Bio: Once upon a time, there was a cat like creature that went around offering young girls the chance to make a wish, and become magical girls. This little alien creature had an ulterior motive, something about preventing the universe from winding down to a stop due to entropy,
but for this story, that's not too important. What is important is that Magical Girls fight Witches, and that Witches are Magical Girls who have given into grief, despair and hopelessness.
One of these Witches is Charlotte who, having realised that she could have wished for her dying mother to recover instead of the chance to eat dessert with her one last time, quickly went from "Magical Girl" to "Witch". Charlotte wrapped herself up in a magical barrier, as Witches are known to do, took a bite out of one intruding Magical Girl, and then was blown up by another in a most unsporting manner.
By all accounts, that really should have been that. Game over. Ding dong, the witch is dead, and all that. Fortunately, the great event, The Connection, occurred and rather than being blown to so much shredded candy bar wrapping, Charlotte was blown
through the world, and out the other side into a multiverse that was suffering from places being connected when they really ought not to be.
For the time being, Charlotte works for The Guild. It seemed like a good deal; do some good deeds, and you get to kidnap a person or two, trapping them inside a little pocket world of madness and desserts without interference.

Of Intelligence! Not really, no. Unless you count the ability to create a magical barrier around herself.
Of Willpower! Not really, no. Unless, again, you count the ability to create a magical barrier and trap people within it.
