felt lucky in that her particular talents were better suited for other tasks, even if it was killing. She just hoped Mars was savvy enough not to mess up his part, while she would slink through the room to Deimos.

She was also grateful that she was not alone in being of the Holds; once the fighting broke out, she was counting on Abida and Child to pull them through to the exit. She might be good at running and hiding, but there is little room for such things in a crowd.

"I see no need for a uniform. I, in particular, must not draw attention. Clothes of the common folk would be ideal."
Have you ever broached the subject of homosexuality and bisexuality with your friends? If you're worried about it, you could discuss the subject from a purely philosophical point of view before revealing yourself to be of that grouping.

Of course, this depends on whether or not you're the type of people to randomly discuss political, philosophical, and ideological viewpoints as a means of everyday conversation. But I'm sure there are ways of edging the subject into focus, though it may take a bit of patience.

I could climb up. And I have GECKO, anyway. Master of hiding.

So shall we land together by the entrance? Looks like it's just gonna be us two, unless you plan on leaving the mech to its lonesome.

You know, this thread is kind of depressing. I love everyone who wasn't on a list and like mostly everyone else.

How is that depressing?

we just have to spread the love

Holmshire- She remembered me when I came back.

Is that all it takes?

And further, I'm cheating and making it 7 people.
5 through 10* - Doivid, Herlmi, Jorick, Seba, Smiral, Sophi
( *See: 11 )

I only see six?

Also thanks. ; ]
Okay, list. I don't know how I'm picking people, kinda arbitrary.

10. Grif
8. Dervish
9. rpg101
7. NargleHuntress
6. Zed
5. Doitripz
4. Dafrog
3. Jorick
2. Elendra
1. Herzi
BLAST OFF

Yes, Herzi's first. It's hard for him not to be, sorry. You guys just have no way to compete.

I also admire and respect Brovo. Other people I tend to like include but are not limited to Alphakoka, Awson, Azarthes, Card, Clirkus, Derpestein, Drakel, FoxxieFay, Gold Marble, Hellis, Holmes, IdleHands, Kagamine, Sable, Scribz, Seba, Smiral, Sole, Sora, Sukisho, Tempest, Toellner, Auntie Pee.

I'm sorry if I didn't list you. I either don't know you very well, forgot you, or am largely neutral towards you. I can't think of anyone I dislike more than I like. (There's actually some people I listed that I "dislike"; but I like them more often, so whatever. Disliking people is no fun.)
If I ever get swarmed, I can just jump jet away.

Paris is gonna die, though. ; ]
Um, I personally prefer—stylistically speaking—less detailed deaths. Though I don't mind gruesome ones, so long as we don't end up with maybe a 250-word paragraph describing the order by which the victims guts cascade onto the floor.
