As the life started draining from the boys faces with each crack of the knuckle, unbeknownst to Akane, a chilling grin formed on her face. Excited as she continued to goad them into a fight, she simply justified it as doing her duty to help a poor defenseless girl in need, suppressing the thoughts rattling around in her head. Looking directly into the boy on the ground, who was clearly the leader, as his buddies pleaded for them to split, she waited for his decision as he remained there silent. For a moment, it was starting to look like he was up for a third round when they took noticed of another boy showing up.

As the boy offered a hand to the trio's leader, prompting him to smack the hand away, the mood began to change. It was then a sense of disappointment filled of Akane as she figured what the next turn of events would be. Shouldn't she be glad that she stopped them and saved the girl from getting hurt? It's not that she isn't happy, it's just....hmm. Shaking her head, she simply laughed at the boys parting words. Before they managed to flee the scene, she raised her voice "Lightly, huh? Than I won't hold back next time." She shrugged as her focus went from the boy to the girl.

Getting a better look at the girl, she instantly knew who the girl was. "Shirohane-san..." Of course, she is the type to attract such situations, it's only natural. She sighed as a relieved smile swept Akane's face. Not only did she go to the same school but also the same class. She also sits reasonably close to her. She was bound to run into people from her school, it is golden week and this is a key attraction, no surprise. Before she could say anything, the boy spoke up first. He seemingly knew Kotori and if she heard her right, he's their senpai, a third year.

As he waved off Kotori's thanks, he mentioned Akane as he turned towards her and smile. Despite this, she remained silent as she tried to figure him out. As soon as he stopped talking, she waited for a moment before finally speaking up. "Just as he said, No thanks are necessary. It's only natural to help someone out when they're in need." she beamed at Kotori with a reassuring smile. With the assurances over, he asked a question regarding the trio. With a nod to answer it, she sighed and added, "Unfortunately."

Taking her by surprise, the boy, turned towards her, giving her a respectful bow as he introduced himself. It was strange, considering she did it for Kotori and not him. It's like something a father or an older brother would do on behalf of the family. Well, they do know each other, given that, could be close friends? One way to make sense of it. Returning to her usual smile, "Hanazawa Akane, from Class 2-2. This is my 2nd year in Warakuma, so I understand." she laughed lightly as he continued with a small grin on his face. "Yea, they do it quite often. The last time I caught them, they were stupid enough to do it on school campus. Had to chase him around as well. I guess I should've punched him harder, huh?" she laughed.

As expected, he managed to mark the spider and thus they managed to keep track of the monstrous thing. And soon the radios in the humans suits crackled to life with another transmission and then Ana relayed the message and gave the order. Apparently the monster spider was weak to shock and soundwaves. In short, let it rain with explosions. Seemed doable. As Ana kickstarted things and revealed the spider, the attack was on. Everyone then went to work taking care of the spider, as they covered the other areas of the creature, Alastair focused on the spiders legs and feelers.

In case things went awry, he wanted to make sure the spider didn't have any ideas of escaping or getting far. While the others focused on damaging it, he'll take care of its mobility. Attaching more of what's left of his explosives to his knives, he took aim and went to work destroying its legs and feelers. Blowing off a number of them, he went in close and, using his bare hands, used his brute strength to rip off the legs that managed to survive the barrage of explosions.

After hitting up the rollercoaster a few other rides, Akane began looking around to see if there were anymore rides that would catch her eye. Not that she'd mind if the ride ends up great or not, she was having fun and has helped calmed her quite a bit. Just as her eyes locked onto another potential ride, she took note of a trio of boy swarming around a girl. As one would expect, ganging up on a girl and trying to pressure her into doing what they want. How cliche and stereotypical can you get? She shook her head at the thought of it all.

As she ran her hand down her face, as she knew how cliche she was going to be in a moment. With a Sigh, she moved in. Just as the one closest to her on the bench moved his arm towards her, she grabbed his arm and held onto it in a powerful grip. "Just what in the hell do you think you're doing?" Akane looked at him in a chilling glare as she tossed him to the ground. "At it again, you three haven't learned a single a thing, have you? Must I re-educate you....again?" She turned and faced them as she began cracking her knuckles.

Oh right I forgot ghost members are a thing. Here in Singapore most schools will expect you to actually show up and contribute.

Not sure how they actually do it in Japan (they probably expect you to do something, though it could depend on the school itself) but in the animus, ghost members are all the ragee.

Since our previous devil arcana left, only two 1st years left. Kouhais are needed to fulfill the role of senpai-chasers after all. No regrets //shot

When the last of the things went down, quick to decompose as usual, he could hear a voice crackle on the comms of his comrades. He couldn't make it out but he assumed it was Kidd, considering, well, he was the only likely to operate the radio. Well, there's Sasha, the captain's sister, but well....that in itself is enough of an explanation. Not bothering trying to listen in anymore, not like he could hear much of anything anyway, he looked around the location and studying the terrain. Hearing Ana's voice, his head snapped back towards her as she addressed everyone. "Acid spit, huh? Onto the main act already, I see."

It seemed the monster was taking its time coming to greet them as they had kept walking and walking without a single trace of the thing. He began wondering if they were ever going to find this thing, when Ana noticed something strange and halted the group. Having inspected it for himself, it was indeed strange. Despite the snow falling, there was none on this ground. Usually when it snows, it's collected on the ground but not in this case. It just vanishes...Could it have anything to do with that acid spit ability the spider has? Though, the spider was nowhere to be found. Just where... Well, that was solved quite quickly as a shadow skittered past them along the buildings. "Show Time." He smiled.

He was quite impressed with the fact that it was so big but is still managing to conceal itself, it also must be quite agile as well. It's arrival onto the scene was marked by Ana's yelling as she sprinted over to Jericho and dragged him down by the shoulders and onto the ground. Luckily she managed to get to him in-time and intact. It showed off another interesting little quirk, with the way it emerged from a tiny crack in the walls, unfolding itself like a piece of paper. It explains why they couldn't see it at all despite it having been so close. With it's size coupled with it's abilities, the fighting leveled definitely increased. Should be more of a fight than the last bunch, that's for sure. Anyways, as Ana dragged herself and Jericho back up, she yelled out more orders.

As the spider spun around the broken buildings trying to jump in and strike, Ana whipped around and fired off a stream of bullets. Aside from fully shattering her visor, it was hard to be sure if she managed to hit it...that was until the monstrous spider let out another loud screech that is as it retreated back into the buildings. Soon after, they heard a burrowing sound coming from beneath them and it wasted no time popping up and spitting it's acid in Ana's direction, striking her suit. Despite being hit, and no doubt suffering from the acid, she grinned and bared it, showing no fear as sheraised her voice one more. Hearing her order, he reached into the satchel carrying his knives, pulling out a couple knives along with some adhesive and what looked like some small transmitters.

Using the adhesive to bind the the transmitters to the knives, he waited for a moment to give it time to stick before locking onto the spider with his eyes as he sprinted after it and hurled them at the monster. He wasn't sure if he hit the thing nor if the transmitters stuck, but what can you do?

I could have her join the kendo club so she spends less time at home or something... :D

That works or if you dont want her being an active member right away, she could be a ghost member who rarely, if ever, shows up. Maybe spending time elsewhere within the school, using the fact she joined the kendo club as an excuse and sticking around the school to make it seem like she's actually at it. And until you feel its the right moment for your character to actually attend kendo practice, you can come up with something that leaves her no choice but to attend. Like say one of her family comes to school or something. idk
