Quite literally meaning that Humans wouldn't stand a chance unless they have items that can targed his weakness.
And that Other Monsters would in many cases still be able to fight him unless they completely rely on brute force. In that case they would probably need to beat him to the point where he submit if they intend to defeat him.
Its mostly because that in near any case I've Ever seen a Demonic creature involved they have 'always' needed a 'special' way to defeat it..... you can't just pick up your pointy stick and stick it until it dies, why?... because its a frikking Demon. There's a reason why demon hunter are invented to stop them, holy water exists and divine artifacts are more than just fancy looking bashers.

Well both yes and no. They would affect him somewhat. But not more than it would slow him down. An Ogre could bat him away with its club and he would probably return more pissed off after shrugging it off.
Gun wounds would heal quickly and bullets would fall out.
Explosions would blow parts off that would take a longer time to regenerate from.
If his body is destroyed, it could the a while for him to return.

Then came the day when one of our great ancestors was shot down from the sky, and while being wounded had to rely on his guile and wits to stay alive. It was during this time our great ancestor came into contact with a young human who sought to end him, yet due to his superior intelligence our ancestor managed to tame the human.
This was the beginning of an Era of peace between Viking and our kin, and now days the only conflicts are between us and rogue Vikings called Hunters and Berserkers.
Most Vikings accept us as their rightful gods, and willingly ride upon our backs I to whatever battle we bring them too. We train and study their behavior, while they supply for our needs in return. Only thing we worry about is keeping them alive.
