If this wasn't the most normal bunch of people she had stuck herself with, she didn't know what was. Sure, everyone had their quirks, and even perhaps secrets, which she was having a grand ol time imagining what they May have been, but the interaction was seamless and genuine. A welcome change from what she had grown accustomed to.

However it didn't make it any easier to find the right words to answer Calanon's question, or ease the irritation that had come from her being caught up in the tree. "It seems like a good view to keep an eye on things" She hoped that would have given him enough information regarding her reasons for being up there, and perhaps a little more insight. She wouldn't indulge his question further, but she did move slightly over on the branch, allowing him space to join her comfortably. He might have noticed that the tree barely creaked as she moved or how careful each placement of her hands and feet were.

Her gaze glossed over the wagon and all below before focusing on the fire that was made. Her face remained expressionless, and she sat quietly, hands folded infront of her. Part of her had felt guilty for not budging when Keystone asked for help. Slowly, her thumbs twirled around one another as thoughts circled round in her mind.
I shall get a post pushed out by the end of the day/tomorrow morning ... Sorry all
@ArenaSnow it is always sad to see someone go, but you will certainly be missed above all. I am sorry that you have to leave, but I do wish you the best with all that may come your way. If there is ever anything you may need, don't hesitate to look me up. Thank you so much for all that you have contributed, including helping me keep my sanity at times.

I was going to post something today, but I think at this point in time, it may be best to put this rp on hold, at least for a couple of days so I can figure out the general direction and road map for the future of this roleplay. If anyone has any questions or suggestions please pm me.
@POOHEAD189 Lerraina is also in a tree mind you :p

Edit .. Lol it seems I'm always late to the party. Never mind

It would be a wonder if they got where they needed to go before nightfall. She was all up for lunch, but another few hours on the open road didn't sound like the best idea to her.

Suddenly The persona of Gretchin took a back seat, and a more reserved tone overcame Lerraina as she studied their surroundings. She tucked her hood over her head once more and crept towards the back of the caravan. She never thought they were in any immediate danger, but the thought of standing still made her feel like a painted target, just waiting to be stabbed. Her steps were quite, and amongst the great distraction from up ahead, it would've been fairly easy to slip out unnoticed.

She hadn't traveled far though, but a distance enough to keep an eye on the going ons around them. Part of her wanted to scurry off, they seemed to be a pretty able bunch. But they did feed her and share their shelter the evening past, and oh the meal she could take part in. She closed her eyes and took a big wif of the surrounding air. It was too early to smell the bird cooking, so perhaps it was just the potential of the meal that had her salivating. She would just have to stay then. With a smirk, she climbed up into a tree, not far from where Keystone was, a smirk crawled through her features, her arms crossed, her fingers drumming on the cloth that covered them. It would be a good reason to stop, not the best, but good enough for me
I hope to be getting a post up tonight :)
The barkeep emerged with several heaping plates of food. For a hole in the wall place, and the sub par supper they had the evening before, breakfast was the kings meal. Fresh eggs, bacon, potatoes, everything looked and smelled amazing. And it would perhaps be the most delicious meal they would have before their venture.

Jarkson placed a plate infront of Ajax, and one in front of Isabeau, then sat a few others at the side of the bar. "Come and get it", he yelled over to any others who might have been interested. He nodded to Regina, acknowledging her question "There be a target linin' the back wall dearie."

The large man then turned his attention to Sakaala and the query she posed. "Aye missy, ye looking fer tea?"

Isabeau glanced at Regina as she retorted against the massive man's remark. Not wanting to stir the pot any further, she simply said "It might be smart to keep your nose out of this one. Making accusations isn't really the way to someone's good side." The wry smile to which accompanied her comment melted as her eyes fixed upon the plate of food sat out for her. "I have as much fun as the next person, and I can certainly tell you that I will enjoy this plate of food very much." a slight nod to Jarkson in appreciation before she dug into her meal.
And as we are closing in on day 3 of no one posting, I hope to have something up within the next day. Any who have not posted, please do.

There was a sudden burst of laughter that she just couldn't contain. She hadn't meant to be rude, although it very well could've come off that way. Regardless, it was clear to her that the elf in question was a bit ignorant to what she had been accustomed to. Granted, Lerraina hadn't been on a proper date in years, but it was endearing to say the least, to speak with someone so wet behind the ears.

"My apologies, I do not mean to be rude. I hadn't meant for you to purchase me a meal, I more or less meant it as a jest. I am not used to talking about myself either, it tends to get me and any others in quite an amount of trouble. And I am really not worth such the fuss." another half truth, she couldn't deny. Her giggles died down as her words came to a close, though a genuine smile remained.

The conversation was a breath of fresh air, and while she had played the part of Gretchin before, she hadn't encountered one like him. She just couldn't make up her mind about him though, again, an annoyance. But she would have continued the conversation had she not realized the wagon coming to a halt. She peeked up ahead with a narrow eye. Her short stature was a constant handicap, and kept her from seeing what was transpiring up ahead. She grumbled quietly, bracing the hard exterior of the carriage as she lifted herself up on its ledges, attempting to gain sight.
@Belwicket I don't understand what her being afraid of Regina has to do with anything, but finding a place to incorporate her in the story doesn't have much to do with the fact that we're full, and again, it is something that I have to speak with @ArenaSnow about
